We arrived to a cool restaurant were they sell chicken wings, burgers, and more fast food. Believe it or not, it's been a while since I've been to a restaurant, I don't have any friends to go with, so I only go with my parents in special occasions, which are really few.

The place was crowded and loud, it didn't exactly bothered me but it still slightly triggered my anxiety. Some people turned their heads in our direction as we entered the place, they were clearly looking at the three boys standing by my side, I mean who wouldn't?

I felt so small, not because I was standing between three tall boys, but because of the weird looks I got from some people, clearly judging me, specially the girls. I hate that my anxiety never fails to make an appearance, this is why I always stay home.

I didn't realized I was nervously playing with my fingers until Jordan took one of my hands. I know he noticed how I was getting anxious although I was trying to hide it.  "Come on." He said leading the way holding my hand.

We reached a table situated besides a wall. Jordan and I sat together with Blake and Roman infront of us. I was sitting between the wall and Jordan, which had its pros and cons but I wasn't about to complain specially when it was a perfect spot to hide from the other people.

Soon after, a short brunette girl with a waitress uniform approached our table, she gave the boys a smile while she didn't even looked at me, nothing new.

"Have you decided what you are ordering? Or do you need help with that?" The girl said looking specifically at Jordan who wasn't even looking back at her.

"I'll have the combo that includes 15 boneless, french fries and a Fanta." Roman said as no one had replied to the waitress.

"Same here, but make it a Coca Cola." Blake said slightly lifting his hand signaling he was the one talking.

"What are you ordering, Adira?" Jordan quietly asked me while I was looking through the menu. I knew I wanted boneless but I couldn't decide if I should go for the one with 7 or 15 pieces.

"Mmh I don't know if I will be able to fully eat 15 boneless and 7 pieces is not enough." I replied to Jordan hoping he can help me decide. 10 boneless would be perfect, but the combo applies with specific amounts.

"Take the 15 one, you can take home the ones you couldn't eat." Jordan suggested and I gave him a hesitant look, "I can ask the waitress to do that for you." He added noticing my hesitation, I smiled lightly and nodded at him. I didn't even contemplate taking them home before because asking the waitress to pack the remaining food in a takeaway box is so embarrassing to me, but now that Jordan is willing to do that for me it's different.

"Thank you." I whispered to him and he smirked in return.

"I'll have 15 boneless with French fries and a Coca Cola as well." Jordan finally said to the girl that has been waiting for his reply.

"Great! Will that be everything?" She asked ready to save her notebook in her pocket.

I was about to say something since I was missing to order but Jordan was faster. "No. She is missing." Jordan replied looking at the waitress with an annoyed look.

"Right. What are you ordering?" The waitress said almost with an irritated tone. It was noticeable the change of attitude towards me, as if she wanted to pretend I wasn't even there. But still I'm a client and she works here, she should leave that bitchy attitudes out of work.

"I'll have the same combo but with a lemonade please." I said politely while she wrote it down.

"Will that be it?" She asked once again. "Yes." Blake was the one replying this time. The girl finally left and I felt more comfortable for some reason.

The waitress brought our boneless after about 15 minutes. I couldn't hide my smile at the sight of our food, I was so excited to eat boneless, I haven't eat them in months and I loved them.

"If you need anything else I'll be there." The waitress said winking at Jordan before leaving. I found myself frowning at that, but I felt better when I saw the boys were frowning too.

"What a weirdo." Roman said with disgust in his face. At least I wasn't the only one that thought that.

We forgot about that while we ate our boneless, now that I tasted them I think that maybe I would be able to eat them all.

"These are so delicious!" I said happily before taking a sip from my lemonade. Jordan turned to me and gave me a small smile while shaking his head. "What?" I asked to him since he looked pretty amused, almost like he wanted to laugh.

"You have something in your face." Jordan said signaling where exactly and I quickly looked down trying to hide my face from them. I rubbed my face with a napkin hoping to remove whatever that was in my face.

"Is it clean now?" I asked him embarrassed that I had food in my face. In response he took the napkin from my hand and gently rubbed somewhere near my lips. "It is." He said giving me a smirk before going back to eating.

I was only able to eat 9 boneless and all the fries, I could have eaten a couple more boneless but I knew I would feel sick if I did. I thought I was a quick eater until now, I was the last one to finish eating which would have been awkward if I was with other people, but with them it wasn't.

"Are you finished?" Jordan asked when he noticed I wasn't touching my food anymore. "Yes." Was all I said before he called for the waitress. The waitress looked shocked and maybe even excited when Jordan called her over, is she forgetting she literally works here and clients are supposed to do that if they need something?

"What can I help you with?" She asked with a big smile.

"We are taking these home, could you pack them or something?" Jordan asked grabbing my plate and handing it to the waitress. "We also need the check." He added.

"Of course! I'll be back in a minute." She said before leaving with my boneless.

She came back with a takeaway bag and our check. "Here's the check and the food, and this is for you." The girl said giving Jordan a small paper.

Jordan opened it and it had a phone number with 'call me' written besides it. I wasn't surprised at all, the girl was clearly interested in Jordan. Jordan is a really good looking guy he probably gets this every time. What it did surprised me was what happened next.

He handed back the paper to the girl and then put a hand around my waist, pulling me closer to him. "Play along" he whispered really lowly leaning closer to me before kissing my cheek.

I knew this was just an act and that I had to play along but still I was in shock at his sudden actions, not to mention I was blushing like crazy.

"You can keep your note, I have a girlfriend." Jordan said looking at the waitress, his hand on my waist still holding me close to him. I had no idea how to act so I just smiled and nodded.

"Oh, I didn't know that." The waitress said with widened eyes. Of course she wouldn't know that when she kept pretending I didn't exist. "Well maybe we can hang as friends?" She added with a weird smirk. She wasn't giving up any time soon.

"Not interested." Jordan immediately said. I just stayed quiet as I didn't know what to say and I was scared to mess this up. "Alright." Was the last thing she said clearly disappointed. "Thank you for packing the boneless tho!" I said as she left our table.

Roman let out a laugh as soon as the waitress was far enough. "You two did that perfectly!" Roman said still laughing. I joined him and chuckled at what just happened. "She wouldn't even look at me." I added.

"She was either scared or jealous of you Adi." Blake said with a smile in his face.

"Probably both." Jordan said looking at me with a smirk. "We killed that." I said raising my hand for him to high five it. For my surprise, this time he did high five my hand making me smile.

"Pumpkin will totally scare off all the annoying girls that try talking to us!" Roman said before we high five hands. He tried to high five Jordan's hand too but of course Jordan didn't allowed that. "She totally will." Blake said nodding.

"Yeah totally." I rolled my eyes playfully knowing damn well I don't even scare a bug.

Even after I insisted to pay my food they ended up paying it. They wanted to pay it so I won't complain. Free food is always welcomed.

We all arrived here in Jordan's car so we had to go back to school to pick the other boy's cars that were parked in the school's parking lot. After saying goodbye to them, Jordan drove me home as usual and I was so glad that my parents hadn't arrived yet.
