Hiiiiiiiiiii—
This isn't an update/chapter but another review with spoilers for Season 4 being out right now on Netflix. Please avoid this if you haven't watched the new season yet, you all have to check it out while you can still can before reading this!! ⚠️‼️

Also, as your reading this I am currently on a staycation with my family so I'll be taking a short break in updating books until Thursday. ✌️

I made some fanart, if ya'll are interested lmao 😂✨

Also, Paul Mikey Williams (the voice actor of our boi, Darius) is so nice ☺️

Again, he always reposts my reactions to Camp Cretaceous whenever a trailer or I review the seasons on IG or Twitter. But Raini and Kausar (voice actresses of Sammy and Yaz) are super sweet too along with the entire cast as well, I'd honestly love to interview any of them if I were given the chance!! 💕

⚠️WARNING, IF YOU SCROLL DOWN —
YOU WILL BE READING SPOILERS FROM S4 OF CAMP CRETACEOUS, please make sure this is what you want or get ur lazy bum to watch the new season before continuing!! ⚠️

Are you sure about this...?

Like are you sure on spoiling yourself?

Your not joking?

Okay...

No, turning back now.

Okay, I have finished watching S4 a few days ago and all I have to say is this...

HOW DARE THEY GIVE US MORE AND MORE DAMN CLIFFHANGERS THAT TICK ME OFF EVERY TIME IT HAPPENS!!! 😐😂

— KENJI'S DAD IS THE HEAD OF MANTAH CORP?! 🤯😱

LIKE... I'M STILL PROCESSING THE REVEAL UNTIL NOW WHEN IT HAPPENED. Then you best believe that as the final episode ended on there, I began to lose it like crazy in wanting an explanation and more about it!!

I'm 100% certain on S5 having Kenji play a bigger role there since his dad is the bad guy and we never really got anything about his past or family yet. Except when we got to that private condo on Nublar in S3, I agree with others that the drawing he made as a kid (which he still has and kept with him) is something that happened before and it's how Kenji got a bit stuck up maybe??

When Kash came into the control room with this unknown person being his boss, my mind began to ponder on whether or not he (Daniel bc of Netflix subtitles giving me the names of both him and firecracker lmao 😂) seemed familiar...

The option on it being Kenji's dad never crossed my mind, I wasn't expecting it at all!! 😱🤯

I'm so curious as to where Season 5 will go into now that the show was left there. I have no doubt in Kenji getting more spotlight since his father is behind Mantah Corp. It'll be very interesting to say the least.

Brandon (Darius' big brother) knowing that he's alive and trying to rescue him alone is pretty risky, not to mention a bit shocking considering we haven't heard from any of the other families trying too.

I can't imagine how hard it was for them to think nor assume their children is missing or dead...

I also wonder on when we'll see Roxie and Dave again, I know for a fact that they wouldn't abandon the kids like that after being forced onto the boat to the mainland. Hopefully we'll see them again too in S5, helping Brandon possibly??

— Oh and don't get me started on the scene after Ben said how Bumpy wouldn't remember him anymore, whilst petting Firecracker (who I adore to pieces, along with Rebel and Angel—UGH, baby dinosaurs are just cuteness overload 😭❤️) to show her looking through their old treehouse on Nublar trying to look for him I— 🥺🤧

I legit blurted: "Nah, why do y'all gotta do this to me. So freaking cruel!!"
I can't imagine Bumpy dying on Nublar from the events of Fallen Kingdom, it's going to break my heart if she didn't make it. 💔

I'm also loving how Ben opened up thanks to Firecracker after leaving Bumpy, it warms my heart to see him happy again.

— I really like Dr. Turner, but I won't deny how I kept an eye on her in case she'd be another traitor like Mitch and Tiff. Thankfully it didn't go that route and Mae was a nice addition for the kids, I really like her interactions with each one of them but mostly with Yasmina and Darius.

— I'm still having my fingers crossed on the kids meeting Owen, Claire, or any of the OG Jurassic Park characters before the show ends. 🤞

— Kenji and Brooklynn becoming a thing, this one is considered a controversial plot line amongst fans atm. For me, I don't hate the ship though I understand some points others had about how their relationship seemed rushed and didn't build enough for it be satisfying. (Even agreeing how I pictured Brooklyn and Darius happening since they had the most scenes together) But I still liked seeing their moments together throughout season four, especially when it came to Kenji losing his confidence and getting flustered. It's a weird change that I really like at the same time for his character lol 😂😍

But looking back at the past seasons, they did have some moments here and there. So you cannot deny that something was slowly but surely forming. 👀

— I am still unsure about Kenji's beard growing more and more, it looks so weird!! XD 🤣🤣

— Also, it's quite weird and refreshing that I didn't hate on Brooklynn this season. She isn't my favourite character but they've really showcased her change and growth more here, that I really, really like!! 💕

The moment she started recording on a phone I was like: "Oh, she's definitely going through the whole popular girl that's obsessed with her phone and getting attention in way (not Chloe from Miraculous level) but realises there's more to life than technology with people's feelings and in general" XD 😂😂

Ben thinking that Yasmina likes him more than a friend and his response was just hilarious, beautiful, and awkward all at once. 🤣🤣 (When she was just trying to help Brooklynn and Kenji's relationship grow more, even seeming herself as a wingman/woman?? XD)

I still think he's possibly bi/gay judging by how he worded it, but who knows. Ben just got mature and straight to the point tho 🤣

— Kash is just the absolute worst and can get my meet my fists to his face for being so evil and annoying. The definition of a grown man child that is too dependent on technology to do his bidding because he is (as what Mae Turner dubbed accurately) "A lazy coward."

He needs anger management session/therapy more than the Hulk and is downright awful for using his robots to make the dinosaurs aggravated and fight each other just for fun. Not caring about them being actual living creatures dying, but instead as toys you play with because it's cool. 🤬

— Firecracker, Angel, and Rebel are absolute babies that I wanna adopt and keep so badly. 🥺 *cue the cupcake song playing* Mostly adoring Firecracker because the brachiosaurus is my favourite dinosaur ever, so what's cuter than a baby brachiosaurus to make me fall in love. 😍

So when Kash places the chip in her and controlled her, I felt a big pit in my stomach with literally wanted to punch my laptop screen in anger that he was controlling her like this. Against her own will, like I'd be crying if I were there to witness it alongside Darius 🤧

(To answer your question: Yes, I did cry at that one scene in Fallen Kingdom where a brachiosaurus was left behind on Nublar and tried to escape to the boat, but still died made me sob so much 😭💔)

— Yasmina having anxiety/panic attacks/PTSD/nightmares was a whole whirlwind of emotions for me to digest, Kausar nailed her voice acting and made me cry at one episode in particular for Yaz. I was so proud of her when she slowly got over her fears and stepped up, a ton of character growth and development for her for sure. ❤️

I'm still hoping and expecting Sammy and Yaz to end up together, they had a ton of scenes on the show and not to mention if it weren't for Sammy. Yaz wouldn't be the one we knew and loved now, also just rewatching the moments in this season where they comforting each other is just beautiful as Vi and Caitlyn's relationship in Arcane.

— Ben realizing that it's okay for him to afraid even when he grew a thick skin to show his bravery helped me with fully fulfilling the change he went from a scrawny boy to a warrior. 💯

Brooklynn stepping up in being a leader for a change and getting her confidence back up after doubting how she couldn't do things outside of her social media life. She was able to hack a robot for crying out loud, that's both progress and impressive!! (I'd never thought of the day that I would be praising Brooklynn at all lol) 💕👏🏻

That's all that I can remember from the show, I'll keep updating this with thoughts from S4 if more come to mind. Ya'll who have watched already please comment your thoughts/opinions down below and mention any thing I missed to talk about!! 👌

I really enjoyed this season overall, sure the whole Sci-Fi parts with robots and technology is a lot to take in at first. But it didn't ruin or take my joy away from it. I already have certain plot points in mind for when I do S4 in this book (but it'll be a while until we get there lmao 😂)

I hope u all liked this mini review, stay safe, continue to be patient for the next chapter, and luv u all 3000!! 💕
