real life !

it's been a few days since the issue. you could say it had slightly died down. no more mentioning of the picture, or the guy being luna's secret boyfriend whatsoever. thanks to their friends being damage controls.

luna has went back home to california, thinking that she was a burden- jen already told her no but she insisted on going home anyway. throughout the flight, she couldn't really sleep well even if she tried to. she'd wake up every couple of minutes and when she tries to go back to sleep, she'd just think back to what happened in the past week. it's a cycle, but she managed.

though, luna and dream still hasn't talked to each other. after luna's addressing tweet on her alt twitter account, dream has stopped messaging her. she doesn't know why. maybe he's upset or mad that his thoughts have been confirmed, luna doesn't like him and has a boyfriend. it was honestly ruining her. she liked him so much yet she ran away. it was an idiotic move but she was unsure if staying was the right thing to do, so she had no choice.

but of course, the day had to come. luna was on foolish's stream, chilling and chatting with her friends because tina asked her to join and of course she couldn't say no to tina. but she was having fun, fortunately.

then he joined. dream joined the call.

at first, she was relieved, that maybe he actually wasn't mad. cause of course he knows she's in the stream right? that's why he joined right? because luna is there!

"oh i didn't know she's here." his voice cold, as if he doesn't really care.

ouch. luna knows he's talking about her. tina also knows. but the others don't, especially chat. that's good then. she doesn't want the whole world to know what went on between them.

"who're you talking about?" foolish asked.

"oh nothing, sorry. what were you guys talking about?" and the conversation went back to normal.

luna stayed quiet most of the time (only because things got awkward since he joined). only talking when tina talks to her or asks her something. she knows what tina's doing. whenever tina notices someone quiet, she tries to engage in a conversation with them to let them talk more. it's a sweet thing, honestly. but she's not liking it right now. not at this moment when dream's in the call.

"stop running away! you- stupid- AGHHH!" foolish shouts- to no one in particular. probably from the game he's playing. luna's too busy thinking to look at his stream that's playing on her screen.

"yeah why would it run away right? just stop running away," dream spoke, clearly dropping hints and luna understood what he meant. she took a deep breath to calm herself.

"right? you are so smart dream," foolish laughed, sarcastically. he didn't get the hints but he just thought dream was joking so he joked as well. poor foolish.

tina awkwardly laughs as well, she got it too, it seems. tina can be quite an idiot sometimes but she's observant.

the conversation changes as tina spoke. "i keep calling george but he wouldn't answer. does he answer to you guys?"

"maybe he's too busy to flirt with sapnap," foolish answered, chuckling.

"yeah, tina. don't disturb them. they're probably having a date or something," dream joked. foolish laughed at him, saying 'true'.

he knows what he's doing. he's attacking her, indirectly.

geez. the tension's rising. it's killing her.

the topic changes, not knowing where it came from but they were talking about relationship gestures. probably from a dono talking about them cuddling with their partner while watching the stream.

"is dream a good hugger, moon?" foolish asked innocently.

caught off guard, "huh? oh... yeah. he is," she answered quietly. dream huffs.

"you think?"

this is awkward. "uh- yeah i do," she stutters, clearly too nervous to talk to him. this is their first interaction after all. after all that happened between them.

"i heard girls like it when guys are clingy." foolish said, not really talking about dream and luna but since they were talking about relationships, he spoke about it.

"yeah," tina agreed.

"chat, what gestures do you like the most? like holding hands or something..." foolish asked his chat. he's stopped playing games now so he could read his viewers' chat messages.

"hugs? kisses? well that's too common. linked arms? arms wrapped around your shoulder? sleeping on their lap? that's cute, yeah i'd agree." foolish was trying to reading chat. "hands on waist? girls think that's attractive? really? i'll keep that on mind." he jokes.

"hmm, i know someone who likes it. right moon?" his shit-eating grin could literally be heard. luna knows he's talking about the picture of her and tyson.

luna laughs awkwardly since she didn't know what or how to respond to that. he keeps saying such things and it's making her very uncomfortable.

"hey luna, you should go to bed. i know you're tired." of course tina notices it. thanks to her, luna can escape without any excuses.

"oh right yeah. i'll get going now. enjoy the stream, bye!"

foolish and tina said their bye's. luna stayed for a second, waiting for dream to say his goodbyes but it never came. inhaling deeply, she left the call. lune rested her back on her gaming chair, closing her eyes as she thinks back to what the fuck just happened.

dream kept teasing her, attacking her. the last one hit her the fucking hardest. she couldn't believe it. why would he do such a thing?! but of course, it was all her fault anyway. she couldn't blame him.

'i'm sorry. i promise i'll make it up to you.'
