Auria's POV

Ninety percent of the American population celebrates Christmas and the other ten clearly don't know what they're missing out on including Zaiden.

Both Alianna and I had a conversation yesterday and it was impossible for me to believe Zaiden has not come here for Christmas two years straight I mean this man has serious issues. Christmas should be a time of joy and gathering and being happy but I don't think Zaiden believes that, he literally self isolate for no reason even today on Christmas eve instead of being around everyone he went to watch the game.

It's almost 8pm and we all as girls were watching a Christmas movie in the living room which was so cozy as there was a whole ass fire place like heater who?

Alianna got us snacks and cookies and honestly seeing her and Nathan and the way he was breathing down her neck while we were baking earlier made me not want to slap Zaiden everytime he gets possessive over me.

Zaiden and Nathan walk in making Alianna groan pausing the movie and we all look at them, them meaning Nathan, Zaiden, Max and Landon. Max is Alianna sister's husband and Landon is their son, Zaiden has been eyeing the poor innocent man since we arrived here and I don't know what his problem is. Landon is a very friendly person and Zaiden is a hard rock head.

“Can't y'all leave us be for two hours?”Alianna ask sighing and Nathan walked over to her “well my love, you should've asked that 23 years ago” he says earning himself a slap making us all laugh at them.

I felt the blanket being pulled away from me making me pout looking up to see it was of course Zaiden. He picked me from my spot on the huge couch sitting himself down and set me on his lap making me blush a deep red. He pulled the blanket back over me all the way up to my waist and wrapped his hands around me pulling my body to his chest protectively making me laugh at his immature act.

“You're looking so gorgeous and sexy” he says as his breath fanned over my ear and my skin went up in goosebumps and I playfully hit his chest as my cheeks went to a sure crimson.

I do get him being like this as Zalia out did herself with our ‘matching outfits’ which is a soft knitted sweater kind of dress and knee length Christmas socks and I decided to throw my hair in a messy pile as Zaiden seem to like my hair being this way. We were all wearing the same thing but in different colors and I was kinda trying to get out of not wearing this but I understood very well that if I say no to Zalia then I ought to sleep with one eye open and I'm not gonna risk it.

“Is this why you're hiding me?” I asked quitely as everyone was settled and watching the movie once more, “ well yes Mrs. Vaughn I'm the only one allowed to see you like this” he says and I went to an even deeper shade of red if that was even possible.

I let him be has he had his face nuzzled in my neck and he keeps sighing. His hand was subconsciously rubbing my now seven and a half months pregnant belly which I wasn't complaining about as it was honestly comforting.

I took a quick glance around the room and everyone looks so content and happy. I am really enjoying being here and seeing where Zaiden grew up and getting to hear stories about his childhood when Alianna would explain to me each picture on the wall.

He was such an adorable kid it makes me wonder if that's how our son will be. Though Zaiden wasn't in the Christmas spirit he seemed happy and pleased enough and though this was supposed to be just for the girls I'm glad he decided to come down here to be clingy and proprietorial.

Waking up to Christmas music, fresh smell of pancakes and Zaiden groaning was probably the best on Christmas day. I truly don't know what his problem is can't he just appreciate the day for what it is?

“Good morning Grumpy Grinch” I say trying to annoy him while sitting up and he taking the pillow from over his head looking at me tiredly.... Yup something definitely crawled up his pants... “Good morning my love” he say sweetly and I kiss his head getting out the bed and heading to the bathroom.

I did my business and quickly throw my hair in a messy bun and went to brush my teeth as he walks in smiling making me frown at him.

I got us all matching Christmas pajamas but apparently Zaiden is too much of a man to wear it. “Why'd you change?” I asked pouting “baby you don't expect me to wear that in front everyone do you?” he asked and I nod furiously because I do expect just that, he sigh going to brush his teeth and I finished up and stood there looking at him blankly.

He looks at me confused and I cross my arms over my chest. “What?” he ask shrugging “change or we're not leaving this room ” I tell him seriously and he smirks walking over towards me  “you know you can just ask for it love” he says with a smug look on his face “ew... You know we're not doing that and if we were it will certainly not be in your parents house, now please go change ” I tell him walking out and headed down stairs.

Once I got to the living room Zalia was jumping up and down with a smile on her face and her phone at her ear. She's always happy so to say she just got excited could be the case or not.

I took a seat on the couch as Alianna and Nathan walks in smiling away at each other being adorable and even they are wearing the matching pajamas. We all had the same thing except mines and Zaiden had little snow man faces and Alianna and Nathan's had wreaths , Haley and Max got gingerbread man and I got one candy cane for Landon and two with reindeers because Zalia said she had someone coming over but I haven't seen anyone since.

“The caterers should be here after breakfast and we're having some other family members over at 11am so I've got to get two more sets of glass wear organized” Alianna says as they were having a whole Christmas dinner thing today also.

“Y'all are standing under the mistletoe ” Zalia says looking at her parents but my eyes were else were as Zaiden walks in wearing his pajamas and damn he looks hot, I'm starting to think my subconscious self bought a smaller size shirt on purpose because his huge tattooed and muscled arms were trying hard to break free from  captivity.

“Mom dad, don't” he says but they brushed him off and kissed anyways causing both Zaiden and Zalia to make gag sounds. “Well who wants breakfast?” Haley ask and Zaiden and Nathan answers in union they're just alike Literally nothing is different with the two.

“I'll meet you down stairs okay” Zaiden says and I nod as he kisses me with a smile we just finished got dressed and mostly everyone was here from what I know so he was gonna go help Nathan with something. He clearly missed the talk when they said it was a simple dinner because he's dressed in a whole suit which he looks  hot in by the way so I'm not complaining. I on the other hand went for something more comfortable as that seem to be my go to since lately so I was dressed in a simple black long sleeves knee length dress and black strap heels. Beside no one will be able to tell if I'm pregnant unless they're looking at me from a side profile, black is a magical color.

I walk to Zalia's room and knock as she invited me in. Once I walk in she was all dressed and looking pretty but was freaking out, “hey what's going on?” I asked with concern  at the base of my voice “I need to tell you something ” she says and I nod ready to listen but her phone went off cutting her as she was going to speak.

She went answering and I waited until she was finish. “Come with me” she say taking my hand and pulling me out the room which I comply with as I've never seen her this worked up.

We got to the front door and she looks at me weirdly but I stayed quiet “please don't be mad at me” she says still holding onto my hand “why would I be mad ?” I asked confused and she got the door opened and a familiar voice sounded making me snap my head up “Ez?” I ask shock present on my face along with my confused expression.

“Hey... little sis” he says as usual smiling before hugging me “what are you doing here?” I ask obviously still confused “that's what I wanted to talk to you about, we're kinda dating” Zalia says and when I say my jaws drop “oh my god you guys? dating?” I ask all smiles I did not in a million years expect this.

“Who's dating?” came Zaiden's voice from behind me “shit” Zalia whispered as Zaiden was standing beside me now looking at us confused “these two love birds, and before you say anything no you can't be mad” I say sternly knowing him all too well and he sighs heavily “ You're old enough to make your own decisions Zalia but your still my baby sister, and you, you are my brother-in-law so it's clear that I'm gonna be easy on you but I'm still watching you and you better not fuck this up” he says and I slap his chest he really needs to cut them some slack... Damn....

“I'm telling dad about this, you're not gonna have that satisfaction ” he say smirking and Zalia roll her eyes hugging Ez and I have to admit they're so cute together.  “Come on love, let's go have dinner” Zaiden says pulling me along with him and the newly in love couple follows. Now I'll have to deal with both there over energetic asses being together I might just have my child early.
