kenma and inuoka start to laugh softly, placing their hands in front of their mouths to keep them from laughing too hard. their captain really is something else.

"stop that, kuroo! you're an asshole!"

y/n groans and walks away madly, stamping with her feet on the ground. she sits down somewhere in the corner and starts typing aggressively, being fed up with her friends.

"you guys need to stop making fun of y/n-chan so much, guys," akaashi says, shaking his head. "it's not nice to bully a younger girl to make yourself feel good."

all of the guys' their faces become blank, arms hanging loose next to their bodies.

"now that he's saying it like that, we really do sound like bullies," inuoka mumbles, looking sadly into the distance, just like everyone else.

"are we really such assholes?"

"yes, you are."

akaashi shrugs and gets back to holding up the volleyball for himself. he positions himself under the ball and starts setting the ball each time it hits his hands, leaving the others to their own thoughts.
