Jimin in this chapter ☝

"Oh Tae, are you telling me the truth? Min Yoongi signed this for me? It's not one of your April fools pranks? Tell me honestly Tae, I'm dying here." Jimin dramatically shaked his friend's shoulder with both of his hands, curiosity was beaming into his eyes. He wasn't satisfied with the way his friend was acting casually on this prime matter.

"I've told you ten times already, if you don't believe me then give me back my notebook." Taehyung's fake displeasure didn't make his friend stop repeating the same question; but with a smiling face.

"Tae, tell me for the last time, it's my Min right?" Jimin didn't wait for the reply, he could already sense his friend wasn't lying. The took the notebook in his hand and inhaled the heavenly smell of the paper, kissed once, twice, devoting his heart out.

Taehyung sighed but smiled, he was sure that his friend would react this way, he was expecting a kiss on his cheek, as Jimin used to kiss him every time when he made him happy, but never mind, this time Jimin just forgot his friend before a petty celebrity. [note:At one time friends become bitches.]

After a couple of minutes, when Jimin's fanboy mode turned off, both of them sat on a long wooden bench on Jimin's terrace. The mid-December frost couldn't stop these young bloods enjoying the beautiful night view of Seoul. Two bottles of coke, some flavoured potato chips and a bowl of radish kimchi accompanied them.

"Tae I'm so happy that you got a job, but I'm jealous as well." Jimin pouted. "You can see my Yoongi often there, as he will definitely come for the ad film shooting." Taehyung just hummed in response. Suddenly Jimin got up from his seat, "Tae, let's swipe our bodies." His eyes brightened up like he had just discovered the gravity.

Taehyung chuckled, "But you said you like your body more."

"I love my body but I like your luck too. Let's at least exchange our lucks."

"Ah! Don't talk about my awful luck now. I've to work under that devil." Said Taehyung, looking down, pouting bitterly.

"Yeah, you're right. I saw him that day. He's handsome but scary." Jimin sat again, pat-pated on his friend's shoulder to cheer him up but Taehyung started explaining how scary that person could be by telling him all the details of the previous conversation. In the last he added,

"Jimin, do you remember our high school homeroom teacher Mr Hong Bongsil?"

"How can I ever forget him, aah, his beatings were like thunderstorms, he sometimes even came in my nightmares." Said Jimin, shivered remembering that unforgettable human being.

"Exactly, this Jeon dude is like him. Ditto, Xerox copy. Straight out of 'Train to Busan' movie."

"Oho! Tae, you should stay away from him. Avoid him at any cost."

Taehyung sighed, "That's impossible, I'm his secretary now, I've to glue with him all the time. There's no escape."

"Suddenly I'm feeling we shouldn't swipe our bodies, mine is more sexy." Jimin covered his face with his hands and giggled. Taehyung lightly punched his friend's abdomen, which made him laugh out loud.

After spending half an hour with his friend, Taehyung moved towards his own home. He paused when he was passing the ad holding of Jyundai cars. Min Yoongi's smiling face made him smile too. Meeting with this man and that beautiful man named Kim Seokjin, were the only good thing that he experienced in that company so far. He smiled realizing all rich people aren't bad, aren't like Jeon Jungkook.

The cool wind outside was smacking on his face, telling him to rush back real quick. Taehyung hugged himself tightly, thinking of wearing more layers tomorrow.

"Oppa! Where were you, we were waiting for you." Dahyun greeted him at the door with a huge smile on her face. "Mom look, oppa has come."

Haesook came out of the kitchen, wiping the excess water out of her soaked hands, "Taehyung-ah, it's already late, come and have dinner with us."

"Mom, I got the job." Said Taehyung, removing his shoes and socks, he felt more comfortable in his bare feet.

"We know, Jimin called." His mother replied.

Taehyung made a face, "That boy, I told him that shall surprise you guys."

"You know Jiminie hyung, he's more loyal to mom's fried chicken than you." Sunoo, reminded him, coming out of his room, smiling like others.

"Yeah yeah, I know him," Taehyung sat on the ining table with his siblings. His mother was serving food; smiling from time to time, his sister wasn't moody like before; making jokes like before, his brother was listening and agreeing with her; like before.

Taehyung wasn't saying much, his heart felt much lighter and peaceful seeing his broken family rising against the pain. He slowly turned his eyes towards the empty chair, which his late father used to seat. He thought, if his father was there with them, he would also be so proud of his son, he would also be smiling with them. The fact that he could never see him again pained his heart, but the smiling faces of the rest of his family had given him the biggest hope of his life to go on and he would do everything to keep that smile on their faces.

Taehyung in this part

Taehyung got up at six, on the following morning. Did his morning routines by helping his mother making soya-bean tofu, taking them all the way to the local market and coming back with a refill gas cylinder. He did his breakfast real quick and got ready for the office to avoid the punishment.

The distance between his home to office was approximately thirty minutes by bus. He came early today. Went straight to the reception for his office identity card, it looked cool on his neck, showing the pride of his employment. The proud smile of his face began to dissolve as the elevator was going up, reaching for the unlucky fourteen floor. Recalling what he had done yesterday, made his stomach churn.

There was a semi crowded office room before the big boss's room. Taehyung calmly moved past them. Most of the people were busy with their work, no one glanced. That was a good sign. Being the center of attraction wasn't the kind of position he liked.

Before knocking the door, he took a long breath. 'It was not his first time and his boss wasn't that scary' was his excuse to make him knock twice. A small 'come in' from the other side was enough for him to gulp some air.

Taehyung entered without any drama. Tried hard to make a poker face, but it turned out as a flushed cherry face. He came closer to the table, smashing the hem of his red cardigan with his clammy fingers, "Mr Jeon, I've come."

Jungkook in this chapter

Unlike the other day Jungkook wasn't sitting on his chair. He was leaning his butt on the table, folding his arms across his chest, scanning the guy with two sharp doe eyes, but like the other days he was looking elegant and sophisticated in all black outfit. "I can see that Mr Kim. Your introductions are as boring as you."

Taehyung thought he should go home now.

He licked his lips out of nervousness and took his time to stare at the younger boy. It wasn't like Taehyung hadn't seen any handsome man before but this boy had crossed The boundaries of handsomeness. The creator had certainly taken a month off his daily schedule to concentrate on this project. That chiseled jaw over his black collar was something he could stare at all day. Kill him for being this whipped.

After about a good ten seconds of staring, he decided to break the awkward silence. "Ae, Mr Jeon, what should I do now?"

"Wait for some minutes, my secretary will come and show you some basic things." Jungkook got back to his seat, took the glass of water in his hand and slowly (teasingly) drank the water, looking at Taehyung's eyes. Taehyung took the hint. That boy wanted to remind him of what he had done yesterday, that he wasn't going to forget easily. The realization made him feel very hot suddenly under his full sleeve shirt and cardigan. The necktie was making the situation worse. He snapped his gaze to the door when a tall young man entered the room with a huge file on his hand.

"Sir, I've fixed the meeting with the car paint company. They are coming tomorrow at twelve noon." Sejin said with a hurry.

"Good, cancel the other appointments at that time. Sejin, when are you leaving the office?" Asked Jungkook in his authoritative voice.

"In half an hour sir." Sejin blushed and turned, then he finally saw the new man. "Is he-"

"He's Mr Kim Taehyung. The new secretary. Teach him all the duties well and" Jungkook moved his cold gaze towards the man in glasses, "make him understand all the things well." He smirked.

Taehyung wanted to roll his eyes but it turned out as a blink. Maybe it was his first job but he wasn't a kid to begin with. A sudden relief hit him when he went out of that suffocating room. Mr Sejin was in a hurry. His gestures were screaming that something good was going to happen with him soon. Taehyung wondered what that could be.

His thoughts interrupted when Mr Sejin took him to a room full of files and documents. "This is your first step Mr Kim, read and memorize every single document."

Taehyung's mouth wide opened, "Bu-but how can I memorize all these? It's insane man."

"It's nothing compared to the scolding you're going to get if you ever fail to answer the boss's question on a certain topic." Sejin grind. He was certainly in a good mood today. "Let me add, you've got one day to do this. Tomorrow morning you've to attend and organise a meeting with the paint company."

"But how can I read all these before tomorrow?" Taehyung was shocked and surprised.

"Umm, best of luck, this is all I can say." Sejin pressed his lips together, didn't want to ruin his good mood but couldn't help himself feeling sorry for this younger fellow. He guided him from where to start and headed for his dream vacation.

Taehyung sighed loudly; this was going to be a long day.

He took a huge pile of files to his own personal cabin across the CEO's room. It was just a toddler compared to the huge ass mama CEO's room but Taehyung wasn't complaining, he was happy with his office but not so happy with this mountain of files. Without wasting any time, he started studying those documents.

At lunchtime Taehyung went down to the office canteen to restore some energy. The canteen was huge. Clean and tidy. This company permitted free food for the workers, which was for Taehyung, the best edict of this company. He called his mother while having simple yet healthy food in the canteen and informed her that he might be late for home.

A man wearing formal suits sat across him, Taehyung tried to recall where he saw this man before but his memories betrayed him. The man wasn't paying much attention to him, eyes on the food, eating silently.

After a couple of minutes of hesitation, Taehyung finally spoke, "Excuse me. Sorry to disturb you but I think we've met before, but where that I've failed to remember."

The man lifted his perfectly shaped eyes on him and said with a deep raspy voice, "We met at your house Mr Kim Taehyung. On your father's funeral day.

"Ah! That's why I thought I've seen you before. You were with that rowdy CEO right?" Taehyung bit his tongue to punish himself. He forgot that man wasn't his friend to gossip about his boss.

"I'm Kim Namjoon. That rowdy CEO's assistant." The man said before digging into his bowl of hot soup.

Taehyung bit his lower lip this time, he wasn't sure if this Namjoon guy got offended or not. He wasn't speaking much, just like Jeon Jungkook but Taehyung could sense that this man was not immature like him. Taehyung awkwardly smiled. "Ah! That's good. Nice meeting you sir. I wanna know employees here so thought if I should start with you."

After finishing his bowl, Namjoon put down his spoon and looked at the younger boy, "If you're done then come with me, I shall introduce you with the others."

Taehyung nodded in sharp agreement.

Namjin in this chapter

They started with the main office building. Namjoon just drew everyone's attention and introduced him. Some people greeted him warmly, some just gave him a glance and got busy with work again. A chubby dark hair man added Taehyung's number in their social media's group chat. Taehyung was feeling much relieved as the people around him were treating him nicely, not all but most of all.

After some time Namjoon took him to one of the board of directors, Mr Kim Seokjin's office room. It wasn't as big as Jungkook's but wasn't small either. The beautifully hand crafted furniture was giving it an artistic flavor.

"Sir this is Mr Kim-" Namjoon was going to introduce him but Seokjin stopped him midway.

"Taehyung, right?" Seokjin came to them, stood just before Taehyung and forwarded his hand, Taehyung nodded with a shy smile and took it slowly. "I told you Namjoon that I met him before, he's the cutest boy in this office."

Taehyung blushed looking down, he knew he was cute but hearing it from a beautiful man was the best feeling ever. "You're so handsome Mr Seokjin, it's my pleasure to meet you."

Namjoon frowned, he spoke looking at Taehyung, "If you know him then we should get going from here. There are many workers outside whom you haven't met yet."

"Yes sir." Taehyung agreed and was going to turn around but Seokjin stopped him by holding his arm.

"Hey, wait we haven't talked much that day. Are you feeling good here?" Spoke Seokjin, pulling him closer. Namjoon just rolled his eyes, which was noticed by Seokjin from the corner of his eyes.

Taehyung blushed more, then answered genuinely, "What to say, this company is great. Well organized. But as I got to know everything here first, I've to work a lot."

Seokjin cutely smiled, "Taehyung, you seem a dedicated boy. I can assume you'll work hard and better for this company. I wish you all the best for your journey here."

"But the CEO hates me, that is the main problem." Taehyung thought he should open up his mind more, these two men were giving him some positive hope.

Namjoon spoke this time, "You're already on his bad side. So don't make any mistakes from now on, don't make him more angry. If you want to stay here in your position, then you've to fight for it." Namjoon knew very well what was cooking inside the CEO's brain, he would try anything to make this boy suffer. Most of all Namjoon knew Jungkook but didn't know this boy; his ability, so if this boy showed his loyalty and true dedication to his work, then Namjoon would try everything to keep this boy here.

Taehyung made a face, remembering how harsh Jungkook's words were. How he played him dirty and forced him to beg for a job in this company. "I will try my best sir." He nodded for the double assurance.

Namjoon spoke again, "You are going to stay with him the most, so try to know him. His likes and dislikes. It will help you a lot. He's not a sweet talker, rarely praises anybody. Don't argue with him unnecessarily, let's just say, he gets offended pretty easily."

"I'll add the word arrogant to describe him." Said Seokjin with a smug smile, but Namjoon snapped,

"He's not that bad. He can be good if you behave good." Namjoon's words made Taehyung gulp hard. What he had shown to his boss was far from being 'good behavior'.

"He's not bad but arrogant, and you're ignorant." Seokjin came closer to Namjoon, eyes on eyes, they could taste each other's breathing. Taehyung was watching them with excessive curiosity.

Namjoon wasn't liking this conversation at all. "If I'm ignorant then you're annoying."

"Oh! Ho ho! So I'm annoying now. Me proposing you over and over makes you sick right?" Seokjin lowered his eyebrows and pressed his lips together, without looking away, breathing heavily.

Taehyung gulped, he wasn't feeling comfortable around these so called matured guys. He tried to turn the discussion, "Excuse me gentlemen, am I invisible here?"

Namjoon sighed. He was dealing with his inner feelings for some time, now he just made the older man angry with his silly comment, great.

Seokjin stared at him for a while then turned to Taehyung, said with a smile, "Hey, Taehyung are you free tomorrow?"

Taehyung hesitated before answering, "Tomorrow? Yes I guess."

"Are you single?" Seokjin flickered his eyebrows cutely.

"Yes, single and ready to mingle."

"Do you have any problem with dating a guy?" Seokjin's tone became softer.

Taehyung shaked his head instantly, "No, absolutely not. I'm a complete gay, from head to toe."

"Fine, then we're fixed. Tomorrow evening at eight, Park Hayat hotel. I'll wait for you." Seokjin winked at him. Taehyung just gaped his mouth in amazement.

Namjoon was surprised too, he wasn't liking their shameless flirting before him. "Mr Kim!" Namjoon tried to drag Seokjin's attention on him but Taehyung replied,

"Yes sir?"

Namjoon sighed, ignored Taehyung and turned his full body to the older man, "Seokjin, please listen to me, I didn't mean to say you annoying, it just slipped off my tongue." Seokjin rolled his eyes and looked away. Namjoon continued, "Why are you taking a stranger on a date? You've just met him once, don't know anything of him. He could be a serial killer or some stalkers-"

"Namjoon, you're overthinking." Seokjin crossed his arms in an angry manner, "It's true that we've just met but it doesn't go with your nonsense theories."

Namjoon gulped, feeling
