Kusuo's POV again

I slowly open my eyes to see Y/n on my chair, reading MY book.

She quickly noticed and closed the book, "Oh, you're awake finally! You know, now I can see why you find this book so interesting. You've got good taste. We should go to the library and get each other books sometime."

I quickly got up and snatched the book from her. 'How'd you find it?'

"It was under your bed. I thought you were smarter than that, Kusuo." she stood up and booped my nose.

'Why are you even here?'

"Why not? I said I would see you today yesterday." she shrugged.

'Oh yeah.. great.'

"I thought you said I wasn't that bad?" she scoffed and put a hand onto her chest to be dramatic.

'I lied.' I turned around and walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth.

"You shouldn't lie to your friends, Kusuo.." she followed me.

'Who said we were friends?'

"If I'm not your friend, then what are we?"

I turned around to look at her and thought for a moment.

I mean, she is my friend I guess.

'Friends..'

"Exactly." she smirked.

'Yeah, yeah. You're so smart, wow.' I grabbed my toothbrush and put toothpaste on it.

"We should go out somewhere today." she suggested.

I spit out my toothpaste and looked at her, 'No.'

"What about the library? Like I said earlier, you have a good taste in books."

'Yeah, you too.'

"Thanks, Kusuo. That's the nicest thing you've said to me." she patted my head.

I swished the water in my mouth and spit it out.

"You know, I heard that if you don't rinse your mouth with water, your teeth will be whiter."

'I mean, my teeth are already white so I don't need to listen to that.'

"True. I was just saying." she shrugged.

'Yeah, yeah.' I walked back into my room to get changed, but a certain someone followed me into the room.

I turned around and gave her an annoyed look.

"What?" she tilted her head.

'I'm going to change.'

"Oh! Sorry. I'll just wait outside. And I'll be sure not to open the door until you say I can..." she mumbled the last part.

'What?'

"Nothing!" she walked back and closed the door.

I was confused by what she meant until I remembered.

Oh.. she saw me shirtless.

Whatever, just hurry and get changed.

I opened up my closet and quickly chose an outfit and got into it.

I opened the door and Y/n was leaning on it... making her fall, but once again, I caught her.

'You're really annoying.' I looked down at her.

"Heh.." she laughed awkwardly and quickly got up.

"Okay, lets go!" I smiled and walked down the stairs.

'Where?'

"The library?" she turned around and gave me a confused look.

'How far is it from us?'

"It's really close to us."

We both walked out the door and headed to the library.

"You get me a book, okay?"

'Fine.'

After about 6 minutes, we made it to the Library.

"I'm so excited!" I exclaimed, opening the door and walking inside.

'It's just a book.'

"Yeah, yeah." I squinted my eyes at the pinkette.

"Wait!" I stopped him.

'Hm?'

"Go into a random isle, close your eyes, and pick a random book."

'Why?'

"I'll do it too and we'll both get the book and tell each other about it!"

'Is this some type of school project?'

"No, it'll be fun."

'You're such a pain.'

"Good." I smirked and pushed him into a random isle.

I watched Kusuo and made sure his eyes were closed— which they were.

"Keep then closed, Kusuo!"

'They are.'

"Good." I continued to watch him, his hand on the book shelf, going past books until he stopped walking.

"I wonder what that book is.." I whispered to myself.

He then grabbed the book and looked at the cover.

"Read a little bit of and I'll be back with my book." I smiled and walked away.

I walked into a random isle, closed my eyes, put my hand on the shelf and started to walk for a few seconds but then stopped and grabbed the book my fingers were on.

I looked at it and smiled at what I got.

Enemies to lovers? Haven't read that yet.

I put the book to my chest and tried to find Kusuo.

Not there.

Not there again.

Oh, there he is!

I walked up to him and poked his back, making him quickly turn around.

He was.. blushing?

"What's wrong?" I peeked over his shoulder and grabbed the book from his hands.

The cover looked.. weird.

I opened the book and flipped into a random page.

I read a few sentences and quickly stopped and closed the book shut.

"You trying to get tips, Kusuo?" I teased, giving him back the book.

'N-no.. I don't know why this book is here..'

"Who's the lucky person?"

'Nobody. Shut up and put the book away. This was a terrible idea.'

"No! It's funny!" I started to laugh and put the book away.

'Let's go.'

"Okay, okay." I sighed and went to the front desk and got the book.

"Okay, lets go now, Ku~"

'Stop.'

"Hehe."

I opened the door and let Kusuo leave and after him, I left and closed the door.

"Well that was fun." I put my book into my bag.

'No, it was not fun at all.'

"Oh, don't be a baby just because you got a sex book." I pinched his cheek, making him slap my hand away.

"Ouch." I rubbed my hand and pouted at him.

'Oh, don't be a baby, Y/n.' he then pinched my cheek.

"Whatever.." I mumbled and slouched.

'Don't slouch.'

"You're annoying." I stood up correctly.

'Oh you're the one to talk?' he laughed.

"Shut up." I nudge him.

'No you.' he nudged me back even harder.

"You're acting like a kid."

'You're acting like a kid.'

"Okay, I'm sorry." I apologized.

'For what? I was just joking.' he ruffled my hair.

"Yeah, yeah.." I mumbled.

"Can we just teleport back home?"

'Home? So your house?'

"No, your house."

'My house isn't your home.'

"I meant your house, Kusuo. Don't be so serious."

'Shut up. Let's just go.'

"Can you teleport with me in your arms? I'm too lazy."

'It's not that hard-'

"Please?"

'Fine.' he wrapped his arm around my waist and teleported into his room.

'Happy?'

"Yes, thank you, Kusuo." I hugged him tightly.

'Yeah..' he didn't hug me back but let me.

"Okay, I'm gonna go home now. I have to see my grandparents today in about an hour. I'll come back here when we leave."

'No, don't come back. Just leave me alone.'

"Fine..." I sighed.

Before I left, I hugged him, "Last one."

'I-'

I let go and ruffled his hair, "Bye, Pinky."

'Don't call me-'

I then teleported before he could finish his sentence.
