"do you think her and louis kissed last night?" i heard a voice say, i was a bit too tired to process what i just heard, pulling the covers over my head. 

"julie! you just woke the poor girl," a deep voice complained, shaking my body lightly. 
"y/n! wake up, we're leaving the hotel today," 

i groaned and opened my eyes ever so slightly, the sunlight practically blinding me. 
"morning," julie snickered, combing her hair in front of the mirror. i yawned and slowly got up, sitting on the corner of my bed. 

"you better shower, we're gonna check out in an hour and eat breakfast downstairs," julie told me, as i sleepily went on my phone. i expected a good morning text from louis, but there was none. i mean, he's probably just asleep since it's only 7am.

"y/n! go shower, we're running late," julie half-screamed, i flinched and nodded quickly, getting my clothes i left out last night and hopping in the shower.

after a few minutes i was finished and i was sitting on the floor, straightening my hair. 
i had already packed all of my stuff back in my suitcase last night since i knew we were leaving. 

the doorbell of the hotel room rang, and julie got up to attend to whoever happened to be there.
"ah! yes, our bags are right here," i heard her say, as she took our suitcases and handed them to 2 men who i assumed where hotel employees. i quickly packed up my straightener and hair products bag as i hurriedly passed it to the employees so they could bring it down along our suitcases.

by the time i was finished with getting ready, julie was scolding noah for spilling water all over her shirt, as i laughed at the two in the background.

"it is not funny y/n!" she yelled, rolling her eyes as she tried to dry off her shirt. 
"here you can borrow my hoodie," noah smirked, taking off his and handing it to julie since that was her only shirt, because all the clothes she packed were still in the suitcases that she had just gave to the hotel employees to bring downstairs for checkout. 

i placed my hand over my mouth, in an effort to suppress my laughter. 
"whatever, let's go," julie scoffed, as i got up from the floor and grabbed my small backpack. 
we took one last look at the room and closed the large door that led into it.

"we have to be at the apartment in an hour, it's not that far though," noah said, i nodded and just went on my phone while eating our breakfast. for most of the time julie and noah were talking, well,  about who knows what. 

"shut up i literally wanna murder you right this instant," julie growled, sticking her fork aggressively into her croissant. noah laughed hysterically and held his hand at his chest dramatically, "i love you too," he winked, julie rolled her eyes and took a bite out of her quite fancily seasoned bread. 

we finished up our food and checked out of the hotel, carrying our suitcases into the uber we ordered. noah sat in the front, with me and julie sitting beside each other at the back.

"so, y/n, what's up with you and louis?" she whispered, 
"what is it with that question? everyone keeps asking me that, and to answer it, we're doing great and we're just friends!" i replied, deciding to tie my hair into a small bun. she nodded slowly as we continued talking.

"oh! what was the exciting news that you were gonna tell us?" noah asked, i raised a brow, trying to remember what the news was exactly. then it clicked,
"right! uh, i'll tell you guys when we get settled in the apartment." i replied, giving the two a small smile. they groaned and tried asking me to tell them right now, but i shook my head and told them to wait. 

"thank you sir!" noah payed the driver as we lugged the suitcases out of the trunk. 
"wow, the place looks great," i said, pulling my suitcase to the entrance the apartment complex.

we walked in the building and there was a lobby, with a high ceiling and a chandelier.
a grand piano positioned beside the main desk, where a lady was sitting promptly, using a computer. 

"hi, uh, i'm noah cruz," noah said, approaching the lady. 
"ah, yes. your apartment is on the third floor," she said, barely looking up at us as noah nodded and handed her a small paper. 

"where's the elevator?" i asked noah, he smiled nervously and told me,
"the elevator is broken," 

"ah fuck," julie muttered, pulling her suitcase to the start of the stairs.
"noah this is all your fault!" she squealed, attempting to pull her bag up the steps. 

"how is it my fault?" he asked, his voice cracking a bit. 

we made an effort to carry our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs,
eventually, we arrived at what we thought was our room. the three of us were panting and completely out of breath, when we tried to unlock the door, it swung open and we were greeted by an old lady wearing a robe. 

"what is all this ruckus about?!" she exclaimed, crossing her arms.
me, noah and julie looked at each other, our faces filled with confusion.

"uhm, sorry! we thought this was our room," julie said softly, scratching the back of her neck. 
the lady sighed, "well, go on! i'll see you later kids," slamming the door in front of us.

"this is the 2nd floor isn't it?" noah scoffed, 
"the lady must've told us the wrong floor," i said, shrugging as we all stood there like lost dogs. 

julie huffed and told us to stay there, as she ran down the stairs. 
me and noah just went on our phones while waiting for jules to come back.

i frowned a bit as i heard julie coming up the stairs, 
"okay so, this is really dumb," she started, 
"but apparently in london, theres the ground floor, then the second floor is the first floor! so it's like ground floor, first floor, second floor and so on," 

i scrunched my nose, "and the lady called me stupid!" julie said, clearly irritated as she started pulling our luggage up the stairs again. 

after a long time and a lot of complaining we were finally settled in the new apartment we were renting. the apartment was beautiful, there were two bedrooms, a small kitchen and living room with a large smart tv and two bathrooms. we agreed that noah and julie would share, since well- they were official and all. 

i heard a knock on my door, just as i was about to lay in bed. i grunted and opened it to see who it was, 

"hey y/n! come tell us the news right now or else," julie threatened, 

"ah! okay, uh, come on," i said, walking past her, into the living room where noah was.
we sat on the couch i started telling her about noah schnapp and all,

"oh my god!" she shouted, jumping around the floor. 
"how the hell did all of that happen? i swear it's like you're in some fan fiction." julie said loudly, 

"totally," noah agreed, 

i laughed and thought about what she just said, it was true, all that was happening felt unreal.

while julie and noah were having their moment of excitement, i went on my phone and checked if louis had said anything, there was nothing. i was a bit disappointed that he hasn't messaged me at all, even though he was posting on his story and i could see he was active. he was ignoring my messages on not just instagram but messages too.

"hello? y/n?? aren't you freaking out at all? noah schnapp!!!!" julie exclaimed, i looked up at her and nodded quickly.

"duh?!" i giggled, resting my feet on the coffee table. in all honesty, i was really upset that louis was ignoring me, but i kept making excuses for him. like that he was busy or something.

"we're just gonna go out for a bit," julie said, peeping her head through my bedroom door. 
"alright," i said, giving her a small thumbs up. she shut the door and i heard her leave the apartment with noah. 

i got out of bed to get a glass of water when my phone started to ring,

"ah! hey," i said, quickly fixing up my hair. i was shaking a lot, still really nervous to talk to him.

"hey! wanna play roblox?" he asked shyly, laying on his large bed. 

"of course," i replied, grabbing my laptop and turning on the game.

"awesome," he mumbled. we played a few games of natural disaster survival,

"aw hey no! that's cheating!" he squealed, i was on top of the tower as he was drowning in the flood. i giggled and stuck my tongue out at him, watching his face as he struggled in the game.

after about an hour and a half, julie and noah arrived.

"oh! wait a sec, my friends are here," i said, putting my phone and laptop back on the bed as i got up to let the two in.

they greeted me and came in carrying paper bags as they placed them on the dinner table.

"who were you talking to? we heard your voice from outside," julie asked, taking out containers of food from the bags. 

"oh! uh, noah schnapp," i said, i honestly forgot how much of a big deal this was, i tried to be more chill around him so he wouldn't feel awkward because i'm sure he's tired of people freaking out over him just because he's a celebrity or whatever. i did grow more comfortable with him, however. 

julie gasped and pulled my hand, dragging me back to my room where you could see noah eating popcorn on facetime while waiting for me. 

"oh! y/n are you back?" he asked, 

"ah! uh, yea!" i stuttered, giving julie a weird look. she mouthed something to me, pointing her fingers wildly in the air. i barely understood what she wanted to say, wait no, i didn't understand what she wanted to say at all. i sighed and got on my bed, picking up the phone.

"oh hey!" noah said, his mouth stuffed with popcorn.

julie was trying to keep herself from squealing, i laughed a little and told noah,

"my friend jules wants to say hi," julie's eyes widened as i showed her to the facetime,

"hi jules!" noah greeted, smiling and waving at her. 

"ah! uh- oh my god uhm,  hi!" she stuttered, her entire face turning red.
"i'm such a big fan!" 

"yea," noah mumbled awkwardly, 

julie blushed and just stood there weirdly, 

"uhh, let's continue playing roblox?" i asked, hopping on to my bed.

"definitely, uh, wanna play murder mystery?" noah asked, i nodded and joined him in the game. 
i heard julie squeak a little as she ran outside my room, probably to freak out about what had just happened to noah. 

me and noah played roblox for hours, while noah and julie were probably snogging in the other bedroom. 

"ahh it's really late over here, i'm gonna go to bed," i groaned, i saw him frown as i left the game and turned off my laptop. 

"alright, talk to you tomorrow!" noah said softly,

"night schnapp!" i smiled, as we both waved and ended the 4-hour facetime.

i went to bed happily, falling into a comfortable sleep. i had so much fun playing roblox with noah that i had forgotten about all i was worried about. even louis.
