Over the next few weeks, it rained constantly. The whole where old L'Manburg once stood strong, filled with water and became a home for many different types of fish Philza had brought from the sea.

He chose to fill the lake with colorful plants and coral, instead of thinking of his son. Busing himself instead of dealing with the guilt of being the one to have killed the man.

Vienna stayed busy as well, she was always doing something so she didn't have to think about how alone she felt in the world. Sure she had all these friends that were surrounding her all the time, but she wanted a family again. She spent all her time giving everything for everyone, keeping busy so she didn't have time to find herself deep in the bottom of a bottle.

She gave, and gave, and gave, and she was okay with it, she wanted to do it. But she only wanted this one thing. She only wanted someone to stay. Because the only thing she had, the only thing that ever mattered to her anymore, was the blood red cloak that hung from her shoulders every day of every week, that belonged to a man who many hated with every fiber of their being.

So she continued to give, in hopes that the gods would be kinder to her, and give her what she wished for.

But they had other plans.
