" what the hell you talking about." I said raising one of my eyebrows.

" right who you got sending you flowers and shit." Nicole said setting her stuff on the counter.

" what the hell are y'all talking about?" I said squinting my eyes at them." yall know something I don't know."

" girl somebody sent you a rose." nino said handing me the rose with the note card with it.

" hmmm." I hummed thinking real deep into who could have sent me this rose.

" secret admirer girlllllll." Nicole dragged rubbing my back.

" yep." I said popping the p." where's serenity though she pose to give me my new schedule."

" she roaming around this bitch somewhere." nino shrugged.

I nodded walking out the break room, looking down at my scrubs and black crocs I realized that now I'll be working all 40 hours all week, no break.

one of my biggest goals were to move to Calabasas, buy a house there, buy atleast 3 cars by the age of 22.

I've been putting money into savings for that and I also wanted to open up homeless shelters around my city for the homeless people. I know how that shit feel.

" SERENITY!" I yelled loudly after seeing her exit out a patient's room." wait up."

" why you limping?" I asked finally catching up to her.

" my nigga beat it no Michael Jackson." she said sticking her tongue out.

" oh ok." I said looking off to the side.

" nah but wassup." she asked pushing her glasses back up on her face.

" I need my new schedule."

" here." she said as she rambled through the big binder she had in her hand, finally handing me my schedule.

" thank you." I said giving her a big smile.

sitting down in my office, I smiled taking out my phone to thank Mikey for the flowers.

it's been a week and a half since I applied for my dream college and what can I say. I'm nervous and excited to find out if I got accepted or not.

" did you like the flowers I sent you? " I asked tossing the hood of my black Nike hoodie over my head.

" you sent them!" nirah exclaimed stopping dead in her tracks.

" yeah." I chuckled." did you read the note I sent?"

" I did, but I didn't even know you sent them I thought somebody else." she said as her eyes started to wonder off to the side.

" nah that was me."

" well thank you, I highly appreciate it."

" you welcome." I said giving a quick smile, before changing my face to an mug again.

" so AJ and this one boy name Ryan having a party for his birthday, whole crew gone be there."

" and whose the whole crew?"

" you know, ty'mere, destiny, me and Mikey probably I heard he going off to college." I said shrugging." and don't say you don't go to parties, dessy always spilled the tea."

" her motor mouth having ass." she said huffing rolling her eyes." but when's this party I'm going on vacation sometime in March anyways."

" March 25th, im only there for a second baby leave your best impression." I said winking at her.
