Dumbledore: Yeah, yeah, Congratulations, Slytherin. However, I have a few last-moment points to assign.
Dumbledore said, shutting everyone up.

They all looked at him. At those words, the smile vanished from the Slytherins' faces.

Dumbledore: First, to Ronald Weasley, for the best Chess Match ever witnessed at Hogwarts, I assign him 50 points.
He said.

Ron's jaw dropped, as everyone clapped their hands.
Percy: He's my brother!
He shouted proudly.

Fred and George rolled their eyes, amused.
Fred: Oh, shut up, Perce.
He said.

Dumbledore then waited for everyone to finish, before continuing.

Dumbledore: Second, to Hermione Granger, for the use of Logic during a dangerous situation, I assign her 50 points.

He said.

Hermione's cheeks turned immediately red, as everyone clapped their hands again.

Dumbledore: Third, to Harry Potter, for his Bravery, I assign him 50 points.
He said.

Harry smiled brightly at Dumbledore, and Y/N did the same.

Dumbledore: I'm not done yet. And last, but not least, to Y/N Potter.
He said, as the entire Hall fell silent.

Dumbledore: For never surrendering and for his Intelligence, I assign him 60 points.
He said.

Y/N's jaw dropped, as the entire Hall, except the Slytherins and Snape clapped their hands. They had just won the House cup.

Dumbledore: Now, if I'm not mistaken, we have: Hafflepuff on Fourth Place, with 312 points.
Ravenclaw on Third Place, with 426 points. Slytherin on Second Place, with 472 points.
And Gryffindor on First Place, with 482 points.
He said.

The entire Hall erupted in screams of joy.
Dumbledore: I think a change of decorations is needed.
He said.

And with that, after clapping his head, the decorations, previously green, with a silver snake on them, turned red with a golden lion.

For the first time in almost 8 years, Gryffindor had finally won. Nothing could explain the happiness the twins felt at that moment.

Everyone enjoyed their last days without lessons at Hogwarts, hanging around in the countryard, or just walking by the lake.

And then, some days later, they all headed to Hogsmeade's station.

After putting their trunks on the train, Harry and Y/N spotted Hagrid, standing there, and smiling at them.

They quickly ran towards him.
Hagrid: Don' tell me yeh were leavin' without sayin' bye!

He said, chuckling.

Harry and Y/N laughed a little.
Harry&Y/N: We could never.
They said, hugging the giant.

Hagrid hugged them back, almost crushing Harry to death and almost breaking Y/N's ribs.

Hagrid: Oh, I've got something for yeh.
He said.

After that, he gave them what looked like a handmade photo album.

Hagrid: Open it.
He said, smiling.

Harry opened it, and both his and Y/N's heart skipped a beat. It contained some photos of their Parents.

Hagrid: Do yeh like it?
He asked.

Harry: Hagrid, I don't really know what to say...
He said.

Y/N: Hagrid, you're the best.
He said, smiling brightly at him.

Hagrid smiled back at him.
Hagrid: Yeh better get goin' now. Don' want yeh to lose your train.
He said.

Harry&Y/N: See you in September!
They said.

They grinned at each other, as they got on the train. That was surely going to be the best summer ever.
