Once Archer had left me in the janitors room I stayed in there for a few minutes in a daze. But once everything sunk in I quite literally started screaming till one of the janitors heard me from inside and told me to get out to the room.

Pretty embarrassing if you ask me, but I was freaking out.

Was it really that easy?

I ran back to the cafeteria to tell Brie and Cam about it. I told them everything and then Owen joined in on our table as well once Archer left for his classes, Vera following him like a love sick puppy.

Brie and Cam were really happy and the only thing that Owen did was brag about how smart he was since he was the one who came up with the idea.

We then all ended up walking to class, Brie, Cam and I all squealing like 12 year old girls.

———

I walk out of the school building once school was over, Archer told me to meet him at the parking lot after school.

Brie and Cam had come to school together. They stayed and waited for Archer with me, just incase he didn't end up coming.

"Where is he?" Cam says while looking at the time on her phone while tapping her foot on the concrete ground.

It's been fifteen minutes since we've been waiting, school ended at 4.

"There he is" Brie straightens up, we watch as Archer comes out of the school building...with Vera right behind him.

I lean in towards Cam and Brie while I was still facing Archer walking towards us.

"Why is Vera here?" I whisper.

"I swear to god if he called you here to reject you I'm going to snap his body into two" Brie grits out.

"I don't think he'll reject me...right?, cause he kissed me in the janitors room" I shake my head.

As he came close to me with a small smirk playing on his lips, my mind kept racing with the different questions I had in my head.

"Hey" Archer smiles.

That's a sign he's not going to reject me, right? Right.

"Hi" I squeak out.

Brie then shoves me a bit and whispers in my ear that she was going home along with Cam, and that if I needed anything I call them.

"You guys can go, I'll take her home" Archer smiles.

I turn to Cam and ask her if she could drop my car home since I was going with Archer now. She nods her head and I give her my keys, thanking her.

I nod my head and they both walk off. Leaving only Archer, Vera and I all alone.

I stared at Archer for a second, him staring right back at me. I advert my gaze to Vera in confusion before turning back to look at him. Almost trying to ask him why Vera was here.

"Right, we need to sort things out here Vera" Archer turns to Vera with a blank look.

"What is it baby—" Vera says putting a hand on his chest.

"Don't call me that" he says in a monotone voice, and pushing her hand off his chest.

I then adverted my eyes to the ground, my eyes staring at Archers shoes. His back was toward me since he was talking to Vera. I saw him take a step back and now he was standing beside me.

I look up to see him still staring at Vera with a small glare.

I turn my eyes to Vera to see her staring at me with a glare.

Are they just going to continue to glare?

I clear my throat, bringing Archers attention to me. Archer then pulls out his phone and shows Vera the picture of her wrist.

"Why'd you lie" Archer says calmly.

He really knows how to keep his cool.

"What are you talking about—" Vera says in fake confusion. She knows exactly what he was talking about.

"Why'd you lie about being his soulmate?" I speak up, standing straight.

"I'm not lying. I'm your soulmate Archer" she says taking a step toward him.

"Not you're not" I grit our standing in front of her, Archer was now behind me.

"You lied about being his soulmate and I have proof, you knew I was his soulmate but you still said you were. Don't start with your bullshit Vera" I roll my eyes.

"You don't have any proof—" Vera says.

"Actually it's right here" Archer cuts her off showing her the picture of her wrist again.

"Babe, that's photoshopped" Vera shake shed head repeatedly.

"Oh really, then show us your wrist" I say.

Vera smirks and lifts up her wrist that used to have her mark. But it was covered with her concealer.

She really thinks we're stupid.

"Yeah don't try to be slick, it's under the concealer. Remove the concealer Vera" I smirk.

"There is no concealer—" she starts, but I cut her off by grabbing her hand and rubbing of the concealer. The concealer starts to fade away and the make starts to show.

"Hey! Don't touch my wrist." Vera grits out.

"Vera, I'm going to say it again, why'd you lie" Archer speaks up.

I couldn't see his face since I was standing I front of him, his voice sounded very serious so he probably was glaring at her from behind me.

"Fine, Yeah I lied, whatever. I overheard her bitches taking during the party of Xena wanting to kiss you. And I saw her walk up to you before the lights went off. I then saw her run out of the house once the lights came back, so I obviously decided to follow her. I overheard her saying that she way your soulmate but she was scared of rejection so she didn't want to tell you. So I obviously took the chance and came up with the plan to lie" Vera says sassily.

"Xena, you know you've always got what you wanted, you have the looks, you're smart and you're even rich. But you never appreciate it. You're a brat and you deserve to not have a soulmate" Vera said, venom dripping with every word that she says.

That kind of hurt my feelings, not going to lie. I felt my eyes starting to get watery. But I pushed them back. I don't want her to think I'm weak.

"I appreciate every little thing that I have. I am most certainly not a brat. I don't go around wasting money, everything that I buy is all from what I earn. So just shut your little mouth before you start judging people." I say calmly.

I then felt Archers hand on the small of my back.

"Let's go" Archer says, guiding me to his sleek black car.

"No. Please Archer, I'm sorry. I really like you and—" Vera starts.

"Listen Vera. Just because you like me doesn't me you have to ruin things that I could have with my soulmate. You have a soulmate for a reason and you'll meet him some day, and I'm sure he'll be a great guy" Archer says calmly.

He opens feb car door for me and I get onto the passengers side.

He walks to the drivers side and turns on the car, backing out of the parking lot.

"I kind of feel bad for whoever her soulmate is, not going to lie" I smile.

From the corner of my eyes I could see Archer smile before he burst out laughing, his curly hair bouncing every time he shook his head.

We talked about the most weirdest and as well as some deep conversation. I even told him about how I kind of had a crush on him before I even knew he was my soulmate. He then proceeded to laugh and make fun of me kissing him in the dark.

Archer is a great guy and I'm glad that he's my soulmate, I couldn't imagine anyone else.

He dropped he home and I thanked him, he kissed me on the cheek and told me he's going to take me out on Saturday.

I opened the big door to my house and I closed it shut, I already saw my car in the garage. So I decided to text Cam and thank her for dropping my car home.

I then proceeded to call both Brie and Cam and tell everything that went down. I even told them a bout the small date we have on Saturday.

This week was...interesting.
