"Hey earth to y/n!" I was snapped out of my thoughts as I looked up from the ground and say Hanako waving his hand across my face.
"Oh sorry" I told him as I looked back up at what was happening around us.

Nene was crouched down in shock at what had become of her friend; While Number 2 was muttering softly however she had a murderous aura surrounding her.

Then suddenly she took out a park of the huge scissors that had been chasing us before and went to chop of Nenes head, I ran from where I was standing and grabbed one side of them while Kou was on my other side with Nene in the middle.

"It's ok Nene, we've got this" I reassured her, when suddenly I heard Kou scream next to me. I turned to face him only to see that the arm he had used to block was now what looked to be a dolls arm.

Hanako then jumped in front of Kou and I went to his side.
"Be careful, it looks like that think is what turns humans into dolls when they've been cut" Hanako stated as he had his pointed his knife toward Number 2.

"Ahh change it back!" Kou yelled with panic.
"Wait can't you do that thing with the wind with the cape and the dusk?" Kou asked Hanako hopefully as he looked towards the Wonder.

"Sadly I can not; Because we are in Number 2's territory. I would need to ask her permission. That could change if we broke her Yarishiro, but at the moment there's no sign of it anywhere. Hanako started, his knife pointed forwards. As I stood next to him ready to attack her.

However in a blink of an eye she had vanished from our sight, I let out a gasp of shock as we quickly turned around to see Number 2 whispering something into Kous ear. Before she attempted to slice him with her scissors.

"Keep up the good work! You doing great!" Hanako yelled at Kou as I shook my head at how childish he could be in these moments when other were in danger.

I could tell by Kous willpower he would be able to face her on his own for a bit, and I think Hanako had also sensed that. Or he just really wanted Kou dead. So I made my mind up and jogged over towards Nene with Hanako following behind me

She was still in the ground, holding the dolled up version of her best friend. As we got closer I could see tears in her eyes as the sound of her shrill whimpers started to fill my ears. Kneeled down to her and pulled the child in for a comforting hug before I stood back up next to Hanako who extended his hand out her her to grab.

"Come on stand up" He said in a comforting tone before continuing
"Don't quit now, she's still alive you know?" Hanako continued as I stood next to him.

Nene opened her eyes, tears still present. I could tell she was now paying attention after he said we could still save her. Hanako then continued.

"This world exists on the border between life and death, nothing is born here but nothing dies here ether. Just keep fighting for as long as it takes! Refuse to let her beat you and you'll win"

Nene started to tear up again as I just stood there me to him. I didn't know he could be like that. I thought to myself. Nene then began to start wiping the tears from her eyes as hope once more shone through them (Nagito dat u?)

Before she extended her hand to meet with Hanakos as she grasp onto it.

"Ok I'll do anything to get her back!"
