The rhythmical movement of the train had already stopped when Taehyung opened his eyes. The mild warmth of the baby sun through the window touching his face, it was just past dawn, but the digital noise of the phone camera clicking from his side made him alert. He tilted his head and saw the stranger from last night, Park Bogum holding his phone upward, in his direction.

"What the fuck!" Taehyung rose in a sitting position, "Why are you taking my pictures?"

"No!" Bogum quickly shook his head. "I was just taking a selfie." He made a V sign with his fingers and clicked the camera again.

"Don't fool me. I know you are lying."

"Ah it is the last station. Hurry up, we should get going." Bogum hung the little sling bag he was carrying on his shoulder and walked to the exit as if nothing happened.

Taehyung puffed a breath and let it slide. He already had so much to deal with. Not getting any missed calls or messages from Jungkook after a whole fucking night of separation was making him anxious. That could only mean, Taehyung thought, their love story had come to an end.

The cabs were on strike maybe, Taehyung couldn't find a single cab to rent for halmeoni's house. The road was almost empty, the weather was chilly in the middle of September. His stomach was mimicking the annoying cries of the frogs in the roadside bushes. There were some small tea stalls, breakfast center could be found here and there, but he still wasn't feeling like eating anything.

A rented car came from the other way, halted before him. A familiar face popped out when the thick glass of the window pulled down. "Hey, pretty boy, get inside. We can share the fare."

"No thank you. I am in no hurry. I can wait for the next cab." Taehyung took a step behind. "Also, stop calling me by names."

"Tell me your real name then." Bogum came out of the car, smiling like before.

"Not interested." Taehyung started walking along the road. Bogum came jogging behind.

"Think again, you won't get a handsome man who is ready to give you a lift."

"Did I ask you for the lift?"

"Don't be stubborn, you need to come with me." Bogum held his hand to make him stop but the reaction wasn't anticipated.

"Get lost you motherfucker. I'm gonna fucking call the police." Taehyung shouted over his face and started running to the other side of the empty road.

"Don't curse, please." Bogum glanced at the car. The driver was shouting to pay him the money. But he couldn't leave the other boy. So he ran after him. "Hey. Listen to me. I have something to tell you."

"Shit! You're freaking me." Taehyung thought Bogum would leave him after that, but the way he was chasing him made him totally anxious. Taehyung stopped when he realised this unknown man wasn't going to leave him easily. Breathing deep, he turned with an aggressive glare. Hands over his chest.  "Step back. I know karate."

"Oh really?" Bogum put his hand over the side of his hips, panting, "I was a senpai in karate. Got my black belt when I was just a high schooler. Now would you please get inside the car? We could discuss karate on our way."

"No. Step back." Taehyung panickingky looked around, fortunately found a patrolling police officer on his bike coming from the other way. He shouted emptying his lungs, "Help!"

Bogum came near him and patiently tried to convince, "Please don't shout. Look, I'm not a kidnapper. I'm an actor, I told you before. You can have my card."

But Taehyung didn't listen, he moved his arms faster to get the cop's attention. "Officer, this guy is harassing me. Please help!"

The tall skinny police officer checked Bogum from head to toe, stepped down from his bike and came strolling with a big curiosity.

"I wasn't harassing him." Bogum tried to defend himself. Still didn't realize why the other guy was acting like this. "I was just talking with him."

The officer lazily turned his face to Taehyung with an are-you-sure look.

"No. Officer, don't trust him." Taehyung pointed to Bogum's hip pocket, "Check his phone, he'd taken my picture without my consent."

"Please show your phone and ID card." Said the officer moving his hand forward.

"No!" Bogum shook his head.

"No?" The officer arched his brows tilting his head.

"Aish!" Bogum handed him his ID and hesitated before giving his phone. "God! I don't know why I'm doing this!"

The officer held the phone up before Bogum's face to open the lock and opened the gallery. Then the same way he held the phone over Taehyung's face and asked, "Is this you?"

Taehyung nodded, "Yeah. I was sleeping in the train and he took that picture."

The officer slipped the phone and the ID card into his pocket and said, "Mr Park, you are coming with me."

"Why?" Bogum panicked for the first time, "You're not understanding. I can't spill the secret but I need to take him to Gamcheon village before 10 o'clock."

"How do you know I'm going to Gamcheon village? Are you a stalker?" Taehyung's eyes narrowed. He couldn't believe he was going to get into some deep shit.

"No, not a stalker, but an actor." Bogum corrected him.

"Let's talk in the police station." The officer held Bogum's hand and dragged him to his bike. Bogum protested a little, but couldn't stop the police officer from putting on a helmet around his head and taking him away.

Taehyung fished out his phone to speed dial Jungkook like a habit to let him know everything that related to him, but his fingers halted over the screen. Who was he to Jungkook? Did Jungkook even care to know where he was and how he was doing? The pain from earlier throbbed inside his chest. He sighed and started looking for a cab.

Luckily he found a corn truck heading to Jimin's grandmother's village. It took him three hours to reach the village market and twenty more minutes to walk to the hilltop house. But taehyung's eyes widened with surprise when he saw so many cars almost jamming halmeoni's entrance. And most surprisingly he saw Jimin, standing on the gate, looking elegant in a designer black suit.

"Taehyung, what took you so long?" Jimin came running, hugged him like they were meeting after a year.

"Why are you here? Wait," Taehyung pulled his head back, touched his cheek, then his own, "Am I still dreaming?"

Jimin chuckled, "It's time to get up, brother. And wear this quickly to get ready for another dream."

"What is this?" Taehyung hesitantly took the paper bag from Jimin's hand and peeped inside.

"Tuxedo."

"A tuxedo?"

"Shhh!" Jimin put a hand over his mouth and steered him inside a black car. "Don't shout, just wear them quickly before going in."

Taehyung held his hand firmly, "Not before you tell me what is going on. Why are there so many cars here? Where's halmeoni? Is she alright?"

"Calm down. Don't panic. Everything is alright. Just wear it and I promise I'll tell you everything."

"Oh, ok." Taehyung pulled out a white pair of clothes made with the finest material. He seriously had no idea if they were going to a village party dressed like this or in a costume party looking like a newly married couple. Whatever it was, Taehyung was dying to know about it.

Jimin came out of the car checking his phone. Murmured, "I wonder why Bogum isn't answering the call! He was told to take you here with him."

"Wait a minute, you know bogum?" Taehyung asked while popping open his shirt buttons. Still wearing that bewildered expression.

"Yeah." Jimin told him. "Wasn't he with you on the train? Yoongi told him to look after you and keep you engaged so that you won't feel sad."

"He was flirting with me all the time." Taehyung removed his pants in a hurry.

"Ah that dude!" Jimin sighed. "He is a passionate actor but unfortunately not getting any suitable roles. Don't mind him. He was just acting."

"Just acting? Really?" Taehyung paused, debating if he should tell him about Bogum and that patrolling officer's story. But he didn't have time to think about other things. He got out holding his black bowtie which Jimin put on delicately over his neck. Then neatly combed his hair parting in the middle. Perfume sprinkled over his torso. And a little touch of makeup.

"Jimin, I did everything that you've told me. Now tell me what's going on?"

"Tae, look at me," Jimin took his hand into his and made him look into his eyes, "Do you trust me?"

"No."

"Good. Come with me."

Jimin took him through the front gate. There were decorations everywhere, white and blue flowers hanging from every pew. Taehyung's heart was beating with an unknown fear, throat drying up, stomach had already stopped growling, hands clammy.

"Tada This is your wedding." Jimin whispered into his ear when they came into the huge lawn outside halmeoni's house.

Taehyung couldn't hear what his friend was saying when he witnessed the most unrealistic thing in his 26 years of life. He squeezes his eyes shut, inhaling deeply and exhaling heavily. When opened he saw the same view.

Could this be a dream!

There was a beautiful wedding aisle with blue flower carpet leading to a small stage on which Jungkook was smiling looking at him, wearing a matching tuxedo. A small number of people including his friends and relatives were sitting on both sides of the aisle, turning their heads watching him with happy faces. Taetae, with a big smile on his face, holding halmeoni's hand at the front, standing beside his mother and stepfather.

"This can't be happening." Taehyung whispered to himself, then to Jimin, "Pinch me, spank me,  do anything to wake me up dammit."

"Stop overreacting. It's your day. Jungkook is waiting for you, go and take vows with him." Jimin placed a hand on his back to lead him towards the aisle. There was a little kid holding a flower basket, ready to toss the flowers and a band of four people had started playing a melodic tune creating a dreamlike atmosphere.

"That means," Taehyung found his voice a moment later. "Jungkook is not angry with me?"

"Can he ever stay angry at you?

He planned all these to surprise you."

"What did you say?" Shapely Taehyung turned his head to his step brother, "He planned all these?"

"Yeah." Jimin innocently replied. "But I've also suggested how he should keep you in the dark and help him hide everything to give you a thunderbolt surprise." Jimin's expression dropped when he witnessed fire-and-brimstone in Taehyung's eyes. "What's with this look?"

"I'll get you later." Taehyung said hoarsely, "But first let me deal with him."

"Wait, Tae,"

Taehyung marched like an angry bull towards the red capes. The flower girl stood wide-eyed and  startled when Taehyung walked past her with heavy steps.

Reaching out Jungkook's coller, Taehyung glared at him like he wanted to punch him, bite him, hit him out, or just straight up murder him.

But Taehyung did something beyond imagination.

Smashing his lips into Jungkook's mouth he kissed him roughly, making everyone stunned  into silence.  All the week's anxiety, tension, pain, weirdness mingled with that one passionate kiss.

When they tore their mouths apart, Jungkook was breathing crazily hard. A smile broke through his lips, "Missed me sweetheart?"

"Hate you." Taehyung whispered. He thought his tears were frozen out, but they reappeared when Jungkook's warm lips frantically collided  with him for the second time. Jungkook wanted this as much as Taehyung did. He closed his eyes, letting the warmth seize his senses.

"What is happening?" The emcee eyed everyone's reaction. "This is the first time couples kiss before taking the vows."

"Soulmates don't need to take vows, clap everyone." Jimin's father spoke out from the audience, clapping so hard he drowned out everyone else. A loud cheer followed.

"Dad, I'm proud of you." Jimin screamed from the flower gate. Jihoon put his thumbs up.

When the cheers dropped, the vows were taken, following modern tradition. Taking Taehyung's hand in his, Jungkook pulled out his old ring which he had been wearing since the day he put it on, and replaced it with a crown shaped white gold ring with a bigger diamond in the middle. Taehyung's eyes got soft, swallowing a cry as he looked into Jungkook's eyes. This was the ring Jungkook had bought a week ago and he suspected him unaware of the truth.

Jungkook moved his hand forward, smiling at him now. Taehyung bit his lower lip looking down. He didn't have any rings, never knew Jungkook was going to surprise him like this. Jungkook gave him the other ring he took out from Taehyung's finger and gestured to put that on. Taehyung struggled to hold in the tears that wanted to escape.

He didn't know what was wrong with his boss. Why did he plan the wedding without letting the other groom know but one thing he was sure of, his boss was going to be the best husband anyone had ever wished for.

Crowd once again cheered out at the final kiss which was tender and soft, no rush of emotions.

This was the moment they were wishing for. And this was going to be the happiest memory of their life.

Jungkook's head bent slightly and he whispered in his ear, "Be prepared for the kisses and cuddles we missed last week."

Taehyung huffed a sigh. Whispered back, "You're not getting anything mister. Not before I get all the answers." He was still sulky about that.

After the family photoshoot and all the traditional rituals played by the groom's and the groom's family, Jimin finally apologized at the wedding breakfast.

"Tae, brother, I am sorry."

"A sorry won't do." Taehyung took a small bite from his rice cake, chewed puckering his lips.

"Do you want me to kiss you? I guess your hubby won't allow it now." Jimin and Jungkook shared a mischievous glance. Taehyung wanted to kill both of them.

"And mom, uncle Jihoon, why did you fall into their trap? You could have told me right?"

"We just found out yesterday. Remember I told you I was going to make kimchi? Just an hour later, Jimin called us and told us to head out for the airport. Also asked to seal our lips until you come here, what could we do?" His mother uncovered what she was told. Now Taehyung couldn't blame her.

"One thing I couldn't get," He turned to his right at Jungkook, "Why did you have to hide all these from me? I wasn't going to run away from my own wedding."

"Baby, I couldn't afford it if you would do that." Jungkook smirked, earning a death glare.

"Would anyone explain why and how this was planned?" Taehyung's confused gaze halted over Jimin who was sitting across from him beside his boyfriend Yoongi. "Please?"

"Ok let me start from the beginning." Jimin nodded and started saying, "A month ago Jungkook had started planning the wedding to be held in Osaka, since you said you always wanted to visit Japan with us. But about ten days ago halmeoni called him and told him that she is ill and wants to meet us all before taking off. You know how she makes us emotional sometimes. So your husband came to me and asked me if he could arrange the wedding here. Isn't this the best idea?"

"Yeah it is. I got to see halmeoni after so many days." Taehyung said looking at their grandmother.

"And I have the opportunity to meet this handsome young man." Halmeoni put a hand over Taetae's head, Taetae smiled at her sweetly, "He is very adorable."

"He likes you halmeoni." Jungkook said, "Ever since he came here, he hasn't left your side."

"Because she promised to give me all her chickens." Taetae's statement made everyone laugh.

But still there were so many questions left. "What happened after that?"

"Then four of us started planning the wedding secretly." Jimin answered.

"Four?"

"Me, Jungkook, Yoongi and Hoseok." Jimin let his finger move around.

"What?" Taehyung looked at him, confusion evident in his features., "You included our brother in law?"

"And your sister. For selecting the dresses." Hoseok replied from the other side of the table. Dahyun shyly smiled along with him. They still hadn't come out of their honeymoon phase.

"Unbelievable." Taehyung was having the biggest trust issue in his life. "Then those late night parties?"

"Those parties are fake." Jimin said, "Actually after midnight we could only get ourselves free from the work so we decided to meet after midnight and plan all the decorations, cakes, flowers and foods and the other things."

"Then who was that woman?" Taehyung arched his eyebrows at Jungkook.

Jungkook pouted, shaking his head. He didn't know anything about it, until..

[Flashback 3]

Jimin opened the door after his doorbell rang three times and welcomed the guests with a cheeky grin. "Here comes the groom. Everyone, shower him with a round of applause."

A cheer rolled inside the room with a gigantic clapping noise. Before Jungkook could say anything, he was taken inside Yoongi's duplex apartment by his arm. He was surprised to see a room full of people having fun on their own way, dancing, playing pull games, chatting on random topics. Everyone's glass was filled with colourful liquors. And now everyone was watching him.

"What is this Jimin?" Jungkook asked him, "You didn't say there's a party in your place! And you've called uncle Junghwa?"

Junghwa stopped dancing for a while. "Why? Do you think I'm too old for these bachelor parties?"

"Of course not. You look younger than me." Jungkook chuckled.

"Yo bro, you're getting married in two days." Jimin put a hand around his neck and shoved a glass filled with whiskey. "This party is exclusively for you. Now hold your glass up and say cheers to my stepbrother Taehyung."

"Cheers to my beloved Taehyung." Jungkook emptied the glass in one big gulp as he was craving for some alcohol after a day of hard work. "But I have an important meeting tomorrow. Can't get a hangover."

"When I told you he's a baby, I wasn't lying." Seokjin said, smashing his hand over Jungkook's chest. He was here for an hour, feeling a bit tipsy.

"Baby, what baby? Babies can be daddies in bed." Namjoon said, mostly to his boyfriend Seokjin with a playful grin and wink.

"I can't, with this man!" Seokjin sighed. "He becomes totally a different person when he gets drunk."

"Seriously, you two act differently in the office. I'm pretty much used to your professional side." Remarked Jungkook.

"Boring people always find boring people interesting." Seokjin sighed before gulping a mouthful.

Yoongi took the empty glass from Jungkook's hand and replaced it with a filled one, "This is your bachelor party, but it seems like we're enjoying the most."

"Yeah. Thank you for this party Yoongi-ssi." Jungkook smiled sadly. "Actually I'm feeling a bit sorry for Tae, hiding things from him is really very hard."

"Then who told you to do that? You could have included him like all the other weddings." Said Seokjin.

"Then I would miss seeing the glint in his eyes when he comes to know about the wedding on his wedding day. I want to treasure that moment. I know he'll be mad, so mad at me, but, for the first and the last time I want to give him this sweet pain." Jungkook blushed, licking the bitterness of his lips. The alcohol had started getting to his head.

Seokjin awed at his confession, "A hard romanticker."
