lexy x male!reader

So i normally do fem!reader, wanted to try male reader this time around:)

"Hey loser, Lexy said grumpily, as you slammed your locker shut. "What is it this time? You asked. "Me and Junior officially broke up now, She said, frowning. "And he's already dating another girl."

"I'm sorry, You said sympathetically. "Listen, i have a good idea, and don't get grossed out, Lexy started. Uh oh, You thought. "I was thinking we fake date, you know, to make Junior jealous, She suggested.

You crossed your arms. "What's in it for me?" "You could make other dudes jealous since we'd be seen as a couple, Lexy smiled. "Alright, fine, You sighed, giving in to her pathetic plan in your opinion, this was how it always started in those cliché highschool romance movies.

Did it end well? yes.

You, however, were the only dude in this grade who wasn't crushing hard on Lexy cross, you preferred girls who weren't total brats and just kind and humble. Lexy was also super self-absorbed, what kind of dude would like that in a girl?

Not you for sure.

But you did want to help her out, after all, if it meant bringing the "it" couple back together this way, so be it. "Great! Lexy squealed, intertwining her hand in yours. "Starting now, y/n, you're my fake boyfriend.

Oh God, You thought, putting a fake smile on your face. As the two of you came down the hall, everyone stared at you, including Junior and his new girl. He didn't look pleased at all. Already, the plan was going well.

After a bit, everyone kept asking you about Lexy, if she was a good girlfriend or not, you always responded with yes.

1 YEAR LATER

It had been over a year since then, Junior got increasingly jealous and just recently, broke things off with his girlfriend that he moved on with. You would never admit it to anyone, but you had fallen for Lexy.

How?

She was a total softie behind close doors, and you two became friends, you didn't think this was apart of being fake boyfriend and girlfriend. You were sitting at lunch with Lexy, smiling and talking when Junior approached her.

"Hey y/n and Lexy, He smiled. You smiled. "HI." "Lexy... could you give me another chance? I mean, we shouldn't have broken up, He admitted. Boom, this would be it, You thought. Fake dating would end. 

You thought it was fun, and ended up falling for her. Lexy sighed, standing up next to Junior. "I... we can't get back together, I've fallen for Y/N, and i would choose him." She kissed your lips, and you kissed back.

Junior walked away and you whispered, "you fell for me?" she nodded. "i fell for you too, you smiled, kissing her again.
