β€”
You know what I hate the most when it comes to social interaction?
Being in a room, With one other person. It's deadly slient.
They're cleaning, and you're. . . Writing in a journal. Also, You don't know whether you should leave or stayβ€”All the while, Funky music plays in the backgroundβ€”.
And guess what?
That's exactly what you're going through.

Not fun.
'Should I start helping? Or just let Sun do it? I mean, I don't want to get in the way. Maybe I could start a conversation. . . But I ALSO don't want to bother him. However it'd be nice to know if I should actually stay.'
To say simply, those were the kind of thoughts that overwhelmed your mind.

Your hand kept writing, but you weren't too focused on what you were putting down. What ever you were doing, was put on autopilot.

'Im gonna say something. Should I? Damnit- I don't know. . . What would I even talk about?
Actually. I'll just wing it! Yeah. . . Why am I even thinking so much about this? SCREW IT. JUST SPEAK! LIKE RIPPING OFF A BANDAID!' You partly opened your mouth, then closed it.

'What the hell am I thinking? I can't say anything. I don't even-'. "Hey Sun?" 'DAMNIT.'
The words seemed to have, just slipped out.

Sun paused, then looked over at you. His hands full with a load of random craft supplies.
"Do you need any help?"
I mean, it looked like he needed it. The kids were quite energetic today. So, they also made bigger messes. What a way to start the week.

Sun put down everything he had in his arms. "No, No! It's okay! I should probably leave the rest of this for when I get bored anyways-" He stiffened, "OH RIGHT!! THATS WHAT I WAS GONNA ASK!"

Quickly making his way to you, He spoke extremely energetically. "Are you coming to the event for this season??"
A lot of confusion was shown in your expression. "The event? What event? When?"

Sun's smile dropped. "They didn't tell you anything?"
"Im afraid not. I mean, I haven't checked my emails in a hot minute. . ."
His smile returned, but it wasn't a happy as before. "That's okay! Then I could!"

You propped your head on your hands. "I'm listening."
"End of next week, the plex is going to hold a party. For employees and their familes! The company holds these 3 times a year, to thank all the workers!"
"Oh! That sounds cool, But I don't-"
"All the animatronics are ALSO primitted free roam! So, they normally decide to put on a show for everyone-" You interrupted him, before he could say anymore. "-Sun, thanks for the offer. Really. But, I'm not exactly. . . The party type. Besides, I wouldn't have anyone to really talk to."

"That's finneee. . . You could come to the daycare, and hang out with ME!"
You gave a smile. "I'll think about it."
Sun was about to say something, then paused. And said, "Moon wants out."

That would've scared that shit out of you, if you didn't have a guess as to why.
It still gave you mixed feelings, because of the way Sun phrased it.
"Oh. Okay-"

When the lights turned off, you quickly took a deep breath in, mentally preparing yourself. For what? You didn't know. Which was the problem; You had no idea what to expect.

"Y/n. . ." Moon dragged out all the vowels in your name. He spoke from behind you.
"Hi." You said bluntly. There was a small silence. "Did you need anything? You wanted to be let out so-"
"Nope. I was just getting annoyed by Sun."
"Oh? How come?" You kept on a straight, unbothered expression.

"He was talking to you, Yes?"
It wasn't an actual question, he was saying it as a statment.

"Yeah."
Moon replied with a hum.
'Wow. That answers my question.' You thought to yourself. Sarcastically of course.

It went quiet again. You couldn't tell if it was awkward silence, or not. But it probably was.
After awhile, you felt hands on your shoulders. And Moons low, raspy voice came from nehind your ear.
"Sun told you I wanted to talk right? Let's talk."
You turn a bit. To face him. "Sure." There was a feeling of dread bubbling inside your stomach.

The heaviness in the air, made it hard to relax. "We're going to my room."
"Oh- uhm- Okay. . ." You replied. Getting up to head to the stairs.
But before you could, Moon picked up. You let out a small yelp.
"Moon-! Heights- I can't-"
He held you close to him. His voice changed tones. 'Accidentally' putting butterflies in your stomach. "I didn't drop you last time, did I? Trust me a little."

It honestly felt like a blink and you were up on the balcony. You kept holding onto Moon until you went inside the curtains. You had the back thought of accidently slipping off the edge.
And once you were insid the room, you immediately apologized, and let go of him. He didn't say anything. Just motioned you to sit down.

Moon just leaned on the wall. After a small amount of quiet, He breaks the silence. "Sun's getting too comfortable with you." Moon said emotionless.
'. . . Is he mad at me? Does he not trust me?' Obviously, he wanted you to trust him. So this whole thing, mad you confused. Very, confused.
He continued to talk. "-He gets attached to a lot of things. Often. There isn't an issues with it," He glared at you, almost looking as if he's judging you. "-But this is a whole different situation."

"How?" Was the only thing you managed to say. And still, it came out as a mere squeak.
"I can't go too into detail, as me and Sun have a lot in common. However, he's going to start, understanding something. And that something, you are not going to like." He stiffly chuckled, like saying his next words caused him some pain. "-Nor would you entertain the idea of."

"Uhm. . . I have a. . . Question. How do you know what he's going to think, before he does?"
"I know Sun well, And he tells me a lot. I can also hear lots of his thoughts. I'm less oblivious then he, and I know where its all going to lead."

You chewed your inner cheek slightly. "Okay. . . What would you like from me then?"
He softened a bit.
"Simple. Don't talk to him as much. Of course, I'm not saying avoid him. Course not. Oh! And also-" He took a few steps towards you.

"-Don't get any ideas. If you need anything, or anyone. Let me be your first resort. "
