🍓 Synopsis 🍓

Early morning cuddles with the kim family.

Taehyung hummed in annoyance as he woke up. He was in a deep slumber but it had to be interrupted by the loud noise of raindrops falling against the windows.

He looked down to see jungkook peacefully sleeping with his back against his chest. Smiling, he kissed his forehead and got up, going over to close the curtains to make the room dark and possibly cut off the loud sound.

He quickly slipped back into bed, not wanting jungkook to wake up since the male had gotten a long weekend after a very long time and he wanted him to rest.

Just as taehyung spooned his husband again, the smaller male shuffled closer to him, burying his face into his bicep. Taehyung lazily smiled as he loosely placed his arm on his hip.

Taehyung nuzzled into the younger's neck, the soft skin and addictive scent making him sleepy. Jungkook whined, feeling ticklish near his neck and opened his eyes slowly.

He blinked a few times to get rid of the blurriness and looked around, finding the room dark and the sound of the raindrops somehow comforting.

"I'm sorry baby"

Taehyung whispered while jungkook hummed and melted into his arms, pressing his back against his husband's broad chest.

"go back to sleep, we can wake up later"

Jungkook huffed and closed his eyes, kissing taehyung's hand. Just as he was slipping into a deep sleep, the door softly opened.

"mama?"

Taehyung lifted his head and saw his daughter, ah-yeong, standing at the door with one of her hands rubbing her eyes while the other had her blanket scrunched up in it.

"good morning, baby. What's wrong?"

"m'scwared"

She mumbled and walked into the room after closing the door.

"c'mere sweetheart"

Jungkook opened his arms, his eyes still closed. With a little effort, she climbed onto the bed. He quickly collected her into his arms, her face stuffed into his chest.

Taehyung discarded her small blanket and covered her with their large duvet, making sure she was warm since it was still raining outside.

"sleepy?"

She nodded. Jungkook sighed and kissed her forehead.

"sleep, my babies"

Taehyung kissed jungkook's head and ahyeong's palm as both of them were already falling into a deep slumber.

He wrapped his large arms around his little family and sighed in content. He loved mornings like these when the three of them could just cuddle in the warmth of each other with zero worries in their heads.

"I love you"
