Dameion's P.o.v
Riley laughed as if I was joking.

What are you laughing for I said joining in with her laughter.

Riley- Your joking right? she said with her laughter dying down.

I laughed louder and said "No seriously." "Live a little" I said using hand jesters.

Riley- Fine, she said taking a breath.

With that I grabbed her hand and basically dragged her to the hallway bathroom, and stood outside of the door waiting already in my soaked swim trunks.

She opened the door within 5 minutes. When I saw her she had on a Calin Klein gray and white underwear set.

Riley- Let's go!

I grabbed her hand running out the side door that led to the pool and jumped straight in not really thinking but still holding her hand.

As we surfaced we both started laughing for some odd reason.

Riley- I feel so...alive she stuttered out.

"Me to", I said honestly.

We get closer and it made me feel really weird because I had never felt close with any girl to be honest it's usually just fuck and duck. Instead of just charming her and getting what every boy wants I actually wanted to get to know her despite earlier how I acted in class.

I looked at her while she smiled and it made me smile on the inside and outside.

Her hair pushed in her face and I pushed a string behind her ear making her brown skin blush. I looked into her big brown eyes that looked black and without thinking I blurted out...

"Your Beautiful".

Riley- Pft, she said while pushing a big chunk of her hair behind her left ear.

Riley- I bet you say that to every girl you've been with.

But you're different, I say a little hurt by her words but knowing they were true.

But I wasn't lying she was different.

Let me take you to this cool theme park this weekend, I said while hoping for a yes.

Riley- The player Dameion wants to take me on a date?, she said while laughing really hard.

I rub the back of my head saying "yes" seriously.

Riley- Sounds fun so why not, she said showing a smile. An idea pops inside my head and I smirk.

Everybody get a partner in the pool girls on boys may the best team win, I say without thinking as much.

Everybody started getting in the pool. Girls began getting on boys shoulders and going over game plans I guess. Everybody who didn't play sat along the rim of the pool or in the chairs and cheered for people who they thought would win.

I grabbed Riley and put her on my shoulder, earning a hard laugh from her.

Riley's P.o.v

While I sat high on Dameion's shoulder I spotted Keisha sitting down on the rim of the pool talking to a cute chocalate toned boy.

I laughed and looked to my left and saw Niyah on some tall guys shoulder.

The thoughts of them getting along with cute boys made my heart smile.

Dameion- On the count of three that when you can go! Don't cheat!

I laughed as Dameion tried making his point.

Dameion- 1...2...3! Go!

The girls began pushing other girls off of boys shoulders while the ones that got pushed off exited the pool onto the side view.

Dameion walked around allowing me to knock girls down off of boys shoulders.

Dameion smacked my ass kind of hard while showing a smile saying "keep up the good work".

I laughed, and soon the were only 4 people left in the pool. Me, Dameion and Ethan and his chick.

For some reason I didn't even care that Ethan had a girlfriend anymore...Dameion made me feel alive like something I haven't felt in a long time.

Dameion walked closer to them and had an evil grin planted on his face, get ready he said low.

The people who were already out began cheering our names.

50/50 Dameion! Riley! Ethan! Amber! I heard the name Amber mixed in and I guess that was her name.

"Lets win this", I said confidently.

When we were close the girl began pushing me really hard so I could fall and sure enough I almost did.

I began pushing her back almost making her fall. She scratched me in my face almost making me lose balance.

It burned and I could feel some blood running down my cheek. I pushed her back twice as hard and both of them fell right in the water. I held my face.

Dameion shouted us in Victory while everyone cheered us on.

All of a sudden I'm yanked off Dameion's shoulders by my hair.I try surfacing but I can't and all I do is kick and scream losing air until finally the person is pulled off of me and I surface.

I cough looking up seeing a pissed Keisha and Niyah now at my side.

Dameion held her and I yelled...

"let her go".

Ounce he did I yelled again..

"You crazy Bitch" but this time throwing a heaving punch to her face.

With her throwing another but I easily dodged. I grabbed her by her neck and pushed her in the water getting push off of her really hard by Ethan.

Ouch, I held by stomach that he pushed which now hurt a lot. Dameion punched him really hard in the jaw and they began fighting while Amber came my way but Niyah pushed her under water while Keisha yelled...

"See it doesn't feel good does it".

"Stop"! I yell angry.

Dameion- Why didn't you get your girl Ethan!

Ethan-What do you mean she kicked ass, he smirked.

I let out a million cries and got out the pool running to get my stuff.

Dameion's P.o.v

I watched as Riley got out the pool with tears running down her face and ran trying to gather her stuff.

I seen Niyah and Keisha trying to go after her and I said ...

let me handle it and they nodded. With that I got out and followed Riley inside the house and everyone continued to party.

I hurried to the door that she was about to walk out and slabbed it.

Riley-What do you want, she said in tears.

"Whats wrong" I said pulling her in for a hug.

She cried on my shoulder really hard and i took her to my car and drove to and old spot I knew.

Riley's P.o.v

We were at a Tree house and we went up and sat on some comfortable pillows.

Dameion- Now whats wrong?

I sigh, "I thought me and Ethan had a connection and then he popped out with a girlfriend and he didn't even care when she almost drowned me" I say rushing out hopping he won't understand.

Dameion- look it's going to be okay Ethan's a jerk ok.

I know that now I say sadly. I dont want anything to do with him, I say making up my mind.

Dameion- How about you come stay the night with me I mean you know if you want . And Ethan won't even be there, he said rubbing his neck.

"Sure" I say happily, but we have to stop by Keisha's house, I said.

Dameion-Okay, he replied.

When we left we stopped by Rasin Canes and ate then stopped and Keisha's house while I packed me some clothes. When we finally made it back he suggested i take a shower then he would go next and that exactly what I did.

When I was out and I had on my cookie monster pajamas.

I seen Dameion sitting on his bed with his head in his hands. I walked over to him and played with his hair smelling he had already took a bath. "Whats wrong" I asked.

Dameion- Nothing, he sighed.

"You can tell me" I say.

Dameion- She could have really hurt you and for some reason it frustrates me like I could've did better. Riley please don't laugh when I say this.

"I won't I promise" I say.

Dameion- For some reason your different. I wanna protect you and get to know you not just fuck and duck and I know your probably thinking I say this to every girl but I don't.

After he finished speaking he just put his head back in his hands not even letting me speak.

"I believe you" I say surprising both me and him.

I rubbed his hair repeating what I had said. "I believe you".

It was now 1 a.m and everyone was gone including Niyah and Keisha.

I had already let Niyah and Keisha know that I'd be back tomorrow.

Me and Dameion had talked all night laughing, getting to know each other, and watching netflix. I even fell asleep on his chest last night and I could swear I felt him kiss my forehead and say goodnight.

He was nothing like Ethan and I thought me and Ethan connected but this right here with Dameion was a connection.

And if I thought Ethan scared me Dameion scared me more.

But I wanted to risk it for him with no hesitation.
