F/N STARED AT THE GLITTERING JEWELLERY THAT MADE HER EYES SHINE EVEN IN THE DARK ROOM. She stared and stared and stared, observing its every detail as time passed by without her noticing.

Three black-coloured gems were on the sides and below a larger gem, a red-coloured one. The metal that connected the three gems with the largest one had leaf and flower designs with a simple chain that goes around one's neck.

But there was one peculiar thing about the necklace: it was glowing.

The gems were, especially the red one.

F/n shifted her gaze from the necklace to the mirror, seeing the way she stood in the royal guard's uniform. She raised the necklace and unclipped it, placing it against her chest before clipping it secure.

Once she did though, the gems glowed even brighter and the second she blinked, her eyes started glowing purple, this time brighter than the others. Her hair started floating along with her body while her arms stretched slightly, not touching her sides.

It was odd, surprising and unexpected but she didn't feel at all scared; she didn't even flinch when it all started to happen.

Her body felt light, unusually light and unlike usual, she was floating without the help of her crystals. Besides that though, she felt different as if she had found the missing puzzle piece in her life.

She felt different, both mentally and physically. Mentally felt complete and physically felt literally lighter, like something lifted off of her shoulders.

Her royal guard's uniform was disregarded, changed into a long, red gown.

It had leather straps that went all the way around her neck and shoulders. The dress was a mix of black and dark red colours with gloves and translucent stockings.

The gown was made out of some sort of silk, draping down her figure elegantly. The gown that trailed behind her was almost long enough to fill a quarter of the room.

The woman let out a quiet gasp, body stiffening upon realising what had happened. It all happened so quickly, too quickly for her to even realise it the second it did happen.

F/n landed back on the ground, noticing in the mirror that even her hairstyle changed. Her h/c hair was off of the bun she had earlier and draped down her shoulders.

Her hair was relatively long, already reaching her hips as she had never cut it before, only trimming the ends of it when she first stepped into the place she called home.

But now, where was home anymore?

Swallowing all her memories and horrible thoughts from her overthinking, she turned her body and faced the other side of the room.

The woman walked around the room, heels clicking against the wooden flooring. She walked past the balcony, sliding her fingers across the glass as she admired the view.

She sat on the large, comfortable bed, body bouncing slightly at the impact as her hair laid across the soft blanket. Her hand rubbed against the soft material, lips growing a satisfied smile at the feeling.

After a while, she stood back up, walking towards the closet next. She opened the door and stepped in.

The lights of the room instantly lit the place up when she first opened the door. There was a table in the centre of the room filled with other jewellery with a small sofa to sit on when putting on footwear.

There were many dresses in the cabinets, hanging neatly as some glittered under the bright lights. A thin layer of glass covered them all protectively but F/n thought that it could be broken by anyone with them just punching it.

There were a few mannequins across the room, each wearing royal dresses that seemed to look important.

There were two statues beside the indent for the mannequins and F/n approached it, placing a hand on the right statue's head. Then the ground started to rumble and the wall behind the mannequins started to move back.

F/n grew frantic, hurriedly searching for a place to hide in. But there was none for she was in a closet room with nothing but clothes and cabinets. So she got ready with her crystals, forming a layer of it to protect her before it gets her.

But even after five whole minutes, nothing appeared out of it, which made the woman lower her hand and relaxed her posture slightly.

She took a hesitant step forward and paused before taking another. She peeked in the small gap between the walls and saw an entrance to an unknown place but she dared not enter.

Inhaling and exhaling sharply, F/n made up her mind and walked towards the gap with a racing heart and a nervous expression. She tilted her head, peeking into the room.

It was a fairly large room but was a lot smaller than the closet with only a single light to light the whole place up. It was much but it was enough to let her see clearly.

F/n could see multiple wooden shelves that held a piece of certain jewellery made of gold and precious stones. But one thing caught her eye.

It was a tiara. Red gems surrounded the metal frame as it twisted around stylishly. It had gold on its metal frame that suited perfectly with the necklace she was wearing.

The woman tilted her head slightly to the right, taking a step closer to the jewellery before looking back at the small gap between the room and the closet before quickly getting out and rushing down.

She had to get back to the dungeon quickly to tell her father everything she had discovered. Her newly obtained powerful necklace and the secret hidden room in the closet room that contained a powerful-looking tiara she did not dare to touch.

One thing she did not know, though, was that the necklace didn't hold power, it held a spirit. And that spirit was her mother's.
