𝓢𝓸𝓹𝓱𝓲𝓮 𝓜𝓬𝓒𝓪𝓵𝓵

I don't know what came over me, but it felt like it was instincts to protect Derek. I went after the alpha when he hurt Derek and Scott and Stiles ran, I attacked the alpha. And I'd like to say I wounded him but I was flying through the air, I think he wounded me more.

"What's the common denominator?"

"and that's what keeps you human. Pain."

Derek's words replayed in my head as I hit the side of the school. Blood gushed out of my mouth as I coughed. I was human again, and i was naked.

Downside of turning into an actual wolf with fur and four legs, when I transition back to human, my clothes are gone. I looked around to see where the alpha went, he was gone.

He must be going to find Scott, I looked around to see Derek laying on the ground where he landed after the Alpha threw him when I began to go after him. 

I wonder if Derek has any clothes in his car, I looked around making sure no one was around. Scott and Stiles were hiding in the school so I doubt they were by any windows. I'll find clothes and then track them down to protect them.

I slowly stood up as I groaned in pain, I should be healing soon. I walked over to Derek's car, Deaton was no longer in the back seat so he must be the alpha. He disappeared right before the alpha appeared, that's the only explanation I have for why he disappeared at the same time.

I looked through his car and trunk, I found a jacket in his trunk but no pants. It was long enough to cover enough of my bottom half but I wasn't going to fight half naked.

Stiles might have some clothes in his car from lacrosse, I walked to it looking through it. It was my lucky day because I found his lacrosse bag, I looked through it and found a pair of sweat pants.

I had to tie the strings extra tight because they were kinda big on me but it'll do for now. I sprinted over to check on Derek before I went to find Scott and Stiles.

He was bleeding and he wasn't healing, I can't just leave him out here but I also can't help him. He'll heal eventually and my main priority right now is protecting the two innocent idiots inside the school who have no idea how to protect themselves.

Derek's not dead so he'll heal when he wakes up, hopefully.

I looked around listening but it was silent, where are they? They have to be hiding somewhere inside but I don't want to draw too much attention to them while I'm trying to find them.

I stood up walking to the entrance of the school, I pulled on it but it was locked. I could rip the door off but that will be really loud and draw attention to me.

I listened in again, I heard a male screaming and the alpha snarl. Then I heard a pair of footsteps running. Scott and Stiles, the alpha must be inside. I ripped the door off and began running to where I heard the noise.

I smelt blood as soon as I entered the school. The smell of blood led me to the locker room where I found the door to the locker room on the floor off of its hinges with blood smeared on it.

I looked around in the locker room and found the janitor, he was almost sliced in half. He was dead. I sighed, i need to get the alpha off of Scott and Stiles, I just don't know how to do that.

I heard glass break and then the Alpha snarling. I heard Stiles scream in fear, he's on to them. I began running to the noise but it was hard to pin point where it was exactly, I stopped out of breath.

I focused listening for any sign of Scott and Stiles, Derek would be so helpful right now. An unfamiliar voice came into my hearing, "What are they doing here anyway?" it's Jackson. What is he doing here?

"All I got was this?" Allison. "They lock the doors at night you know?" Lydia? What the hell are they all doing here? They can't be here, not right now. How'd they even know we were here? I need to stop them from coming into the school.

I went to run but I was stopped when I was grabbed by the back of Derek's jacket sending me flying through the air. I hit the wall of the opposite end of the hall then sliding down to the ground, I looked up slowly as the alpha walked to me stopping in front of me.

He let out a low snarl almost howl. He was challenging me or he was trying to recruit me to help him and I didn't want to do either of those things. So i snarled back as I stood up, I was not backing down or joining him.

I was surprised when he just turned around and ran the other way away from me. I was confused but kinda happy. I focused my hearing in for any sign of Jackson, Lydia, or Allison.

"Get to the lobby. Go now!" It was Scott but his voice was muffled, "okay I'm going now." Allison, he must've heard her and called her. I began making my way to the lobby. I got there just as Scott and Stiles did, they both looked at me surprised and happy.

"Sophie, I thought you were dead." Scott hugged me as I shook my head pulling away from the hug, "I'm fine, Derek is too but he's hurt pretty good. But the Alpha, he's angry Scott and he wants me to join him but I won't. I'm gonna protect you and Stiles and everyone. Where's Allison, Jackson and Lydia?"

"Jackson and Lydia? What are they doing here?" I shrugged confused, "I don't know, maybe they came with Allison. How'd she even know we were here?" He shrugged as footsteps came toward us,

We turned to see Allison relieved, "why did you come? What are you doing here?" Scott questioned as he stepped around me, "because you asked me to." She stated confused, "I asked you too?" He looked to us confused as I shrugged shaking my head.

Allison showed us her phone screen, it was a text from Scott's number saying to meet him at the school, it's urgent. "Why do I get the feeling you didn't send this message?" Allison questioned concerned as Scott sighed, "because I didn't."

Her phone began to ring, she answered, "where are you?" The door behind us pushed opened revealing Lydia and Jackson. They both let out a sign of relief, "finally, can we go now?"

There were heavy thuds above us, it's him. They all looked up confused and concerned, "run! And don't stop!" They all took off back the way Scott and Stiles entered as I backed away preparing myself to fight again.

I was not gonna let him get to them, I didn't have to protect him. I'm not his Zeta until I kill for him, so my instincts right now is to protect my friends. I watched as he fell through the ceiling and was now in-front of me growling.

What am I getting myself into?

Hello friends!! Double update tonight!! The next update will be Monday, only one chapter! I've also decided that this is book one, so each season will be a separate book but the same storyline obviously. This is gonna be season one and then once I finish this book we'll move on to book two/season 2 of the show if that makes sense!!!
