"Do you, Olivia Emily Gilmore, take Jess Mariano to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"Well," She said, teasingly, "I do."

"And do you, Jess Mariano, take Olivia Emily Gilmore to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"Yeah, I do," he smiled.

"Finally!" Lorelai called.

"I now gladly pronounce you as husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

"Don't mess up my hair," Liv said as he leaned in.

"I can't make any promises," he winked, before kissing her. They faintly heard clapping, cheering, crying behind them.

Liv's mind was racing. She was married to Jess Mariano. Jess "I'm not getting married" Mariano. Her Jess.

She smiled into the kiss, and felt him do the same.

"Alright you two, there'll be time for that later," they heard Rory say.

They pulled away, flushed, and walked to their car to drive to the reception at the inn.

Before they began to drive, Jess kissed her again, "we're married," Liv said to him.

"Uh Huh," he mumbled, still kissing her.

"And nothing went wrong."

"Nope."

"My last name is Mariano."

"Baby, I know you're overwhelmed and in shock, but I'm trying to kiss you," he teased.

"I'm sorry. We should get to the inn," she smiled.

"Yeah. Your mom will assume that we've run off to...you know," he winked.

"Exactly. Come on," she laughed.

When they got too the inn, there was people everywhere; the newlyweds didn't even recognise half of the people there.

They stepped out the car, and as they did, everyone began to clap. Lorelai waddled straight up to them, and hurried them inside. She pointed them to their table with Luke, herself, Rory, Logan, Liz and TJ, and everyone stood up as they walked in.

Liv laughed, "You can sit down."

Everyone did, and broke out into conversation. Liv sat down, and slipped off her shoes, which Jess laughed at, "they hurt. A lot."

Lane rushed over to the couple, and quickly hugged them both, "me and the band are going to start playing in a minute, so I didn't know if I would see you after. Congratulations guys. Don't have twins," she said, quickly.

"Thanks Lane," Liv grinned.

When the band started up, Jess turned to his wife, "wanna dance?"

"Get me a drink and I might say yes," she smiled.

"Done."

An hour later, everyone was dancing. Miss Patty was attached to Christopher, Hayley was draped over Tristin (definitely not sober), Luke 'dancing' with the kids (so Gigi, Doula, Martha and Davey) and Jess and Liv in the corner, dancing closely and weirdly, "I can't dance!" Liv exclaimed every few minutes.

"I can tell!" Jess would laugh back, "you look so beautiful."

"I do, don't I?" She smirked.

"Cocky," Jess laughed.

"Oh shush, you know you love it."

"I do, don't I?"

Lorelai was sat with Liz, both of them watching their children dancing together, "she really sorted him out, didn't she Lorelai, and they're so happy," Liz smiled.

"Yeah, they are. Hey, did Luke tell you what we're naming the twins?" Lorelai asked.

"No," Liz said.

"William and Richard Danes," Lorelai smiled, "I mean, if their boys. I hope they're boys."

"Their perfect names," Liz smiled, "wow, both of my boys married a Gilmore Girl."

"Yes, they did. I have a feeling that we are going to be grandparents soon," Lorelai smirked.

"They'll be beautiful kids. I need to go and find TJ, I think he's talking to your dad again," Liz laughed, walking off.

Back in their corner, Chris approached the couple, "hey dad! You managed to escape Patty then?"

"Barely," Chris smiled, "Can I?" He asked Jess.

"Sure. I'm going to make sure Chris and Matt aren't getting into any trouble. See you later," he said, kissing her cheek.

Liv began to dance with her dad, who remarked on her awful dancing also.

"Thanks for coming, dad," Liv smiled.

"I wouldn't have missed it for the world," Chris shrugged, "I'm sorry for being a crappy dad, Ol."

"Dad, it's fine. I mean, it's not fine, but I'm married now. I need to be mature," Liv said, "woah, where did that come from? I don't wanna be mature!"

"I think it came from the alcohol. Let's get you a coffee," Chris grinned.

"I haven't had many, but coffee is a good idea," Liv smiled.

When they had had coffee, danced and eaten, Lorelai stood up, "Can I have everyone's attention?" She shouted, but everyone didn't hear, "the bride and groom are making out next to the buffet!" She tried, which got everyone's attention, "perverts. Anyway, I just wanna give a little speech. When Jess first got to Stars Hollow, I actually thought that James Dean had been reincarnated into his body so, naturally, there was no way he was ever going near my daughter. But then he did go near her, and I guess she worked her magic and hey presto. But they haven't had the easiest time since they got together. After Jess leaving a few times, Liv doing some dumb stuff and then her accident, it's a miracle they're here today. I am happy for them though, because I know they love each other, and I love them both very much too. Yes, Jess, I said I love you. So, may you both have a long marriage and lots of kids for me to spoil. To Liv and Jess!"

Jess stood, clapping with everyone else, "thanks for that Lorelai, I think. I just want to say that I am so grateful for you all coming today. We didn't think we'd ever get here, but thank God we are. Liv's amazing. She is; she's put up with my crap since she's come into my life. Or since I walked into her and spilled her coffee. And yeah, we've been through lots: the most. But I still love her, and I'm so happy we're finally married."

"To my annoying nephew and amazing stepdaughter!" Luke shouted, raising his glass, to which everyone raised there's but shouted "Jess and Liv!" instead.

When everyone was dancing again, Rory pulled Logan aside, "Can we talk?"

"Depends on what you want to talk about," Logan said.

"Kids," Rory said.

"What about them?" Logan asked.

"I want one. Or two. But definitely one; at least one," Rory said. Logan stood, looking at her, "or not. I mean, if you don't want them that's fine. Fine with me. It was just an idea."

"Rory, babe, shut up," Logan smiled, kissing her.

"Is that a yes, or not?" Rory asked, pulling away for a second.

"Yes, it's a yes. And I love you," Logan grinned.

"Ok. That's good. And I love you too," Rory grinned back, leaning in to kiss him.

Meanwhile, Jess and Liv were sat at their table, alone. Lorelai had gone to pee for the 8th time, Luke was dancing with April who had managed to arrive at the reception just after the speeches and Liz and TJ were dancing.

"Wanna go upstairs, Mrs Mariano?" Jess whispered.

"I'd love to, Mr Mariano, but everyone will notice," she smiled, "you know we now sound like a mafia couple or something with these last names."

"Shush, we sound sexy. And no one will notice, trust me," Jess said.

"Well, seeing as we aren't going on a honeymoon," Liv smiled, standing up, and taking his hand.

"That's what you think," he muttered, not loud enough for her to hear, while following her.

When they got to the stairs, Hayley stumbled in front of them, "hey, where are you guys going?!" She slurred.

"Bathroom. The ones downstairs are full," Jess lied.

"You two are gonna go and f—"

"Find the bathroom," Tristin interrupted.

"Right," she scoffed.

"I'll take her home," Tristin smiled.

"Thanks for coming Tristin," Liv smiled, hugging him.

"Yeah, thanks, I guess," Jess said.

"Thanks for inviting me guys. And congrats."

"Tristin is gonna take you home now, babe," Liv said to Hayley.

"Good," Hayley said, hugging Liv, "I like Tristin. And you and Jess are so cute. Well done for getting married."

Liv tried not to laugh, "Thanks, Hay. I hope your head is ok tomorrow," she said before they left.

"Anyway," Liv laughed, going up the stairs, "Wait which room?" She said when they got to the top of the stairs.

Jess stood in front of her and took both of her hands, walking backwards and into one of the master rooms.

"Jess, I can't find my shoe," Liv called, looking under the bed.

"Check by the door. You seen my tie?" He said.

"With my shoe," she threw the tie at him.

"Thanks," Jess said, doing up his top button as someone at the door knocked.

"Guys? You in there? It's time for your dance," Rory called from the other side.

"Shit," Liv whispered.

"I've got it," Jess said, walking out, "hey, Rory. I was just making sure that the reservations are still...reserved," he said quietly.

"Jess, she is gonna love Rome," Rory smiled, "speaking of, where is Liv?"

"She said she was going to the bathroom to freshen up."

"Right, I'll see you downstairs," she said, turning away.

Jess opened the door, "you can come out now."

"Good, come on let's go," Liv said, as they walked down the stairs.

"Busted," Rory smirked at the bottom of the stairs.

"I didn't say which bathroom," Jess said.

"True. Come on, time for your dance," Rory said.

They got to the middle of the dance floor, and Liv looked at him, "I can't dance."

"Just sway then," he laughed.

"I really can't dance."

As the night went on, people began to filter out. By 10, Liv, Jess, Lorelai, Luke, Emily, Richard, Rory, Logan, Liz and TJ were left; Doula had fallen asleep on her brother's lap.

"Olivia, your grandfather and I would like to give you something," Emily said, pulling an envelope out of her purse.

Liv looked at Jess before taking it and opening it, "Grandma...I can't take all of this money."

"Of course you can. We gave a little more to your mother on her wedding day, and the same amount to Rory when she announced she had eloped," Richard said, "it's not a big deal."

"This is a big deal, Grandpa. $10,000? This is a very big deal," Liv said.

"We will not take it back," Emily said, "it's yours and Jess'."

"Thank you," She said, hugging them both.

"We should get going," Emily said, standing up, "congratulations, both of you. Enjoy Rome."

"Rome?" Liv asked, "Jess?"

"Are you sure she didn't say home?" Jess chuckled, nervously.

"She said Rome."

"I am pretty certain that I heard the word home come out of her mouth just then," Jess said.

"I heard home too, Liv," Rory said.

"Jess..."

"Fine," Jess sighed, "we're going to Rome on our honeymoon."

"No way," she grinned.

"Yes way."

Liv practically jumped on him, hugging him tight.

"Guys, you've gotta go if you're gonna make the flight," Lorelai said.

"I haven't packed."

"We packed for you," Rory told her.

"I can't believe it. I love you guys," Liv grinned.

"I love you too, babe, but right now I want you to leave," Lorelai laughed.

"Come on, we've gotta go. Thank you for everything today, everyone," Jess smiled.

"Yes, thank you," Liv agreed.

"Enjoy Rome."

After numerous, short-lived goodbyes, Jess and Liv began to drive away.

"I can't believe it. We're married," Liv said, again.

"Babe, you've said that. Repeatedly. Sounds like you're having second thoughts," Jess smirked teasingly.

"No!" Liv almost shouted, "I am not having second thoughts!"

"Ok, Mrs Mariano. Relax. I'm joking."

"I know," she smiled.

"Liv?"

"Uh huh?"

"I love you."

"Jess?"

"Uh huh?"

"I love chocolate."

"Of course you do baby."

They are finally married! Thank the heavens, they are finally Mr and Mrs Mariano! I'll update soon xoxo
