I, Ariel O'Connor, woke up at 6 am because of a dog that was barking in the house. A dog! A damn dog doesn't realize it's so early in the morning to bark. But the main question here is: whose dog is that?

When I walked into the living room after I had dressed in regular clothes, I saw Noah, Owen, and Aaron watching an action movie with dogs.

What the fudge are they doing? It's six in the fudging morning! There is something called SLEEP, and I love it, and they ruined it for me.

I walked straight and did not even glance at them. I just walked toward the TV and grabbed the cable. Simple.

"What the hell? Ariel why? We were at the good part," Noah whined like a baby, Owen glared at me, and Aaron growled. So he's a werewolf, and I didn't know? He can growl. Ha, I can't wait to reveal it to Lilly. That reminds me, I will tell him later to bring her over because I need a girl's night.

"It's six in the morning. You should sleep instead of watching this stupid movie, especially you, Noah. You are still growing. You need sleep, and I was in a perfect part of my dream too until I heard the TV, so do not complain!" I yelled in a very pissed-off tone. They saw my face and raised their hands in surrender, showing me the most enjoyable expression ever. Fear and fright.

"Come on." Noah tugged Aaron's shirt, and they rushed to the kitchen like scaredy cats. "I can't wait to hear Jaxon scream," Owen whispered to Noah in a quiet voice but not quiet enough because I heard him.

What did they do? I wanna kno-

"Ariel!" I heard loud screaming coming from upstairs. Uh Oh!

"What?" I called back Jaxon. Owen, Aaron, and Noah rushed to see what was happening. They were trying to hide their giggles but failed miserably. I looked at them with narrowed eyes and put my hands on my hips like an angry mother. "What did you do?" I asked in a threatening tone.

I know this time I'm innocent.

"You will see," Owen replied with an evil grin, and we waited for Jaxon to come down. And when he came into view... My eyes widened at the sight, and seconds later, we rolled on the floor laughing so hard at him. Nice one, guys. I give you that.

"Who did this? Ariel?" Jaxon looked at me with his face covered in something like honey. Why it's always me? Don't answer that.

His perfect hair was all sticky, but his abs and tattoos were still great. Yep, he was shirtless.

"I swear, this time it wasn't me. It was them," I defended between laughter, then calmed myself down, sat on the floor, and pointed my finger at the boys.

"Yes, it was us. You look so sweet, Jaxon. What's your secret? Is it

honey?" Noah asked in a girly voice, winked at him, and then blew him a kiss. He continued laughing along with Owen and Aaron.

"Oh! You. Are. So. Dead." Jaxon gritted his teeth and started sauntering towards them. Wow, if looks could kill, they would be chilling with Satan watching Supernatural.

They were dead anyway, with or without the glares, because he looked like the killer from those horror movies. You know the guy that comes with an ax covered in blood and runs after you -the idiot girl who entered the damn room even though you told her not to? Yeah, that was Jaxon minus the ax and replacing it with a big shampoo bottle full of honey.

"Run!" I told them, and they did not waste a second.

"Wait up, you little pieces of di-" I interrupted angry Jaxon with a glare.

"Language!" I glared at him, and he sighed in defeat.

"Dimwits?" He looked at me for approval. I have that effect on him. And I love this power.

I nodded. "Better, now carry on," I told him, and Jaxon dashed after them to God knows where.

Well, at least I bought them sometime. They better hide well. May the force of God and Oreos be with them. Which remains me...

I walked to the kitchen and started munching on my hidden Oreos. Yep, I hid them from those pigs. They eat everything, and I mean anything, that comes their way. At least Jaxon makes the food, not just eat it.

After an hour of hearing the boys scream, they came into the kitchen covered in honey from head to toe. How much was in that bottle?

"If you will excuse me, I have a dream to continue, so if I hear noise down here, I swear to you that you will not be able to see the stars tonight, lo entiendes?" I threatened, and they nodded their heads quickly.

"Just before you go... What lo entiendes mean?" Aaron asked, and I rolled my eyes. Didn't you take Spanish classes in high school?

"Do you understand?" I walked to my room and jumped into my comfy bed.

Sometimes I question if I'm kidnapped or just hanging with my longtime friends and Jaxon.

Just to be clear... I will not friend-zone him.

But I do want to see my family.

Maybe, I can ask Jaxon to call them, just to let them know I'm alright. It's been a long time, and I bet they were worried about me.

But I feel like I have known the guys for a long time.

After ten minutes of thinking like a 19-year-old adult, I drifted into a deep slumber.

I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. This time, I wore an oversized gray sweater with tight black pants and gray sneakers that matched my outfit. I raised my hair in a tight ponytail, got out of my room, and walked to the living room. "Hey guys," I said as I sat on the beanbag chair next to the fireplace.

Wait... Did we have a beanbag chair here? Oh well.

"Hey, sleep well?" Noah replied but did not avert his gaze from the video game. He and the boys were playing call of duty. Again.

"Yes, actually," I replied with a cheerful tone.

"Good," Jaxon said when he looked at me with a sweet smile. I felt shy and looked at the game with a small smile. His smile is so sweet and warm.

"Aaron. Can Lilly come over tonight? I need some girls' time," I asked him, praying in my head. Then he looked at me for seconds and returned to the game.

"Sure thing, I will get her tonight," he replied with a nod.

"Great, thanks," I said, then stayed silent, watching them play.
