➸ You and Bakugou had gone home when Suki had gotten a little fussy but it was hard. Bakugou burps Suki while you change into something more comfortable. "I'm going back to the hospital.. I feel like Izuku needs one of us there more than ever right now."

Bakugou nods in agreement and lays down the sleeping baby, "Go ahead.. I got it for a night."

You didn't want to leave your family but Cecelia was one of your closest friends and you knew she would do the exact same thing for you. "I don't know if I have it for a night..." you look down at your son and rub his chubby cheek with the back of your finger lightly. "I think I'll miss you two too much."

Bakugou kisses your forehead, "We'll miss you too but we're always here, waiting for you."

His words warm your heart and you turn to hug him tightly. "She has to be ok Katsuki.." you whisper, "She can't leave our lives just like that."

Bakugou hugs you tighter and sighs, "She'll be ok.. Cecelia is a tough girl and she's not going anywhere without her daughter."

"You're right." you pull back to look at him.

"I always am."

You stop by somewhere to get Izuku food since he was stuck eating nasty hospital meals for the time being. You both sit down and he slowly eats his food, finally feeling his appetite coming around since finding out his girlfriend was in critical condition.

"I'm sorry all I'm thinking about is her." he mutters and you rub his back comfortingly.

"I know Izuku and if you want to talk about her we can."

"She's so perfect." he starts, "I met her and then all I wanted to do was be around here. Literally just knowing she was a few feet away gave me more joy than anything in my life."

You smile at the memory of meeting her for the first time. You had never admitted that you were a bit jealous but it quickly went away and she became a sister to you as you did to her.

"She's so bright, lights up any room she's in." he finishes his food and leans his head against your shoulder to close his eyes and picture her laughing until she cried which she did often.

"Wanna see Francesca?"

The question made your heart drop as you have yet to see her. You were nervous of course but you knew it would be love at first sight.

"Of course."

Izuku leads the way to the nursery and soon you can see a few babies through the glass window. "Which one is she?" you smile and he points to the one right in center. "Look at her.." you whisper and couldn't help but want to hold her.

"Beautiful right?" he smiles and didn't take his eyes off of her.

"The most." you say in agreement, of course you loved your son but you always wondered what would have changed if you had a daughter. "You two did good work." you try to lighten the mood and Izuku lets out a small laugh.

"We did."

After a few seconds of silence a nurse walks up to you both and says something into his ear that makes his face light up.

"She's awake! We can see her!" he says in a hurry and pulls your hand along to the room.

Stepping into the room Cece's on the bed and gives you both a lazy smile. "Hey y'all!! You two are so silly!" she giggles and reaches for Izuku.

"The doctor said she's a little loopy." Iuzku whispers before going off to her side and hugging her tightly. "Baby I missed you so much." he kisses all over her face.

You sit on a chair beside her and hold onto her hand, "Never scare me like that again Cece." you pout and she leans over to give you a kiss on the cheek.

"I promise!"

Just as she says that the door opens again and a nurse pushes in the crib with a baby, "I thought you two would want to spend the night with your angel."

Cece gasps and sits up right to look, "Izu it's our baby girl!" she begins to cry. Cecelia knew what happened but now it was setting in that there was a chance she could've been gone for good. "She's so perfect."

Izuku carefully picks up the baby and helps Cece carry Francesca in her arms, "I'm so sorry mommy almost left you baby girl... I promise it'll never happen again. I love you too much to let that happen." she sniffles with a sad smile and leans down to kiss her forehead.

You watch Izuku wrap his arms around Cece and they looked complete. You wanted them to enjoy this time alone so you stand up slowly and kiss Cece's cheek, "I'm so happy Cecelia. I'll come back first thing in the morning." you promise and she nods her head with a smile.

"Thank you for being here." they say in unison.

With a wave you leave to go back to your family.

You walk back into your house slowly to not make loud noise in case Suki was still deep asleep. Mei welcomes you first and snuggles into your leg, "Hi pretty girl." you whisper and hug her tightly while she purrs and accepts your love.

After putting her back on her paws you walk upstairs and open your bedroom door. "Katsuki—" you whisper in shock and he looks back at you with a smile.

"Hey sweetheart."

Bakugou puts down his paintbrush as he was finally able to make a portrait of Suki since he was staying still. "What's this?" you go by his side and put an arm around his shoulder to look at it in it's full glory.

"I wanted to wait up for you." he looks at it and you kiss the top of his head, "No better time than now to paint him."

Bakugou turns and pulls you down onto his lap. You both sit in silence and watch the way Suki slightly readjusted in his sleepy state. "I can't wait until you're my husband Katsuki.." you say out loud for the first time and Bakugou begins to get nervous.

"Me neither sweetheart."
