"So dinner or lunch?" My daddy asked .

"Dinner , I wanna go to applebee's."

"I wanna go too." T-y hopped up .

"You is going." I smacked the back of his head .

"Face don't smack me right there." He turned around .

"Why not?" I laughed .

"Because , I fell off my bike yesterday and hit my head on the pole."

"How yo- ima mind my business." My daddy walked past .

"I gotta interview today at 3." I said grabbing the chips from on top of the fridge .

"You want me to take you or you taking yo car?"

"You gotta take me , ain't no gas in my car."

"Ight."

I walked off going to my room feeling a sudden urge to cry .

I quickly wiped my tears not understanding why . I went to my dad room seeing he was on the phone .

He frowned and looked at his phone "Hold on ima call you right back . Ight." He hung up . "Close the door , come here." He said standing up .

I closed the door and just let it all out .

"What's wrong Face?" He asked .

"I don't know , I think it's the medicine." I said in between sniffs .

"You having cryin spells?" He frowned .

"I think so." I shrugged and wiped my tears . "I just felt a urge to cry and I don't know why."

"Ima take you off the medicine." He pulled me into hug again .

"I feel like I'm doing too much." I mumbled .

"You can't help the fact you have emotions and they show. Get rid of feeling like you doing something wrong , if crying is how you express yo self then thats just that."

"Okay." I hugged him tight and T-y walked in .

"Group hug? You don't gotta tell me twice." He came and hugged us .

"T-y yo breath stank." My daddy turned his nose up . "Fuck you was eating." We all laughed .

"I was eating Fritos." He blew his breath in our faces.

"Ew yo breath smell like feet."

"Right that shit ain't coo."

I got up going to the bathroom warming my rag up with warm water before rinsing my face .

I put my face wash on and rubbed it in . Once I got done I rinsed it off and left out the bathroom .

I never understood why my depression was bad . It wasn't like I was sitting in my room crying all day but I cried out of nowhere and felt like I didn't need to be here anymore .

I never went to the extent of harming myself , I could never but crying was enough . I got tired of it , I feel like I'm too old to still be crying and running to my dad with my problems.

"How yo interview go?" Daddy asked soon as I got in the car .

"Good , they a little ghetto but good."

"Did you get the job?"

"She said she will let me know in two to five days." I said pulling my phone out my pocket .

We made it back to the house and I went and took a shower .

Once I got out , I called Myona waiting for her to answer .

"Friend I'm finna get some dick , wassup?" She got in the camera .

"Gir- tell somebody to come get me . My car don't got gas and I'm not filling it right now."

"Only person that can come get you is Gleesh and I-."

"Nope nevermind." I shook my head .

"I'll be back!" I heard somebody in the background yell .

"That's Gleesh leaving right now I'll send him yo way bye friend Bouka coming back." She cheesed and hung up .

"Oh my god." I huffed . I hurried and got my clothes on and some number texted me .

"Girl fuck you!" My daddy left and I laughed closing the door .

"Here the hell we go." I mumbled to myself getting in Gleesh car .

"I gotta couple places to go so sit back and enjoy yo self cause." He made the yikes face . "I gotta get it done."

"I-okay."

"Speak up." He said  grabbing his phone .

"Ian say nothing." I shrugged putting my seatbelt on crossing my legs .

"Why you always so jumpy around me?" He asked me looking over as smoke blew out his mouth .

"I'm not , and I would appreciate if you blew that over there." I pointed .

"Don't tell me when to do in my car." He did it again looking me up and down . "Why y'all wear them ugly ass crocs."

"Who is y'all ?." I asked .

"Females in general." He shrugged pulling off .

"Not only females wear them." I laughed . "Men wear them too , ain't they cute." I put my feet up .

"Get yo dogs off my seat girl you ain't crazy." He whacked my foot .

"Dang , okay." I scrunched my face up .

"First stop , the opps block." He stopped at the red light .

"Oh you might as will let me out right here I'll find my way." I shook my head .

"Girl I'm just playing with you , stop being so scary." He laughed . "I gotta drop some off and go to another place to pick something up then somewhere else." He explained and I tried keeping up .
