I woke up alone as I literally went back to sleep after Zaiden left for work. He informed me that he has body guards outside and also a driver if I wanted to go anywhere which I definitely am because I wanna go see dad and Gen today.

There was no use in staying here all alone and truth be told I didn't want to be alone. That would make a lot of things arise in my mind and I just wasn't ready to have a mental battle with myself today.

I turned the tv on still laying in bed with Zaiden's sent to calm me, and I stop dead staring at the TV which was multiple pictures of me and Zaiden from Saturday night.

"Some say billionaire Zaiden Vaughn has finally settled down while others think the mysterious woman is just a friend" says the news reporter lady while I stare in shock. "There is no way to know the truth but has he really settled down and why her?" she say making me raise an eye brow, what does she mean why me? I swear bitches be acting dumb. Did she want him to date her?

My phone went off and I reached for it to see it's a video conference call from both Zalia and Jace so I quickly answer.

"Hey bestie have you seen the news?" she asks immediately looking happy "yes just now, why did she say I'm mysterious anyway?" I asked annoyance clear on my face and Jace only laughs "babe, you're freaking gorgeous I'm sure she's jealous talking about why you" she says almost dying from laughter.

"It's good they think you're mysterious, they won't be in y'alls business" Jace says innocently and I had to admit his voice is absolutely adorable, he sound like a cute little chipmunk that's asking for nuts and I love chipmunks.

"Yeah it is I guess " I tell them smiling "I don't like being in the spot light like that why would they feel comfortable with putting me on the freaking news " I say irritated "one, you were with Zaiden and two he's one of the worlds richest bachelors or was so of course you're gonna be on the news" Zalia says and I sigh. "You've gotta get used to it" Jace says and I nod in agreement.

We talked for sometime before I was getting hungry so I bid my goodbyes before heading to get a shower so I could go eat. I got into the shower and wash my hair then my body, drying myself and wrapping a towel around my body as I stepped out.

I blow dried my hair and straighten it before doing my hygiene routine and walking to the closet. I got on a white lace lingerie and then white sweats with an almost crop tee and white shoes. I got back to Zaiden's room to pick my phone and realized that I needed something with his sent so I got one of his dark greenish-black colored jacket from his closet and wore it. Yes you can call me weird but I just adore how he smells and because he makes me feel safe and cared for so whenever he's not around I wanna have his sent all over me.

After I got what I needed I check the time to see it was now 10:43 so I head down stairs to go make myself breakfast.

I got to the kitchen and decided on something light but would be filling at the same time and the only thing that came to mind was a fruit and oatmeal breakfast bowl. I prepare that with a fruit smoothie and sat at the island and ate.

Once I got finished with eating and putting everything into the dishwasher I checked myself once more before heading out the door to be met with four huge well built men five actually one was in the car. I know that's how body guards are supposed to look but judging them to my size is just an ant in an human world situation.

"Hello ma'am, would you like to go somewhere?" ask a tall blonde that was honestly very handsome and I could only tell that blonde wasn't his natural hair color. "Why, yes please " I say politely and he smiles at me. "Excuse my manners miss. Perez" he says and I stare at him like he just grew and extra set of hands and has two heads. "I'm Ezric and that is Sawyer, we're you're personal body guards and that's Elijah he's your driver" he says pointing to each Sawyer has dark brown hair and captivating deep blue eyes he was just as built as Ezric but looks more serious. Elijah on the other hand was on the average side of being human but he looks very humble and has that hot guy thing going on. you know that one guy in high school that was dating the popular girl in pink... Exactly..

"Okay ma'am where would you like to go?" Ezric asks as it seem he's the only one that speaks "to my dads this is the address, and please call me Auria" I say giving him the paper and he looks at it before he hands it to Elijah. He nods and got the car door open for me and I got in.

This feels even more weirder than driving with Zaiden. Ezric and Sawyer was driving in front of us while we tag along like they are trying to protect me from something. I know Zaiden has some possessive and overprotective ways but body guards aren't necessary unless it's to save me from the bitchy news lady and I'd smack her into next week if I needed to, fucking talking bout why me.

Today wasn't as busy so the drive was less than an hour before they pulled up to a huge house making me look at it shocked. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this. This whole house is a freaking mansion parts of the wall looking like it's made from stone the rest is painted smoothly. The yard space was huge and all the flowers was absolutely beautiful I know this is dads handy work.

We parked and Elijah got the door opened for me and even beyond me protesting Ezric and Sawyer still followed behind me to the door. I ring the door bell once and waited before the door opened and there stood Gen which I immediately launch myself at.

"Hi dear..." she says chuckling as we parted "hi, I missed you so much, where's dad?" I asked before his voice came from behind her "I'm here" he says and I literally jump at him "hello my sweet girl" he says laughing at my childish ways, "I really missed you both so much" I say breaking away from our hug "it's only been a day" Gen says "yeah a day too long" I complain.

I told Ezric and Sawyer that I'll be back soon so they wouldn't stand and wait for me at the door like statues. I followed dad and Gen inside with them walking me to the living room, there's a lot of pictures of them and older people along with Andrew and others everywhere. The whole place has a modern homey look and feel and I'll have you know right now that I'll be a bother to them both because I'll just come here when I'm bored.

I spent the whole day here walking around and talking with Gen and dad. I've gotten to know so much more in the few hours that I've been here. My would've been grandfather was an entrepreneur and owned a lot of businesses they was friends with Zaiden's grandparents as to why they come to know Zaiden and his parents.

They sold most of the companies that they owned and saved only a few which was now not up and running as they wanted to retire I guess.

And I come to find out that they weren't actually working for Zaiden, they just wanted something to do as they weren't running any businesses and since Zaiden wasn't living there at the time they was just taking care of the place for him volunteerly.

This got me thinking if they was doing that on their own why call him sir and mister as I heard Gen once said before so I asked. "Why did you need to call him sir?" I asked with a confused look on my face "it's just a sign of respect dear, Zaiden was always a fragile kid he's been through a lot and he demands a lot. You just have to give him time to completely open up dear don't push it and don't ask" she says and I just nod in understanding.

"There's something we would like to tell you also" dad started talking now and I gave him my attention "uhm... As you know Andrew is pursuing a career in animation and he was the only child until you, and for the businesses we do have there's restaurants amongst them and there's like a chain of them across the country, we don't have the time to get them back on full blast but..." he says trailing off and I look at them confused while they wore a proud look.

"Look angel we both know you're a smart girl and you literally have a mind and heart of gold plus you love cooking and you're amazing at it " dad says and I seem to just figure were this was going "I want to sign those over to you and you can do what you love and make a profit out of it" he says and I stare at him blankly.

"Oh my god..." I say blinking realizing this is reality "uhm..." I whisper out at a total lost for words. "It's okay dear I know it's a big thing" Gen says coming to hug me, I've never felt this level of happiness before that left me completely speechless.

"Thank you so much, you both have given me the world and now the universe I love you two so so much " I say crying as dad pulled closer and wrapped his arms around me in a loving fatherly hug. "We both love you very much too little angel, you have no idea the light you've brought to my life and I promise to do everything to keep you smiling always because that's what father's do right, now don't cry okay" he says wiping my tears as I clutch onto him.

God I don't know what I've done in life to deserve this kind of blessing but I'm so grateful that I was brought to this future and I didn't succeed in all those things I did to myself. I swear I love them very much and I'm super happy that this is were life has gotten me there's actually a rainbow after ever storm.
