The next day, Y/N ignored both Harry and Ron, despite their attempts of making conversation with him.

At lunch, they kept annoying him. Harry was desperate.

Ron: Y/N, please!
He said for the billionth time.

Harry: Please, Y/N!
He said too.

Y/N glared at them. Y/N felt a little guilty for treating them like that, expecially because Harry was almost in the verge of tears, and if there was something Y/N couldn't stand, was to see his twin cry.

Ron: Come on! We already told you we're sorry like a billion times!
He said desperately.

Y/N put his fork down.
Y/N: I had warned you for the whole day not to trust that little shit. And now look where it took us. Almost killed by a goddamn three-headed dog. Why do they even keep a fucking three-headed dog in a school anyway?
He said, as Harry and Ron looked down in shame.

Y/N: That, however, doesn't mean that I won't forgive you.
He said, as he started eating again.

The boys' heads shot up immediately upon hearing those words. They looked at him.

Y/N: Now stop looking at me like that. If you follow what Malfoy says one more time, I swear I'll make sure to break your bones myself.
He said menacingly, as they started nodding furiously.

Hermione shook her head in annoyance, before looking away.

Some days went by, and it was now Halloween.

Decorations could be seen everywhere inside the castle, from carved pumpkins to alive bat's flying around.

Currently, Y/N was at Professor Flitwick's class.

Y/N thought he was a funny guy, and the fact that he needed a stack of books beneath himself to be seen by the students didn't help.

That day, they had to levitate feathers, and they were divided in pairs.

Harry was with Seamus, and Ron was with Hermione. Y/N, however, was alone. Not that he really cared anyway. It was better that way. Being in pairs was just a distraction.

Ron: Wingardium Leviosa!

He said, shaking his wand up and down on his feather.

Hermione them stopped him.
Hermione: Stop, Stop! You'll carve someone's eyes, if you shake your wand like that! Plus, you're saying it all wrong. It's levi-o-sa, not leviosar!
She said in her bossy tone, making Y/N roll his eyes in annoyance.

Ron glared at her.
Ron: Then why don't you do that, if you're so smart?
He said sarcastically.

She took her wand out and pointed it a the feather.

She then waved her wand.
Hermione: Wingardium Leviosa.
She said.

The feather started to slowly fly up in the air, as she looked at Ron with a look of superiority, but he just ignored her.

But Y/N wasn't going to let her have all the glory. He couldn't let her surpass him. He waved his wand.

Y/N: Wingardium Leviosa.
He said, as his feather levitated too.

Flitwick chuckled.
Flitwick: Very good, Potter, you too, Granger. 10 points to Gryffindor!
He said happily, as Hermione and Y/N looked at each other, both smiling a little.
