All the papers were signed and fixed by grandpa. Though it seems like there's something I forgot. It's just at the tip of my tongue.

I excused myself to the comfort room while they were speaking to Izana, getting to know him more.

Just as I left the orphanage director's office, just at the corner, behind the wall, there was a boy with a scar across his face, dual-colored eyes, and black hair, peeking over with curiosity.

He quickly hid behind me when I turned to look at him, maybe hoping that I didn't see him although I already did.

Of course, how can I forget, Izana and Kakucho only had each other here at the orphanage so if we take Izana home, he'll be alone.

Based on the manga, Kakucho has good morals but I won't risk it. If he stays here alone, it might be the start of his villain story. I'm not gonna let that happen.

I slowly approached the wall and saw him sitting and leaning on the wall while hugging his knees. He was about to look over the wall but he first saw me which surprised him, making him sit on his butt.

"Eavesdropping is rude you know." I said and he was nervously looking around and lightly scratching his cheek. I held out my hand but he only stared at it with confusion.

"Are you planning on sitting there the entire time?" I asked and he finally understood, taking my hand shyly and standing up then dusted his clothes.

"Thanks" He said, still nervous around me. We were just silent for a moment, me staring at him blankly while he kept averting his eyes.

"Then, see you around." I said as I turned around, continuing my way to the comfort room but he called my attention, making me stop walking, and turned around to face him.

"U-uhm, are you going to take Izana with you?" He hesitantly said, fiddling his hands.

"Take is a strong word, it's like we're forcing him to come with us but yes, we're adopting him. Technically, he's our brother even before he was brought here." I said and I can see how he was sad and disappointed.

"I see..." He muttered and silence was heard once again.

"Do you want to come as well?" I asked.

"Huh?" He asked as he looked at me with a surprised expression on his face.

"I asked if you want to come with us too." I said as he was left speechless.

"I-I know. But..."

"What's wrong?" I asked

"What if they won't like me?" He asked and slightly touched the side of his face where the scar lies.

"I'd rather say that it's the opposite for my siblings. My twin would probably that it's cool." I said

"R-really?" He asked and I simply nodded.

"But why me when there are other kids too? Also, what about you? Aren't you disturbed when you look at me?" He asked again.

So many questions, how bothersome.

"I won't be even offering you to come with us if I was really disturbed by your look. There's nothing wrong with it." I said he suddenly began tearing up and sniffling.

"But the other kids think I'm nasty and only Izana would play with me so I thought you think I'm nasty too." He said.

Oh god, now I made him cry. I probably look like a bully.

"I may look like this but I don't think like them. Don't worry about my other siblings, they think differently too." I said and he looked at me with teary eyes.

I would never win against puppy dog eyes unless it's from Manjiro's since he always pulled that card when he needs something that I got used to it and it's not as effective as it used to be.

"What's your name?" I asked though I already know, I don't want to look too suspicious.

"Kakucho" He replied.

"My name's Michiyo and let me rephrase my question a while ago. Do you want to become my brother, Kakucho?" I asked and another tear fell from his eye and he nodded before bursting into tears once again.

I gave him a soft pat on his head, avoiding the side where he has the scar since I assumed it is still tender and slightly painful.

Now to tell them I need another sibling...

I was called outside by Michiyo since she said she has an important thing to say.

"What is it, Michiyo?" I asked and gave her a head pat as I smiled.

"Nii-san, I need your help." She said, making me raise a brow.

It's not often she asks me for help since ever since she started writing, it's like she didn't need anyone at all.

She would only ask for help when the task is too hard for her to handle like carrying heavy stuff.

"Of course, how can nii-san help his lovely sister?" I said and tried to ruffle her hair but she just stopped my hand and gently moved it away.

It's sad to see that I can't baby her anymore.

"I want to adopt another one." She said and my smile faltered for a moment.

Her request is not just hard, it's borderline impossible.

"Michiyo, but we just took Izana in. I don't know if gramps would allow taking another one and it's not just about money, we're too many." I said and held her shoulder.

"But isn't it time you move out, nii-san? You're old enough to live on your own." She said and it's like I heard a crack.

"M-Michiyo, are you kicking me out?" I asked.

"No, I am suggesting that you start being independent." She said.

It's the same thing.

"Or, you can make the garage your room since you spend most of your time there." She said.

"But what about the motors I'm fixing? I don't think I can make it a room since it took too much space." I said.

"Then sleep outside" She said.

"Wha-"

"Just kidding" She said with a straight face while I sweatdropped, making me question whether she's really just joking or she somehow means it.

I sighed sat down to match her eyes sight and held her arms gently.

"Why do want another sibling?" I asked and she looked away for a moment before looking at me in the eyes.

Although we share the same eyes, if she looks at me directly it feels like she's looking through my soul.

"I like being alone but I hate being lonely." She said and looked down.

"Why do you feel lonely when you have me?" I asked.

"Nii-san, you're busy with your gang and hang out with them all the time unless it's time to go home." She said and now that I look back, she has a point.

Black dragons became bigger ever since Waka and Benkei joined the gang.

Michiyo was always the type to e so secretive and seems to know how to handle anything that I forgot she's still young like Manjiro and the others. I didn't even notice that she was feeling this way until she told me.

I pat her head and smiled gently.

"Alright, how can I help?"
