I woke up the next morning to Allison and Luther whispering at my doorframe.

"We can't just let her go she knows too much."

"Luther she's just a kid! Her family are probably worried sick!"

"And what if they come round her wondering why their daughter was shot-"

"I don't have a family." I cough sitting up. The pair look over at me and Allison walks in to sit at the edge of my bed.

"Elizabeth, I think it's time you head home. For your own good." She tells me. I shake my head no. I couldn't just leave, Five could be home any minute!

"What- No! I'm paying to be here- and it is my job to keep Klaus safe. Who were those guys? The ones in masks?" I ask in a panic and she places her hand over mine. For a moment, the real person behind my facade felt a warmth grow in her heart at the motherly contact.

"Listen, our family is more fucked up than you think. And for your own safety, it's time you go-"

"I'm here to assure the health of my sponsee. And with the events from last night, there is no way I can leave him unattended." I state standing up from the bed and she stands too. Luther rolls his eyes and scoffs.

"Oh for heavens-"

"Fine." Allison states and we both look at her. She knew I wasn't going to budge on this.

"Wha- Allison? Seriously?!" He walks towards us.

"Luther she saved my life last night. I don't know why but having her here might not be so bad." Wait, she wanted me here?

"But you said she's just a kid. What if this were Claire?" This makes Allison stop.

"I'm going to go check on Vanya, cmon Elizabeth."

"Please, Call me Lizzie." I smile following behind her. This was going better than expected. Soon enough I would terminate Number Five and I can return to the commission knowing I am the top assassin. That's all I need.

When we arrive at Vanyas apartment her door is agar. It's as though someone broke in. Don't tell me those idiots.

"Stay behind me." Alison tells me and I nod. For one of the enemies Allison was quite kind. Stop it Lizzie! She's still the enemy.

"Vanya?" Allison asks opening the door and walking in. I shuffle in behind her, now wearing a flowing knee length red dress and puffed navy jacket. It seemed like their uniform but more formal, perhaps for formal events they had to attend as kids.

Allison walks further into the apartment as I look around. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, just a regular old apartment.

"Hey, get down!" Allison whispers as she spots someone walking around in Vanyas bedroom. Who the hell was that? Was that one of ours? As a man comes out of Vanyas room and walks towards my figure, Allison sweeps his legs.

Okay Allison, damn.

I pop out from my hiding spot and rush over to see someone truly unfamiliar.

"Alison, Wait!" The man says and I look at him. How did he know her.

"Leonard!" She steps back. Leonard? Who the hell is Leo-

"Sorry. I thought you were a.."

"Who's this?" I ask Allison looking as the man stands up. He turns to me extending a hand.

"Leonard Peabody." He smiles and I nod.

"Elizabeth, Williams." I say back before rubbing my hand on my jacket. He was sweating so much. It was gross.

"Um...Where's Vanya?"

"She's at rehearsal. She...She left her keys at my place last night. I was just returning them." He explains and Allison sighs. Returning them in her bedroom?

"I'm sorry if I scared you!" He smiles. This guy was giving me the creeps. He had a higher voice than me and was hunched like old Daniel Friedback-

Never mind.

"So why are you inside her apartment?" I ask moving to stand beside Allison.

"It's kind of embarrassing...I had to use the restroom."

"Ah..." Allison sighs crossing her arms.

"If you don't mind me asking, why are you two here?" He asks looking between us. This motherfuck-

"Excuse me?" Allison chimes in taking a step towards him.

"No it's just..from what I heard, you didn't want anything to do with Vanya yesterday. So I was just wondering." He explains. Jesus, I know I'm undercover but this guy is just WAY too into this.

"I don't know why that's your business." Allison says with an offended look on her face. She was right, who was this guy?

"You're right. Probably not." He chuckles

"It was nice seeing you, and meeting you. I guess I'll just...drop these off to Vanya at rehearsal." He smirks holding the keys up.

"You know what. We will take the keys to her." She holds out her hand for the keys.

"Sure." He places them in her hand. I've been in some tense situations but Jesus this took the cake. Something was up with this guy.

"Whatever easiest right?" He smiles walking towards the door. "It's great seeing you." He smiles creepily exiting the house.

"Well he was.."

"Totally a pervert."

"Totally." I laugh turning to her

"Hey listen, I think I'm going to head back to the academy, find Klaus and maybe take him to the AA meeting across town. Might do him some good." I explain to her. Really I was going to use him to find Number Five and get this mission over with. I don't know how to describe it but this family was like nothing I had encountered before. And I didn't mind being around Allison that much. This meant I was getting too attached. I needed to back off, find the target, and get rid of him-

"Ok. You know your way back?" She asks me and I nod. She takes a slip of paper from her bag. It was a business card with her number on it.

"Hey if your lost or in trouble at all, call me." She tells me and I nod. Who was this woman? And why was she so kind to me. Maybe it's this "Claire" character in yet to meet. Perhaps I remind her of Claire. Whatever it is it's getting me closer and closer to completing this mission. So I placed the card in my pocket and walked out of the apartment.

"Thank you, Allison." I smile at her.

"Of course, Lizzie."

Lizzie.
She called me Lizzie.

I smile exiting the apartment. That smile is soon disposed of when I remember my true reason from being here. It's time for this to end.
