I turned my back to the three judges that sat at the table on the other side of the spacious room. I could hear my heart drumming and my breathing was heavy, however I had to control how I looked on the outside and make it seem as though I could go on forever.

The male in the corner of the room who had been recording my audition for future purposes, looked stunned before I turned my back, indicating my 'performance' was done.

Composing myself, I turned around with a smile, facing the judges once again, waiting for them to say something.

The one on the right grinned creepily at the paper in front of her as she scribbled on it with her blue pen.

The one in the middle just smiled at me. I looked at his paper, only to see a little less than a sentence written on it.

The man on the left let out a simple 'well done' without sparing a single glance or a smile as he neatly on the paper before him.

And with that, "You will receive an email in approximately two months, letting you know whether you've made it or not. All the information you'll need will be in the email." The judge on the right's voice was soft as she spoke, almost motherly. "It was nice meeting you and watching you perform your dance, Ms. Park. I, for one, am stunned and would honestly feel proud to see you stride down the halls of our building as a trainee. You have great potential and I have no doubt that you'll soon be a trainee in our company."

"Ah, thank you so much." I bowed, grinning as excitement began building in my body.

She was stunned.

She even said she would be proud to see me be a part of their company. I'm not too sure if she says that to everyone, but having those words directed towards me for just a moment brought up my hopes by a lot.

Because as confident and determined as I look on the outside, I still get nervous and sometimes feel as though I might mess up. But all the negative had just been thrown out the window the moment the judge let those words leave her mouth.

The judge on the left side of the table signaled for the camera man, who was busy adjusting the focus, to let the next person in to audition.

I bowed again, this time bidding a goodbye with a soft smile.

"Goodbye!" The judge in the middle said. He was still smiling at me like an idiot with only a sentence written down on his paper about me.

Was that a good thing or a bad?

As I walked through the door, I whispered a small goodbye to the camera man as well. No one seemed to pay much attention to him. He smiled, bidding me a farewell as well.

"The video of your audition will be sent to you in an email within three days." He said quietly.

"Ah, alright. Thank you." I say, finally leaving the room as he smiles at me one last time. I walked past the never ending line of people that were here to audition as well.

There were so many people, how was I ever gonna make it above all of them.

Then the judge's word rang through my head again, reassuring me that I might actually make it to the top 16.

Bighit wanted to have two girl bands. One with seven members, and the other with nine.

I walked out the door to the black car that had patiently been waiting for me for the past hour and a half. I sat in the passenger seat, glancing over at Jungkook who had just lost his game.

"How did it go?" He put his phone away, directing his attention towards me.

"I-It was pretty good." I'm still a mess every time I go near Jungkook. He's literally been my bias for 5 and a half years, and now here I am, sitting in the same car as him. Having him talk to me like we're best buddies or something. I mean although we might've been best buddies over text, knowing that I was talking to THE JEON JUNGKOOK just changes things drastically.

However, I still have to play it cool, acting like I've been friends with him for a decade now, because that's exactly what he seems to be doing.

"I'm sure you did amazing." He smiled. "Before you know it, you'll already be a trainee in the company, ready to debut with your new band in just a few days time. We'll even get to see each other once in a while."

"Thank you, but you do realize you didn't have to wait for my audition to be over, I could've just came home by bus. You only offered me a ride to the company and said you had to go meet up with Tae."

"Taehyung can wait." He giggled, showing his adorable little smile and his bunny teeth. "Plus, I wanted to wait for you."

"Oh.." I said looking out the window, trying to contain my smile as he began driving.

"Wanna come with me?" He asked, looking at me for a quick second before turning his attention to the road again.

"I don't want to interfere with the time you and him spend alon-"

"You won't be, we literally live in the same dorm and are roommates. Come."

"Alright then."
