"Ma." I walked into my moms room and seen her watching tv.

"Hm?" She asked before she paused the tv.

"Can I go to the movies?" I asked as I sat on her bed.

"With who?" She raised an eyebrow.

"My friends."

"What friends?"

I straight faced her and smacked my lips. She know what friends cause them the only people I talk to.

"Qura nem." I said.

"What time is it right now?"

"5:40. We gon walk around the mall for a minute because the movie don't start until 7 and that's when the mall closes."

"Be back in this house by 11 Saige and I'm not playing. If you ain't here by 11 on the dot, I'm beating yo ass. How you getting there?"

"Serg got a car yesterday. He said I can ride with him." I simply said.

"Mhm. Go before I change my mind." She shooed me away.

I walked back out her room and went into mine then picked up my phone to tell him I could go. We wasn't going to no damn movies, I just said that so she wouldn't be suspicious. If I told her we was going somewhere else she would ask questions and make me stay here.

I got my things together and made sure I had everything I needed before I walked downstairs.

"Where you going?" Brianna asked.

"Away from y'all." I said.

"Take me witchu."

"When hell freezes over." I said and her mouth fell open. "Bye." I waved at her and walked out the front door.

Just as I locked the door Sergio pulled up in front of my house. I walked off the porch and got into the passenger side.

"Wassup." He turned down the music.

"Hey." I gave him a small smile.

"Where Tati?" I asked.

"Gina picked her up earlier." He said and I hummed in response. "You ready tho?"

"Yessir." I said while putting on my seatbelt. He nodded and started driving again.

I heard hella music when we pulled up to Aaron's house. Long story short, he was having a lil party at his house. My momma is strict as fuck. I literally had to beg her to make my curfew no later than 11. She used to want me in the house by 8.

And if I told her I was going to a party instead of the movies? She would have a damn stroke.

Me and Serg got out the car and made our way inside. It didn't take us long to find everybody else.

"Aww she really here! I didn't think you would actually come." Tati said once she seen me.

"Me either. Her momma mean as hell.." Amari said.

"I told a lil lie, nothing too serious." I said.

"This yo first party since you been here ain't it?" Qura asked and I nodded. "We gone get you drunk and highhhhh."

Like hell y'all will.

"Unt unt." I scrunched up my face.

"Don't be a pussy Saige. Just have fun lil nigga." Hakeem said and I looked at him before I thought about it.

"If you don't want to you ain't got to. But I think you should, just this once." Serg said.

Peer pressure don't get to me at all. Plus since it's my first party I will. I forgot what it was like to have actual fun.

"Alright. I'll do it." I said and they started getting hyped.

I sat down on the couch and Aaron handed me a red solo cup. I didn't even ask what it was, I trust him enough. I drank what was in the cup and turned up my face because it was mad strong.

"What it taste like?" Qura asked.

"Nasty shit. What is that?" I asked.

"Don't worry bout it sweetheart." Amari said and I mugged him.

"If y'all tryna kill me.."

"Nigga don't nobody wanna kill you. Plus if it get to the point where you feel like you can't handle it, I gotchu." Serg said.

"You betta."

"Oh my god." Macy said as I kept laughing. "What y'all do to her?"

"Gave her a lil sum. She'll be aight." Hakeem said.

"Saige, what is you laughing at?" Tati looked at me like I was crazy and that caused me to stop.

"Ion remember.." I said. I tried to stand up but my ass fell right back down on the couch.

"Dizzy ain't it?" Hakeem asked.

"Mhm." I nodded and rubbed my temple.

After one cup I drunk two more and now I felt off. But I liked it.

"Where's Serg?" I asked Hakeem and he sucked his teeth.

"Why you always worried about him?" He asked and I shrugged.

"Becauseeeeee." I dragged.

"Saige." Hakeem grabbed my face and made me look at him. "How you feel about me?"

"What you mean?" I tilted my head to the side.

"Would you fuck wimme?" He asked. I looked up at Macy and she put her hands up in surrender.

"All yours. He sure as shit ain't mine no more." She said.

Did I miss something?

"I don't know, maybe."

"So you would?"

"Yes. Keem why is you asking me shit like that?"

"Cause I just wanna know." He said before he licked his lips. He leaned in and kissed me.

I don't know what's going on at all. I'm just passing the fuck by at this point. If I was in the right state of mind I would've realized what he was doing, but I wasn't.

I kissed him back and tuned out everything else. The kiss got deeper eventually and it took me by surprise.

He pulled away from me and I looked at him.

"I want it." I said to the point where only me and him could hear.

"Want what?"

I looked down at his pants and then back to him. Once he realized what I was talking about he stood up and helped me up as well.

"We'll be back." He said.

"Where is y'all going?" Qura asked.

"Uh, she gotta use the bathroom." He said.

"So what you need to go with her for? One of us can take her." She said.

"No it's okay. I'll be right back." I told her.

Hakeem told Aaron something before he walked off while holding my hand.

"Serg!" I heard somebody call out and looked around to see Aaron walking over to where I was. I passed the blunt to somebody else and dusted my hands on my pants.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Hakeem taking Saige upstairs." He said and I turned up my face.

"Fa what?"

"What else? He finna take advantage of her and she going along with it cause she ain't thinking right." He said. This ain't surprise me, Hakeem always doing sketchy shit. But that's my fault for leaving her in there.

I shook my head and walked towards the house.

"Come on." I told him and he followed behind me.

"What the hell going on?" Amari asked.

"Hakeem weird ass. Y'all stay down here." I said and made my way upstairs. I opened 3 room doors before I got to the one they were in.

I saw him on top of her and damn near all her clothes was off. She really ain't thinking right.

"Nigga what the fuck is you doing?!" I walked over to the bed causing Hakeem to jump.

"What it look like?"

I don't know why but that automatically pissed me off. And I hate being pissed off. Without time to even think about what his dumbass just said, I punched the shit outta him.

"Serg?" Saige looked up at me confused.

"What the fuck Serg?!" Hakeem said and I ignored him.

I got Saige's clothes up from off the floor and helped her get dressed. Once she had her clothes on I walked out of the room with her in front of me.

"Tati. Come on we finna go home." I said as I made my way back to the group.

"What happened?" She asked.

"I'll tell you later. Just come on." I said.

All three of us said goodbye to the others and made our way out.

"You can come to our house." Tati suggested.

"Her momma." I said.

"I can deal with her tomorrow. Not right now." Saige laid her head against the window.

"Alright now when you get in trouble." I chuckled and she waved me off. I backed out of her driveway and drove down to our house.

Me and Tati helped her out of the car and walked inside the house after I unlocked the door.

"Take her upstairs. I'll be up there in a minute." I told Tati.
