It's been a week since i last seen kasim and to be honest it was difficult for me , not that i feel something towards him but i really like his company . He's so fun to be around
Being a sultana's personnal servant is rather difficult , and i'm always busy especially since atike sultan is the youngest one she's so talkative . But today i was going with atike sultan to manisa since she wanted to visit her older sister fatma . I couldn't say no even if i wanted to
Β« We won't stay for so long , don't overpack a lot of stuff Β» atike sultan said as she wrote a letter to no one but her lover silahtar and i've been in charge to deliver him these in secret .
Β« Sultanim i'm afraid someone will find them , last time i felt someone following me Β» i said approaching her carefully
Β« If they ever catch you just say it was someone else Β» she looked up at me as she folded the letter and put it in my hands . I sighed before i bowed down to her and left her room .
I put the letter inside my sleeve and walked down the stairs as i held a my green dress to not trip over it . I sighed before making my way to silahtar's room , i put my scarf over my head and finally caught the agha who always take the letters .
Β« Will you let go ? Β» i said stepping back but he didn't move an inch .
Β« Look they're using us to exchange their love notes but what about us Β» i almost laughed but this man looked so serious i think he confused me with somebody else
Β« Do i even know you ? we never exchanged a word now leave me alone or i will scream right here Β» I pushed his hand away but he grabbed my other arm and pulled me close .
i bit his hand so hard and started running away for my life and to my surprise he was following
me speed walking , i kept going through hallways just trying to find a room to escape from him for a moment . i was so scared that i just kept searching for a door until i found one , i pushed it open and closed it behind me with my eyes shut .
Β« I hope this creep went away Β» i said before opening my eyes to the least unexcpected thing . No other than Εehzade KasΔ±m sitting on his desk
Β« I'm so sorry Β» i bowed down and tried to open the door to leave and peek outside but i suddenly felt the door close and my back hit the door .
Β« Who's the creep ? who were you talking about ? Β» he said leaning very close to me and i just had to move sideways .
Β« I - it's nothing it's just someone Β» i said trying to open the door again but he blocked it with his foot
Β« you stay here and tell me who made you this scared ? Β» he said blocking my way again but i knew i shouldn't tell him or else he will tell kasim about atike sultan and silahtar
Β« I- uh i need to go back can i please leave ? Β» i said wrapping the scarf around my head .
Β« Okay then if you don't wanna say anything Β» he opened the door and let me pass surprisingly i didn't think he would let me leave this easily since he was so persistent .
i bowed down and left hoping that the creep was not following me , the worst part is that i had to take the same path i came from so i eventually had to see him again .
i sighed and started walking back and to my dissapointment again i found him standing but before i could walk past him he stopped me again but this time i gave him a slap
Β« if you touch me ever again i will murder you Β» i yelled at him so hard but that stupid smirk didn't leave his face he was much stronger and taller so i felt towered
Β« i am in a higher class than you so you should listen to me , you're too pretty to let you go can i be blamed Β» with that he pulled me to him and i let out the loudest scream i could let out but before i can continue screaming i felt the weight of the guard drop .
I looked in front of me and the guard was on the floor pinned down by no other one than kasim
that's it i'm done for life if the guard speaks , i'm going to lose my job today .
Β« Don't ever touch her again or else i'll break these dirty hands of yours Β» kasim threatened him and his personal guards came running towards the scene .
Β« It's not how it looks like Β» the guard said groaning in pain as kasim pressured him to the floor more and more .
Β« You're a scum bag , take him away and throw him in the dungeons , you're fired Β» he said calling in his guards who took the man away . i watched the sight of the guard fade away as he kept screaming that he had a secret to tell
Β« Are you okay ? Β» kasim put his hand on my shoulder and i nodded in response
Β« I'm sorry i caused you an inconvenience Β» i said trying to look at everywhere but not his eyes
Β« you're not the one who should be sorry Β» he said comforting me and i couldn't help but blush at the feeling of affection
Β« Now go back to your work and be careful if someone ever causes you trouble just come to me okay ? Β» he smiled at the end so did I
I bowed down and continued walking and whenever i turned around he would still be there watching me . he made me feel so safe and loved .
