I didn't say anything else the whole ride to the venue we were looking at for the baby shower , I wanted to plan Nari's gender reveal also but I would be doing that by myself .

It was only going to be limited people , meaning everybody that knew about her pregnancy, she didn't really want everyone to know . For her own reason, you know Nari though. She doesn't think she has to explain shit to nobody .

But me , cause oh bitch if you aint gone somebody you gone tell Promise Levy Jones .

"Aaliyah can you take my picture please?" I poked my lip out and she took my phone . I flipped my braids to the side and posed waiting to hear the click .

I smirked and pulled out mine from my hip making him frown "Youn think I forgot did you?"

"Atleast yo slow ass remembered sum , but you forgot one thing.."

And soon as he said that four more men came out of nowehere , but it was only me .

I didn't come down here for drama , it was like all the drama that was coming from the Westside to the south was because of him .

He wanted me back and I moved away , I didn't want to be over here anymore . It was ghetto as fuck and he was always killing people .

The worst thing about it was I was staying with him while he was doing all of this , so I just moved in with my mom once she moved to the South .

I cocked my gun back and stood up sending a shot through his head and four more shots went off .

They weren't from me ..

My body dropped to the ground and the other four dropped also , if I didn't shoot them then who did..

"Come on"

I lifted my arm up giving him access to pick my up , he threw arm around his shoulder and picked me up bridal style carrying me out .

"Where's my gun?" I started to panic realizing it was no longer in my hands.

He chuckled "You just got shot at and you worried about a gun?"

"I need it , I payed alot for it" I started whining .

He sat me in the oassenger seat and ran back in , I'm guessing to go get the gun. He ran back out after a while and sat it on my lap making me smile .

"Thank you"

"Mm" He kept it short .

"Why you act so boujee?"

"I'm not , I don't have full conversations with kids"

"I'm not no kid" I scrunched my face up.

"Aint you like eighteen?"

I shook my head "No , I'm twenty one.."

"Still a baby" He said and I rolled my eyes.

"Ok... Thank you for coming for me.."

I don't even know how he knew where I was , but I was thankful.

I looked over at him as he drove with one hand on the steering wheel and the other rubbing through his beard .

"It aint nun , somebody called me for you"

"Was it June?"

"You don't hear me talking to you?"

"Chill out kid , I aint the one you should be getting mad at."

"Aint nobody ever taught you to respect your elders?"

"Na" I said lowly playing with his dreads "You fine though..."

"I get that alot" He said smacking my hand down and I gripped him through his pants making him swerve . "Aye man , chillout foreal"

"I gotta family , ion need no extra drama"

"She don't gotta know" Leaned over the arm rest and spit on my hand putting them in him Armani jeans .

"Youn want this shawty just sit ba-Oh!"

He sighed looking down in his phone as we sat in the room waiting for the doctor.

Maybe I did this on purpose , maybe I didn't. I was lonely and needed a purpose. When I watched a documentary some people were like their babies saved their lives .

I did not feel happy on this earth anymore . I didn't want to have kids at all but I knew if I were to have one , I would want to have them while I was a bit younger .

I didn't want to be one of them old ass parents that be like sixty eight while their child is eighteen , that aint it for me . Of course i'm gonna take care of my baby. But I just REFUSE to deal with this man .
