- Is puppeted by the German Reich

- Pays medium war reps

- Changes name to German Belgium

Netherlands

- The Netherlands is puppeted by the German Reich

- The Dutch East Indies are annexed by Imperial Japan

- Changes name to German Netherlands

Ottoman Empire

- Releases all puppets in the Balkans that have a 51% or more in a poll to leave

- Pays minor war reps to Any of the Balkan nations as an apologie to bring them into WW2 if they leave the Ottoman sphere (I'm using your comments for votes)
