"Oh my god y'all my baby 19!!!" Journey said coming in my room and I laughed as I turned around.

"Happy birthday." She said and handed me a bouquet of flowers with money around them.

"Awweeee thank you," I said and kissed her.

"You look fine as fuck too damn...okay 360 real quick..." she said and I did a turn then she smacked my ass hard.

"I— move that hurt." I said rubbing my ass and sat the flowers on my dresser.

"Yeah yeah come on everyone else downstairs." She said as she sat a bag on my bed.

"Waitttt what's this??" I asked.

"Gone head and look." She said.

"Thanks..." I said and grabbed the black and grey ones.

I slipped them on,"Yeahhh let's go." I said and we walked downstairs where I was attacked in a hug by Mariah and Yana.

"Oh my godddd I can't breatheeee." I said laughing but they were truly squishing me.

"You'll be fine shit at least a nigga ain't sitting on yo bladder 24/7.." Mariah said rubbing her stomach.

"I— anyways.." I said.

"Happy birthday thoughhh." Yana said and handed me some shoe boxes.

"Wait y'all getting me all thisss— hold up I might cry." I said sitting them on the couch.

"Girl— shut yo stupid ass up." Amare said coming out the kitchen.

"You shut yo ugly ass up." I mugged him, he handed me two stacks of cash.

"If you didn't know what to give me just say that.." I said fanning myself with the money.

"Don't get cocky I'll take the shit back." He bucked at me.

"Oh I was suppose to be scared— ahh faceass." I said.

"Anyways I'm finna go out this up, I'll be back." I said and took my stuff up to my room.

"Dad imma beat yo ass.." I said as a some more people came in.

"Cuss at me one mo time imma snatch that damn wig off." He said and I mugged him.

"See doing a lil tew much..lemme see my cake." I said and he mugged me.

"Girl get the fuck outta my face." He said as he fixed himself a plate.

He invited his side of the family and to be honest I'm actually cool with them.

Some of my cousins aunts uncles..grandparents chile.

Lil do he knows after the cake we all dipping tho, shit I ain't tryna be here with them all day no offense.

Finna get my nasty 19 the fuck on.

"Hey uncle Parker." I said giving him a side hug.

"Wassup, I was just talking to yo lil friend here." He said nodding his head at Journey.

"Lil friend? Unc I'm 19 you can say girlfriend." I said shaking my head.

"I'll stick wit lil friend." He said before taking a sip of his beer.

"Anyways...Journey come on." I grabbed her hand and went to the back.

"Nigga move." Amare said to one of our lil cousins.

Leo, he was 4 years old.

"Leave him alone." Yana said as he played on her phone in her lap.

"Yeah fuck off my cousin nigga." I bucked at Amare and he thumped my forehead.

"Oww- bitch-"I said before hitting him and he hit me back.

"Oh hell no.." I said pulling my top up then started swinging on him.

The amounts of time we've actually fought each other is unhealthy...

I still remember the time I chased him all the way down the street with a knife...and a taser.

"Get the-" He said as she was getting hits in to.

"This is so ghetto...somebody separate the children." Mariah said before I felt myself getting pulled off.

"You done??" Journey asked as I fixed my hair.

"Yeah.." I said then Amare looked at me and held his fist out and I gave him a fist bump.

This was just to declare the fight was over.

"Alright—" I said dusting myself off.

"GET YALL ASSES IN HERE BEFORE I EAT THE CAKE MY DAMN SELF!" Dad yelled.

"I— let's hurry up then." I said shaking my head

"Happy birthday to youuuu-" They all sung but Amare wanna be aggy and get close by my ear.

"Imma kill you one day..." I mumbled as dad lit the candles.

"Make a wish..."  My dad said patting my shoulders.

I looked around before closing my eyes.

Keep this group I got now...and forever with Journey.

I opened my eyes and blew out all the candles,"Now gimme a knife I'm cutting the fockin pieces." I said and Yana handed me the knife.

"Stop fuckin cussin shit." Dad said and I shook my head as I started cutting the cake.

"Yeah yeah..."

Mariah, Amare, Yana, Journey and  I had made it to this restaurant that was by a beach.

Honestly we just snuck out the party and came here because why not.

"Journey go over there, pose pose photo shoot pose-" I sung taking pictures of her.

She got up laughing and looked at the pictures I took.

"Delete the last one." She said

"No red heart." I said back and she threw her arm over my shoulder pulling me closer to her as we walked out the restaurant to the back.

"This is really nice as fuck..." I said as I looked at the view.

"Yeah..." Journey said as she came up behind me and hugged me tight.

I leaned back into her touch and smiled, everything felt tok good to be true.

She's the first girl I've ever been with, I didn't even think I was into girls like that until I met her...

"I love you...a lot more than you'll ever know, or could understand." Journey whispered into my ear before softly kissing my neck.

My eyes slightly shut and a chill went down my back,"I love you too..." I said barely above a whisper.

She turned me around and I could see tears in her eyes,"You finna cry??" I asked and she she shook her head no.

"Nah the wind just blowing that's all.." she shrugged.

"Mhm.." I said as I hugged her but then she picked me up and I wrapped my legs around her waist.

"Damn...the way I wanna fuck you right now." She said and I had to close my eyes real quick cause I got a heartbeat down there.

I started off pecking her lips before she kissed me back and stuck her tongue in my mouth.

"Mm...stawpppp." I said leaning back and she laughed as she put me down.

"C'mon and close your eyes, and take off ya shoes." She said and I kicked them off before closing my eyes.

I let out a laugh as she picked me up again.

"Where we going??" I asked as I could hear the waves more.

"Chill I'm not throwing you in." She said, she must've felt my grip get tighter.

"Alright..." she put me down and I felt my feet in the sand.

"Keep your eyes closed.." she said and I stood there for a few more minutes and just took in the smell of the ocean

"Okay open them.."

I poked out my bottom lip before kissing her," thanks baby...you didn't have to do all this Foreal you were more than enough." I said and she covered my mouth.

"Hush you've helped me with a lot and today's your day, now sit down." She said.

We sat down and I started eating the strawberries as she poured the sparkling cider.

We couldn't be drunk or nun right now, still gotta drive back to the hotel.

I took a sip and this was actually good, I watched as Journey held her arms out.

I walked on my knees until I was sitting in her lap and looked out at the water.

"Bae...you think we'd adopt kids??" I asked.

"If you want to." She said as she played in my hair.

"What about a sperm donor?? Or those shots things we can do at home??"

"Have you been searching all this up??" She asked laughing.

"Anyways." I said.

"We can do whichever one you want." She said and I nodded.

"Journey..." I said and she looked at me.

"I love you Foreal...and I wanna spend forever with you even when we die, yes we cause if you die I'm jumping in that casket with you." I said.

"Vice versa." She said then kissed my cheek.

"Happy birthday Liya.." she said as she pulled me back against her.

"Thank you." I said back.

"You wanna gone head to the hotel??" She asked and I smiled looking back at her.

"Sex?"

"I- yes princess, all the sex you want. Want me to eat you out in the car??" She asked as we got up.

"Yesssuhhhh."
