i rolled my eyes and finally put my phone in the pocket of my hoodie, 
getting up and going to the kitchen to grab a quick snack. this was the first time i was making my own food to eat since we were on vacation and all. i cut up two small bananas and plopped them in a blender, along with a few strawberries and other fruits. i poured my favorite milk and made myself a good breakfast smoothie. it's been so long since i had one and i felt a great gush of happiness when i took sips out of it. 

i sat on the dining table and continued scrolling on instagram,
