"Levi it's so expensive, it's not worth it." I whined for the tenth time, saying no to him about the Cartier Love Bracelet.

"Arielle, this is nothing, you can't stop me." Levi smiled, looking away from my face. "Miss over here!" He raised a hand up, gesturing for the girl that worked here to come.

"Hey there folks! Can I help you with anything?" She came, giving us a wide and polite smile.

"Yea hey, how much is one Cartier Love Bracelet?" He queried curiously, making my eyes roll over the fact that he's about to spend so much money on me when he literally just knew me for 2 months.

"It just depends on what kind you want, there is the yellow gold over here, which is about six thousand and five hundred dollars, joined with the other bracelet which is the rose gold. Although, the rose gold is more expensive causing exactly fifteen thousand dollars." She guided, pointing her fingers through the array of beautiful bracelets.

"What's that one?" He furrowed his eyebrows, pointing at a bracelet that was incased in a glass box that was placed higher among the others.

"Oh this one is gorgeous!" She beamed, walking us closer to the bracelet. "This Cartier Love Bracelet featuring 18k white gold wrapped in pace diamonds and black ceramic is certainly one of Cartier's classics. It is truly one of a kind." Her eyes shimmered at the bracelet, then looking back at us.

"How much is that one?" He smirked, gently holding my hand.

"Oh young man, that one is very expensive. Right now since we're having this exclusive Christmas sale, it costs about fifty thousand dollars." What she said completely made my mouth drop, who the hell would pay thousands and thousands of dollars for a hand leash?

"I'll take it." He beamed confidently.

Me and the lady almost choked from Levi's seriousness. The other workers around us just widened their eyes at Levi, probably thinking about how crazy he's sounding.

The girl finally decided to break the silence and continued to speak. "Oh. Well. Okay, just follow me over here." She carefully grabbed the bracelet off it's case, causing the diamonds to shimmer around the room. "Did you wanna engrave anyone's name on it?" She smiled.

"Yes please. It's for her." Levi threw me an attractive glance, then looking back at the lady.

"What's your name hon?" She asked me, pulling out a pen and a notepad out of her desk.

"Arielle Tesfaye." I replied, throwing Levi an anxious look.

"Okay great! I'll go ahead and engrave your name on the bracelet, I'll be back." She replied, walking her way into another room.

"Beautiful isn't it?" He winked, drawing circles around my hand with his thumb.

"I feel so bad." I cried.

"Aw why? It's my Christmas present for you." He raised an eyebrow at me, walking closer to cup one of my flushed cheeks.

"I don't know, it's just that no one has ever spent fifty thousand dollars on me before!" I sighed, still processing the whole thing.

"Well, now someone has." He cooed, landing a quick kiss on my lips.

After moments of waiting, the girl finally returned with the bracelet.

"This is the bracelet." She said with an excited tone in her voice. "And that's your initials." She showed me the engraving, quickly making my heart flutter in happiness.

I carefully put it on, the bracelet not stopping to elegantly sparkle and shimmer around my wrist.

"Thank you so much!" I half laughed, then
kissing Levi's soft lips a multiple times to show my gratitude for the amazing gift.

"Hey! I'm home." I smiled, skipping my way towards my mom that I barely see anymore because of her stupid work. "Watcha making?" I sniffed the delicious scent of the food she was cooking.

"Your favorite, Chicken Parmesan." She replied, rapidly seeing the bright glittering bracelet around my wrist. "Arielle, is that a Cartier Love Bracelet?" Her eyes widened, pulling my arm in closer.

"Yea, it was from Levi." I smiled proudly.

"Wow, he's one rich boy." She anxiously laughed. "I can barely even afford raising you, while his only 18 and already has the ability to buy an expensive bracelet." I narrowed my eyes at her, causing her to break out in laughter. "Hurry up and change and I'll call you when dinner is ready." She simpered, giving me a warm motherly hug.

"Arielle, you and Levi are so weird I swear!" Braxton began, walking towards me with Max, Diego, Caleb, and Trevor by his side.

"Yea! You guys don't talk for a whole week, and next thing you know it looks like you guys secretly fuck in the locker room." Max bursted into laughter, being nudged my Trevor in the arm from disgust.

"Um ew no! I'm still a virgin okay? Levi and I literally don't do anything." I lied, narrowing my eyes at Max.

"You're still a virgin? Holy fuck! But your already 17!" Max continued, seeming to be shocked about me being a virgin.

"Um so? I'm not like you where I lose my virginity in age 15!" I snapped back.

"Not 15, 13." Max corrected, placing a hand on my thigh. "And if you want someone experienced, I'm your guy." He bit his lip at me.

"Ew what the hell? Normal people in the age 13 wouldn't even think about that." I narrowed my eyes at him, flicking off his hand.

"I lost mine last year." Braxton smirked, his green eyes fixated onto me.

"Seriously can you guys not, I don't need to know if you're a virgin or not." I exclaimed loudly, visibly starting to be annoyed about this conversation.

"Hey." Steven quietly greeted out of nowhere.

Shit.

I decided to pretend like I didn't hear him, not even wasting my energy to give him a quick look.

"Steven get the hell outta here! She doesn't wanna talk to your annoying ass!" Max laughed, causing the others to laugh with him.

"Actually it's whatever." I gave them a subtle look of it being okay. "Can we have some alone time?" My eyes gesturing for them to leave.

"Alright babe, whatever you want." Max winked, walking away with the other boys.

"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Trevor quietly queried, looking at me with a sympathetic look.

"Yea, don't worry, I'll be fine." I gave him a smile of reassurance, turning my attention back to Steven. "So what's up?" I awkwardly started.

"I came to give you this." He pursed his lips at me, pulling out a small, long box out of his duffle bag.

I opened the fancy ribboned box, revealing the beautiful heart shaped necklace that took me by surprise. "Oh my God." My mouth dropped to the floor, observing the bright and beautiful shimmering piece of jewelry. "Are you serious?"

Steven anxiously scratched his neck as I kept observing his gift. "I'm hoping you dropping your mouth like that is a good thing?" He spoke anxiously.

"It is!" I grinned, genuinely thankful that he would even give me a gift. "Thank you, really, I appreciate it. I'm just shocked. Can I ask why you gave me this?"

"Well, I just felt bad because I was treating you like a dick, so yea.." He bit over his reddened lips as his ocean blue eyes scanned over my face.

"Yea, you were.." I half-laughed, nodding my head at him in agreement which caused a wave of silence to go over us, until Steven finally decided to speak again.

"I heard diamond is a girl's best friend so I just decided to follow that." His pale cheeks turning to a shade of red. "Merry Christmas, and sorry for being an asshole to you." He nervously smiled.

"It's fine, I forgive you. It's not healthy to hold grudges and I'm really over it. Thanks for this, and Merry Christmas too!" I replied politely, my eyes catching Levi suddenly coming closer towards us.

"Levi." Steven smirked at him, throwing me a goodbye look, then proceeding to walk away from us.

"What did he say to you?" Levi asks, sneakily wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Oh he just came to give me a Christmas gift." I half smiled, showing him the glittering white necklace.

"My gift is better." He spoke confidently, feeling his eyes watch me look at the necklace.

"Hey you guys! There's gonna be a Christmas party at my house after practice! See all of you there!" Dalton exclaimed. "Also don't forget! our first swim meet is tomorrow!"

Damn! I forgot it was tomorrow. And most importantly, this is supposed to be against The Stingrays...

What a nice way to get in the Christmas spirit am I right?
