Yoongi sat in his studio, eyes fluttering slightly as he put his phone down, twinkling into sleep. A small smile appeared on his face as he began to think about the boy who inch-by-inch took his heart, and yet the melody of his heart remained at ease.

Not that Yoongi was someone who'd be stressed easily. He was a strong man, a small transparent shield before himself as he wandered the world. A man so kind and calm you'd find him to be a mix of a cat and a dog  - though he slept much more like a cat - anywhere and in a position which look to the normal person far too uncomfortable.

"Yoongi!" A wild knock sounded at his door, and just before one could squirm at his sleeping position, the man got up, sighing.

"What do you want?"

"First things first, honey, don't talk to me like that." Jin shook his head in disappointment, "Secondly, you've gotta help me out with the BBMAs - I have no clue what to wear and my stylist is about to get fired any second."

"As annoyed as I am at you for disturbing my sleep, I'm grateful you're finally getting rid of them. God, they were dressing you in everything but-"

"Handsome?"

"If that's how you want to put it," Yoongi sighed. "I'll help you out, but let me get my sleep first."

"Sleep? You've already had about 8 hours today, you don't need anymore." Jin placed an iPad in his hands, "So this is the first choice."

"Yeah purple is not your color." Yoongi swiped left, "It's a good hair color on you, but not for suits. It'll wash you out."

"It's better than wearing a trash bag."

"Not if it's that shade." Yoongi swipes and passes comments from time to time, before blinking a pause at a pair of leather pants and a silky black blouse was thrown together with a square harness suspender belt. "That, that should work. Especially with the direction you took your last album, if you unbutton the top buttons of the shirt, get some dress shoes and mess the hair-"

"What about a red shirt?"

"What red?"

"Like a really, really dark crimson."

Yoongi pondered, "I guess it could work.  If you want something on top don't go for a dramatic material like silk or leather, get maybe wool or something."

Jin smiled, "You should just be my personal stylist-"

"Oh god no. I can barely be responsible for myself, let alone another person. That's not happening."

Jin smirked, "Well maybe you're future-boyfriend will change that."

"Shush-" Yoongi rolled his eyes, cheeks slightly rosying at the thought. "T-That's not relevant to this."

"Are you taking him if he says yes?" Jin giggled, "Now that I think about it, you could make a double-date with Jungkook and Taehyung."

"I'm not sure if he's going..."

"What?"

"Taehyung's father's trial is like three days before, so he's probably not going to make it back in time or will be busy in his mind." Yoongi sighed, "I mean you can ask, but I doubt he's going."

"But he's nominated for five of the categories..." Jin frowned, "Can I do his speeches for him then?"

"Nope," Jungkook's voice was heard from the category, "I'm only going if Taehyung wants to go or if he wants me to go, otherwise... five speeches saying the same few things is pointless."

"He's not wrong."

"But Kookieeee~!"

...

Two days had passed, and we were about half a month away from the BBMAs. News articles about the trial and Jungkook's attendance spread like wildfires, and Jungkook couldn't help but frown at the younger.

Guilt panged in his chest, if he hadn't given Taehyung such a spotlight so quickly then perhaps this trial would've been easier on him.

"Hey, you alright?" Namjoon passed through Jungkook's studio, watching the younger gaze at the walls in thought.

"Yeah," Jungkook curtly responded.

"Hmm~" Namjoon pondered, "What's the wall telling you this time?"

"Nothing, just a little teaspoon of guilt and bowls of boredom."

Namjoon came in and sat down on a small bench at the entrance of his studio, "If this is about Taehyung, don't worry. You couldn't have done much about it, and sure, you could've asked him behind the cameras - but he's happy the way things turned out, isn't he?"

"Yes, but-"

"So you shouldn't worry. The media would say things like that regardless, and it'd look bad on the both of you if you hid it, especially with what's happening soon. They could spin it however wrongfully they'd like and you'd not be able to really justify yourself the way you'd want."

"I hope it's like that, because I feel so bad." Jungkook sighed, "And I'd feel worse going to the BBMAs whilst he's thinking about that trial."

"Have you asked him about it?" Namjoon carded his fingers through his hair, "Whether he'd want you to go or whether he wants you with him?"

"No - and I feel so selfish for not."

"Why would you feel selfish? You haven't done anything wrong, Kook."

"Because a part of me wants him to say that he wants me by his side."

Namjoon chuckled, "That's not selfish. That's love, that's the responsibility a relationship brings."

"Yes, but he should put himself before me."

"You're not wrong there, but usually - at least in most of relationships - the person will want you to hold their hand through the tough times. The whole "for better, for worse" vow literally states that."

"You're one sappy guy knowing that-"

"I'm pretty sure most of the wedding vows are common knowledge, brother." Namjoon laughed, "And me - sappy? I'm romantic, not sappy."

"Mmm, if that helps you sleep." Jungkook chuckled, and Namjoon tsked, disapproving his statement. "Has Yoongi finished that song yet? I want to meet that guy."

"Surely you can meet him through Taehyung-"

"Now your intelligence is insulting me in ways I don't approve."
