Sapnap's POV

I lifted my hand up to George and smiled brightly when I ran up to him. 'You're here! I'm so glad to see you again, the past few days have been hell...'

George smiled shortly and swallowed, the anxiety so obvious that he seemed paralysed from fear. 'Did something happen?'

'Too much,' I scoffed, rolling my eyes. 'I'm going to get beaten up if I'm lucky.'

I chuckled softly and saw George frown. 'How is that anywhere near lucky?'

'Clay decided to do it with Austin's girlfriend and thought it was funny to do that during the PE class he was doing for me. So I'm blamed by Austin for cheating with his girlfriend...'

'Oh, I'm gone for a day and this happens,' George replied with a grin on his face. 'Great job. But if he did that during PE, aren't you also getting detention for skipping class?'

'Yeah... great, isn't it?' I sighed deeply and leaned back. 'Anyway, how are you doing? Why weren't you at school yesterday?'

'Phobias and shit,' he replied. 'I couldn't get myself to go outside and panicked a lot, I had three panic attacks before school and couldn't even go outside because of agoraphobia.'

I nodded slowly and laid my hands down in front of me on the table. 'That sucks, dude... Can I do anything to help you?'

'No, not really,' he responded. 'I don't want to talk about it because it triggers the anxiety even more. So... let's talk about something else and- oh, shit.'

I frowned when he suddenly swore and looked up, just to see Austin walk up to me. I stood up right away to run because I knew how much stronger Austin was than me, not only physical but also with his words.

'STAND STILL, ASSHOLE!' Austin screamed out, catching up to me because I was slower with the pain in my ankle. He grabbed my shoulder and turned me back to him. 'How did you ever think you had permission to do such a thing?'

'Who says it was me?' I asked with a secure voice. 'Who says I'm Sapnap?'

'Clay did, because he sat with me when he arrived at school,' Austin answered, some slight doubt in his eyes because I knew he couldn't separate us.

'Maybe that was Sapnap acting like he was me so he wouldn't be hurt...' I laughed quietly and rolled my eyes. 'Or am I Sapnap? Or am I Clay? Guess...'

'Dude, I know you're Sapnap because Clay wouldn't sit with that other nerd who never comes to school anyway,' Austin scoffed.

'Or... that was the plan to confuse you,' I answered, grinning because I saw how hopeless he became. 'Anyway, your girlfriend agreed with it, so maybe you should get mad at her and not at Sapnap... or am I Sapnap?'

'She said she didn't want it!' Austin yelled. 'And I trust her...'

'Mhm, but then why did she come with Sapnap... or me during the PE class? I asked, a spark filling my eyes more and more. 'Anyway, please go away and just talk to Iris. She is the one who is in the wrong here, not anyone else.'

Austin groaned and turned around, walking off with some of his friends. I breathed out and sat down next to George again who chuckled softly. 'It's so easy to separate you from Clay, how can he still not see you're not him?'

'How can you separate us?' I questioned. 'Don't ever tell Austin, I'll tell you that much.'

'You have bigger dimples and your ears are slightly more pointy than Clay's are. Oh, and you have a freckle here above your lip and Clay has one on his cheek. And to be fair, your behaviour is so much different from Clay's. I just immediately know when you're trying to imitate him or when you're just yourself.'

'You're creepy,' I joked. 'You've been observing me or something because I didn't even know some of those things.'

'I'm just a genius,' George replied, his face filled with a teasing smile. 'Anyway, I'm going to my class because you know how much I hate to walk through the hallways when others are as well.'

I nodded and looked around me as he stood up to walk away, my girlfriend walking up to me as soon as George left. Just as if she had been waiting for a few minutes until George would leave.

'Hi, Sapnap...' she started, throwing her hair back. She wrapped a string of hair around her finger and laid her other hand on my shoulder after that. 'I wondered if you wanted to hang out after school?'

'No, I'm good,' I replied quick and harsh. 'I'm going to do homework and might go to George if he wants me to. We haven't hung out in a while.'

'Oh, I'm so sorry to remind you of a certain video of my phone... It's about-.'

'Jessie, you can't do this to me,' I exclaimed. 'This is called blackmailing, did you know that? That's illegal in case you had no idea.'

'Do you think I care? You wouldn't go to the police anyway, you'd be way too scared to out your brother. Because the popular Clay is gay and had sex with guys...'

'You know, I don't want any responsibility for this. Do whatever you want, I don't give a shit anymore anyway.'

'Okay, so then I'll spread the video of Clay doing it with a guy. I guess it's just that easy.'

'You wouldn't hurt him with it, Jessie. You would hurt me because after I've been accused of doing it with someone's girlfriend, everyone thinks I'm a bad person who does it with anyone. They'll think I'm the gay one who had sex with guys, not Clay.'

'And... are you gay?' she asked, her voice harsher and meaner. 'And did you actually do it with someone's girlfriend? Because for as far as I know, I have a relationship with you!'

'AND YOU'RE THE ONE WHO DID IT WITH MY BROTHER!' I screamed out of pure anger, jumping up. 'I HAVEN'T DONE SHIT!'

She stood up and grabbed my wrist, her nails poking in a cut on it. 'You better stay quiet or this video gets spread. I know you're bluffing, but I will actually spread it. I don't like you, Sapnap, and I know you don't like me either.'

'What would you gain from it?' I grumbled, moving my hand away from her. 'Nothing, Jessie. Absolutely nothing...'
