I lazily put my hands down making a sound when they hit my thighs.

"I understand what you mean. You do have a point..."

I made a quick glance at the frowning man in front of me before I started rubbing my hands together in tension and murmured, "but we are not sure yet. Maybe it's not her."

Jimin seemed to be shocked for my 'senseless' reply.

Before he had the chance to insult me, I stopped him, "w..why does it matter so much though? Whether I trust you or Won-Young. It's weird to know that you, as our teacher, wants me to..."

I scrunched up my face and tilted my head trying to find the right word.

"...hate her."

Yes that word.

His eyes momentarily looked at the entrance then his gaze moved to the ceiling and to the floor.

I stepped forward. "Hey is everything alright? Is there, something that you want to tell me?"

He doesn't act like himself right now. I'm sure he's hiding something from me.

Suddenly his face relaxed. He turned to me with a smile.

"Yeah I'm fine. And you're right. We can't quite assume that it is your classmate just yet," he explained but it didn't come out naturally for the second sentence, like he wasn't willing to say it.

"The most important thing is that you're safe! You're safe with me now and I will take you back to the campsite," he gently comforted and came to me. He took off his black leather jacket and placed it on my shoulders.

It was extremely oversized for me. Not only the weight of it but the smell, were heavy. The strong woodsy and musky smell surrounded me. It was the same smell as his black towel but that was subtle and this, was outrageous.

I just realised, almost everything that Jimin owns, is black in colour.

Is it weird to think that that is sexy?

By the time I was brought back to Earth from this dangerous addictive smell, Jimin had just finished zipping up the jacket.

"Follow me," he chuckled after ruffling my hair, probably because of my look right now. I looked exactly like a stuffed teddy bear.

Jimin would look over his shoulder time by time to make sure that I was following him while checking the compass for directions.

Bored and cold, I slowly took my hands out of the warm pockets. It's freezing.

Somehow I was thankful that the person locked me up in a house, and with candles.

At least he/she didn't just leave me in the storm right?

My hands were looking pale and when one of my hands touched the other, the feeling was weird. I couldn't feel much except that oddly smooth texture of my skin.

"Ouch." The word slipped out of my mouth when my head bumped into something.

I looked up and saw him.

His look was a maze.

You could never accurately read what's on his mind.

But this time, I could see pure commiseration and concern.

A rarely shown tender smile crept up onto his face.

He squatted down so he would be at a lower eye level than me.

"I know it's hard and you must be very hungry and cold right now," he sighed and took my hands into his warmer ones, "you did a really good job today. I'm so proud of you. I might not even make it if it was me but you did."

I simply stared at him who gave me all those sudden compliments.

I felt like a toddler with him.

He's just the definition of protection.

And this was what drew me to him, closer day by day.

How could you not fall for someone this caring?

"It..it's okay. I'm proud of myself to- No, I mean-"

I was cut off by his giggles.

I couldn't see his face as he was covering them with his hands but seeing him happy warmed me up.

I didn't even notice that I was smiling already.

Jimin finally stood up.

My hands were still firmly held.

"Let's go. I'll bring you back home now."
