Another couple of days went by and it was basically the same routine, play a few games, eat, sleep, and of course sneak to see each other at night. I liked being able to stay in the same room with him, I only dread when we return back to school which was not too far away.

I liked having time for just us, without school work or people staring. He seemed to be enjoying it as well, except when John came around.

I decided not to bring up the tons of questions about John to Draco. I didn't want to spend what days we have left arguing or not talking. But I still didn't like all the secrecy they had created.

"Leianna," I hear Draco say as he touched my shoulder. I jump being caught off guard. I didn't even hear him enter my room. I was sitting at my desk writing in my journal. I quickly close it up and put it aside.

"You scared me," I state. I hear him laugh but he continues with what he wanted to tell me, "You mother said she was heading out and wanted to know if we would like to join her," he explains.

"Where exactly is she going?" I ask him as I put away the quill I was using.

"I dunno, she just said shopping," he replies, "She wanted to know if we would like to join her," he repeats sounding amused.

I turn to face him, "I really don't want to, shopping with my mum takes hours," I explain to him, "But if you want we can."

"I'm a guy Leianna, I hate shopping," he replies causing me to smile.

"Okay," I say as I stand up, "Then let's go tell her we aren't going to go."

I walk past him and he reaches out and grabs my hand. He turns me around and pulls me to him, "So what are we going to do?" he asks as he kissed the side of my cheek, "We are going to be all alone."

I smile regardless if I wanted, "Nothing that involves being in the house that is for sure," I reply.

He pulls his head back and looks at me taken aback.

"We haven't been outside at all since we have been on break," I clarify to him, "I'm tired of being inside all the time."

"Well what is there to do outside?" he asks me, "Because I had plenty of ideas of things we can do in here."

I reach out and punch his shoulder, "Is that the only thing on your mind Draco?" I question him as I try to fight back a smile.

"It's not the only thing on my mind," he replies smirking, "But it does cross it quite a bit though."

I roll my eyes and shake my head at him as if I was disappointed.

"Come on," I say to him as I turn and walk out of my room.

I make my way to the hallways to look for my mother, "Mum," I yell trying to locate her.

I reach the entrance of the den, but come to a halt when I hear her talking to I assume was my stepfather.

I hold my hand out to tell Draco to wait.

"What is it?"

I look at him and hold my finger to my mouth to tell him to be quiet.

"Why do you need to go every week?" I hear her ask John.

"Because he requires me to, you know that."

"I never see you anymore John," I hear her say in a pained voice.

"I know but I have to," he states, "I don't' want nothing to happen to you or Leianna."

"I know, but she is in good hands," My mother states, "She's with Draco and he obviously cares for safety to let anything happen to her. We have secured her safety."

All of a sudden Draco starts coughing and they go silent.

"Leianna, Draco?" my mother questions.

I turn and give Draco a death glare. I then turn back around, "Yeah mum, it's us," I reply as I walk around the corner.

My mother as well as John's face had turned white.

"How long were you two standing there?" John asks.

"We just came down, why?" I say in return trying to play it off.

"Nothing honey," my mother answers, "We were having a bit of a misunderstanding, nothing to worry about."

I nod accepting her lie, "We just wanted to tell you we were going to stay here why you and John go out. So you two can have alone time."

"Actually John has to go to work, again" my mother replies giving him an angry look, "So I guess I will be going alone."

"Wow, the ministry is working you to death John, you should demand a raise," I state as I cross my arms.

"It's a job Leianna," he replies adding more to the lie. He reaches over to the coat rack and picks up his jacket.

He then turns to my mom and kisses her cheek, " I will see you tonight."

She says nothing but turns away from him.

He nods a goodbye to me and Draco and walks towards the door.

"Well I guess I'm gone too," mom says as she picks up here purse.

She walks over to me and kisses the top of my head, "Be good you two," she says as she looks from me to Draco.

"We will, we are going to find something to do outside," I reply smiling, "I love you."

"Love you to sweetie," she says as she walks to the door.

Once Draco and I were alone I turn to him. I cross my arms and glare at him.

"What?"

"Explain what's going on," I state shortly, "I'm tired of the secrets."

He shrugs his shoulders and shoves his hands in his pockets, "I don't' know what your implying, I don't know what goes on between your parents," he replies.

I look at him skeptically, "I think you do. What's going on that you and John are a part of?"

He just stares at me making me grow more and more annoyed, "Well?" I say impatiently.

"Well what, I told you I didn't know, it's not like I work with him or something," he states, "I thought we were going outside to do something," he adds trying to change the subject.

"We are going to go outside," I answer the last part, "But I have been dying here trying to figure out what's going on that involves you and John."

He gives me a irritated look, "Fine Leianna, I will tell you if you tell me your secret," he states crossing his arms like me.

I look at him questionably, "What are you talking about Draco, I don't have a secret." I had no idea what he was talking about.

"Really, then explain to me why you lied to me about skipping class," he says.

I felt my skin ice over, "I...I, when did I lie to you about skipping?"

He narrows his eyes, "You know what I'm talking about, and you told me you skipped D.A.D.A. I dropped it because I didn't want to argue, but I know you were lying," he explains, "Then the next day Ron gave you a note, so I will tell you if you tell me what all that was about."

I could only stand there with my mouth open. I didn't expect him to bring that up. Now I was in fairly bad predicament. I couldn't tell him that, not unless I break the vow I made with Harry.

I had to lie, I had to say something that would throw him off of anything that would lead him to finding out about the secret army.

I kept my head down trying to not give away my lie, "It was from Harry," I tell him, "He... he is trying to get rid of Umbridge and I happened to hear him talking about it," I add trying to sound as honest as I could, "And since we are together, he was afraid you would found out so he gave me the letter to beg me not so say anything.

After I said the words I glance up at him. Draco studied me, perhaps to see if it was the truth.

"And that's it?" he asks me.

"Yes, that's it, now will you not say anything?" I ask him trying to make it seem more truthful.

His expression lightened, "I won't say anything Leianna, not if it something you want me not to tell," he says walking over to me and wrapping his arms around me, " I just don't like Potter demanding you not to say anything though."

I let out a deep breath in relief, glad that it believed me. I rested my head on his chest allowing myself to calm down. I was so scared he wouldn't believe it. He held me against him running his hand up and down my back.

I lift my head up eying him curiously, "So are you going to tell me now?" I ask causing him to go still.

He doesn't' respond but eventually he starts running his hand back up and down my back, "It's actually similar to your secret," he states.

"Ohh... and how?" I ask.

"Well, you know my family as well as myself are kind of on Umbridge and the ministry's side," he explains, "So we approve of her being over the rules at Hogwarts. Well John is kind of on our side too so they have been having all these meetings about it."

I knew he was telling the full truth, it wasn't a good explanation and besides that it didn't really add up. How did that have to do with my safety that John had mentioned to my mother? It didn't make sense. However, I didn't want to argue anymore about it. I decide to go with his excuse and let the subject drop.

"So what are we going to do?" he asks me as he pulls away.

I think about the things we can do outside.

"Are you up for some hiking?" I ask him.
