my head kept spinning the whole evening after what ibrahim said yesterday and i kept thinking about accepting his offer i mean a prince personally asking you is everything a girl here could ask for but i wasn't fond of it .

plus i only saw ibrahim as a friend nothing more , the thought of me being with him and develop a relationship with him didn't help me accept this i was confused and i had no one to talk to about this so it was up to me .

i had to give him an answer tonight  , the princes were going to leave in tomorrow  and i eventually have to make a choice that's gonna change my life , a knock broke my overthinking session and i immediately opened the door , i excpected to see a figure but there was nothing but a little box and a letter next to it .

i was so shocked by this gesture who could've thought about me ? for a second i thought maybe this was from ibrahim but i got proved wrong when the letter had the letter K on its back

it was from kasim, my heart immediately started skipping beats and i opened the letter

« This is for you , meet me in the back of the garden before the sunset » my heart started racing faster than before as i found myself smiling at each word i read .

i closed the door and opened the box to find a very beautiful pair of earring who shined brightly , they stood out with a piece of diamond in the middle . i stared at them in awe as i put them on

i never had someone offer me something before so this definitely was special and from a very special person . i realised that the sunset was going to be in an hour so i took my time to put on some makeup and change into my night blue dress , i let my hair fall back and sprayed perfume all over me and let my earrings stand out . i looked at myself one last time before leaving.

i took the closest path to the back of the garden and before i can arrive i felt a pair of hands cover my eyes making me jump a little bit , i put my hands over the persons hands and put them away then turned around to face the person in front of me

" they look so pretty on you as i imagined " kasim said taking a step closer to me to catch a closer look at my earrings

" thank you so much this is my first gift ever" i said excitedly as i touched them briefly

" and surely not the last you will get from me" he smiled at me and then offered his hand to me i looked twice before he talked again

" no one's gonna see us don't worry" he comforted me as i slipped my hand in his , we walked for a while before spotting his horse waiting for him .

" come on" he said gesturing for me to get in but i refused until he got in first ,he smiled before hopping in

" where are we going" i asked curiously as i was hopping in behind him . his face turned around a little bit making our faces stand just few inches apart

"somewhere beautiful " as he said that the horse started running towards a destination only he knew , we were getting inside the woods but i trusted him so much i could go anywhere with him .

" you know we shouldn't be making great memories before you go" i said breaking the silence but the only response i got was a chuckle .

" you don't have to worry about that" he finally answered as he made the horse stop infront of a very beautiful view , a waterfall and so many nests of birds , the sound of birds and water falling down , the chilly breeze . everything about this was perfect

kasim got down first and handed me a hand to get down , i took his hand and finally hopped off but he still secured his hands around my wait making my knees get weak from
his touch .

" thank you" i said taking a step back and wipe off dirt off my dress .

we walked towards the waterfall and put my hand on the water , the touch was so satisfying .

" This is my escape place whenever i feel like isolating myself " he said taking a seat on a rock who was not very far from me .

" this is so relaxing i can stay here forever" i said in a sad tone as i remembered my past and how free i was before getting brought here .

" Do you miss your home ?" he asked making me turn around to face him as i wiped my wet hands on my arms .

" to be honest no" i chuckled a bit " i hated everyone in my family except for my friend she was my only one" i said taking a seat next to him .

" You know i can take you back if you want" he said making me turn around to look at him .

" No i prefer staying here than live under the same roof as my father and brother" i answered making him feel taken aback

" And you ? how do you feel about leaving" i asked changing the topic and he took some time before answering

" I feel okay , i mean i always wanted to  feel responsible but at the same time i'll be away from my loved ones" he said the last words with much precision

" her highness kosem sultan can come see you anytime right and same thing for the other sultanas so no worries" i said trying to comfort him a bit .

"That's not what i meant" he immediately responded making me get taken aback

" What did you mean ?the other princes ? your father or maybe your nephe-" i got interrupted as i felt his hand rest on mine

" No that'a not what i meant either , i meant you" my heart surely stopped for a second as he said this , i couldn't hide my blushing at all and i felt so embarrassed

" I-" i said trying to look at anything but not him but his hand travelled up to my face to make me look at him .

" I know we both share the same feelings for each other and i couldn't just leave you behind , i know nothing about you or your life but you sure are the prettiest and most pure person in that palace" a smile finally plastered on my face

" I never thought you would be this honest about your feelings" i said in a surprised tone " i feel the same about you but i just never thought you felt the same way too" i confessed feeling like i lifted up a weight from my heart .
