She stared at the screen watching the Capital symbol, she felt numb. At least he is alive. She said to herself to stop from having another break down.

"Time for an airwave drill." Coin said sternly and everyone started to check the computers and exit the room. Katniss darted out of the room and Ophelia quickly followed her out the doors as an automatic voice played throughout the bunker.

"Code red, this is not a drill."

She followed the younger girl down the huge flight of stairs, it seemed to go on and on forever. Katniss frantically looked around, she must have been looking for Prim.

All of a sudden the ground starts to shake, Ophelia grabs for the railing as rain starts to pour from above them. Her heart beat rapidly in her chest, she was now soaked and everyone around her was running for cover.

The brunettes feels a wave of anxiety wash over her as she pushes through the crowd of people, she turned around to see if Katniss was behind her, but she wasn't. She exited the stairs and enters the bunk room, her wet jumpsuit clung to her skin and her hair stuck to her neck. Katniss was no where to be found as she searched the bunks.

"Doors will be closing in 10 seconds." She anxiously bit her cheek and ran her hands through her hair. The ground starts to shake again, she is pulled under a bunk by none other than Gale with Katniss and Prim at his side.

The three looked horrified.

They all sat on the bunk as the bunker continued to shake, and just when you thought it couldn't get any worse the power went out.

Darkness spread throughout the large room, they all pull out their flashlights and flick them on.

"Ophelia," She opens her eyes and is met with the face of Gale. "Follow me." I get up from the cot where I laid and followed him, after walking up stairs he leads me to a door and pushes it open.

The smell of smoke and roses filled her nose, she looks around her. Pieces of concrete and White roses covered the ground, looked up from the ground and laid eyes on Katniss. She looked just as shocked.

"Alright Katniss we need you to say '13 is alive and well'" Cresta said but Katniss paid no attention, her eyes were fixed on the rose.

"They're gonna kill Peeta." She mutters.

"Speak up we can't hear you."

"They're gonna kill Peeta."

"Katniss-" She cuts her off.

"No, I can't do this." Her eyes fill with tears as Haymitch walks over to her and wraps his arms around her. "This was meant for me, d-don't make me do this."

She runs off leaving them in shock, they turn to Ophelia and point the camera at her.

"All you have to say is '13 is alive and well'" Ophelia bites her lip then nods.

She takes a deep breath and looks into the camera. "13 is alive and well. And we aren't going down without a fight."
