"I'm home!" The boy ran into the house as he closed the door. He took off his shoes too quickly that it almost hit his head as they flew upwards into the air. The boy smiled happily, going into the room where he could hear the beautiful piano sound being played by his mother. He stopped in front of the opened door, taking in all the things that he was seeing at once; the black piano, the colourful music and his mother pressing down the keys. The boy threw his yellow kindergarten bag into a corner of the room and sat down next to his mother. His mother smiled and quickly moved sideways so the boy could join her. The boy joined his mother and slowly pressed down the keys, singing the lyrics as his mother put in the bass line for him.

"Twinkle twinkle little star," he started.

"How I wonder what you are." His mother joined him. The sound seem to disperse out of the room, through the windows and into the neighbours' houses.

"Up above the world so high," the neighbours joined in their houses.

"Like a diamond in the sky." They all started to sing to themselves. People stopped what they were doing and would recognise that it was the boy that was playing the piano. The boy who would always play when he reached his house at this exact time everyday. The boy with a world famous pianist mother. The boy with magical fingers.

"Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are." The girl who lived next door sang, as she sat in front of her window, looking into her neighbour's house. The song ended after a quick ending by his mother. Then she stood up and clapped while the boy bowed in front of her as if he just finished a performance.

"Good job," his mother said, leading him out of the room as she picked up the thrown away bag, "aren't you hungry? Let's go eat something!" The mother smiled widely at him as the little boy jumped up and down with joy. They went out of the music room with the happy piano and entered the cozy kitchen where his mother started to cook a little snack for him. The boy sat down on the dining table and started to take out something from his yellow bag.

"Mom," he said while gently pulling out a fragile piece of paper, "mom look!" The mother turned around and saw a picture with her and the boy sitting in front of a black piano, music notes flying in the sky.

"I drew it in the kindergarten. They told me to draw one of the happiest moments of my life." His mother smiled in reply. "I said it was when I played the piano with my mom."

"That looks really good," the mother came with a plate of sushi towards him. "the piano seems really real! And look at the tiny keys you drew!" The mother patted him on the back as the little boy smiled widely.

"Thank you for the food!" He said and started to poke the sushi presented in front of him with a fork. Suddenly a question hit her as she saw the boy trying to poke another one while still having sushi in his mouth.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?" She asked, gesturing to him to slow down. The boy seemed to think seriously for a moment. He dropped his fork and swallowed hard. He stood up on his chair, faced his mother and said something that her mother didn't really expect.

"Mom, I want to become a pianist. A world famous pianist like you! Someone that people remember. Someone who can move people's hearts. That will be the goal of my life." He climbed down the chair and stood in front of his mother.

"Teach me how to create those kinds of sounds. The sounds that you make mom, the ones that can convince people." His mother quickly overcame the tiny shock and hugged the boy.
"You can do it," she said, "you'll be a successful pianist and I'll make you into one." The boy hugged his mother tightly and they stayed like that for a long time.
