You wake to your alarm blaring loudly from your night stand. It's loud beeps blaring through your ears and rebounded through your head.

You groaned as you rolled over and smacked the snooze button before rolling over again and pressed your face against the large (colour) pillows and pulled the (colour) bed sheets over your head once again.

You let out a groan as you forced your eyes to open. Shit..Tessa has school!

You bolt up from your bed and ran down the hall and knocked at her door. "Tessa are you awake?" You asked as you hear her faint groan from the other side of her door.

"It's 7:30, you're going to be late for school." You said as you hear her bolt out of her bed. "Okay! I'm up!" She said as you smiled with amusement as you went to knock at Cade's door.

"Cade rise and shine, breakfast is in five!" You said as you hear him groan from his room. You rolled your (e/c) eyes and made your way downstairs.

During your time here at the Yeager residence you have helped out a lot with the home. You tried your best to make money and help pay bills considering how much debt Cade was in.

You did the daily chores such as helping to make meals, keep the house clean and keep Cade in line so Tessa could at least have some space to be a kid and not have to always look after her father.

You walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge and pulled out an egg carton with a few eggs in it and whipped up some scrambled eggs with toast and orange juice.

But the time breakfast was made both Tessa and Cade made their way downstairs and into the kitchen. "Do you need a ride Tess?" You asked as she shoved a forkful of eggs in her mouth.

"No. My friends are coming to get me." She replied after she swallow down her eggs. Recently you have been putting some work in some of the cars here in Cade's front lawn, trying to at least get one of them to work.

So far you had gotten an old Chevy Camaro to start up but ends up loosing charge soon as you put the damn thing in drive.

Once Tessa was done eating she thanked you for the meal and gathered up her things and ran out the door and towards the long ass gravel driveway to meet up with her friends.

"Thanks for breakfast (y/n)." Cade said as you smile, collecting the dishes and placed them in the sink. "Hey so, I managed to pay off some of the hydro bills yesterday." You said as you began to wash the dishes.

"What? How did you manage to do that?" He asked as you sighed. "Traded in some scrap at the scrap yard here. It won't do much but it helps." You replied as he smiled at you. "Thanks (y/n)! Don't know what we do without you!" He said as he kissed your cheek before heading up stairs.

"Get yourself ready we're meeting up with Lucas today." He exclaimed as he ran up the stairs. You sighed, placing the clean dishes in the sink and tried your best to ignore how hot your cheeks got.

During your time here with the Yeager family you had caught some feelings for Cade. He's a handsome man. Very kind and sweet.

You of course being in your mid 20's and edging towards your 30's it doesn't make it awkward between the two of you. You both enjoy each other's company and have become good business partners when it comes to buy scrap and fixing them up and such.

Once you felt happy with cleaning up the kitchen you went back into your room and changed into a pair of (colour) pants, (colour) tank top and a (colour) plaid shirt that you left unbuttoned.

You pulled on a pair of (colour) ankle socks and your (colour) (type of foot wear).

"(Y/n)! Come on!" Cade called out to you from the bottom of the stairs as you quickly finger brushed through your (h/c) hair before running door the stairs, nearly crashing into him.

He chuckled as you shot him a glare. He smirked as he grabbed the truck key to his baby blue old Chevy truck and you followed him our the door the where you both were to meet up with Lucas.

Cade starts up his truck and he drives the both of you into town. "There's the movie theatre." You said as you pointed to the old abandoned theatre.

Cade hums as he scans the road before he caught his sights on a free parking spot on the shoulder of the road and switched off the engine.

"Ready for another day?" He asked you with a smile as you nodded, lightly tucking a lock of (h/c) hair behind my ear.

From afar you hear loud music blasting from behind the both of you. Cade peered out the window as he caught his sight on the black mini. "We'll look who decided to show up today." Cade said as he looked over at you and smiled.

"I'm a heartbreaker! Gonna make you cry!" The radio played out of a black mini car as Lucas sang along to the lyrics.

Cade got out of the car as you followed him out just as he reached into the cap of the blue Chevy and pulled out his black tool duffel bag.

"What, surf report no good at South Padre?" Cade asked as you followed right behind him as he held onto his black duffel bag full and his brown work belt that he draped over his shoulder.

"The waves are flat and I got no gas. You know that, Cade." Lucas replied as he stopped in his tracks as a large silver Dodge Ram drove past him with a large trailer in tow filled with some lambs and pigs.

Lucas stood there shocked as the truck passed him. "Tsk. Rude!" He called after it as he then crossed the road where he had laid his eyes on two girls, a blonde and a brunette crossing the road wearing very revealing clothing.

"Look at these two junebugs. My, my!" He said as both women showed him no signs of interest. He sighed and looked back at Cade. "Hey, you're paying me on this one right, Cade? Please tell me I'm getting paid." He begged him as he sighed.

"You know, Lucas, a lot of guys are just happy to have a job at all." He replied as you snorted out a small laugh.

"You got any cash on you?" Cade asked as he took off his sunglasses and Lucas nodded. "All right, good." He replied as the three of you walked over to the old movie theatre named "Uptown".

Many of the windows where broken. The red sign where the large letters were place was faded.

The metal lining was rusted and the lights that probably used to work are now all busted and missing parts. A few white dirty curtains hung over the front entrance.

The three of you walked Cade and over to some guy who wore a white cowboy hat, black glasses, a pale blue western shirt and blue jeans with a pair of cowboy boots who I'm amusing was the owner.

"Hey, Lucas Flannery." Lucas said as they shook hands. You raised a brow as you saw the weird looking cowboy guy's arm just wobbled around.

"Place has been in the family since '28. Granddaddy ran it al his life. Ain't that right Granddaddy?" The cowboy asked his grandfather as you entered the old and run down movie theatre. .

"Real soon he's going to sign it over to me." The guy said as his grand father scoffed. "The movies nowadays, that's the trouble. Squeals and remakes, bunch of crap." He said as you walked past a few old movie signs.

"Oh I loved that one." He said as he pointed to an old western movie poster still in an old rusted frame on a wooden easel.

"He's deaf and senile." The cowboy said as he looked over at Cade, Lucas and you. "I heard that." His grandfather said as he took the lead.

You snorted out a laugh as Cade shot you a warning glare which made you giggle a bit more.

"Now these just need some spit and polish. I believe they're digital, possibly IMAX." The guy said as we entered the film room that was filled with dust and cobwebs.

"Yeah they're not." Cade informed as he walked over to the cowboy. "Look, mister, we'll have a look around if you want to leave us to it, okay?"

"You know, folks used to come from miles around to see the dancing girls with the big cha-chas." The Cowboys grandfather said as he looked away from the blue folder he held in his hands.

"I swear to god I'm one diaper change away from poisoning his oatmeal." The cowboy grumbled as Cade looked over at his grandfather.

"Hey, you have in there, buddy. If coming here makes you feel young, then you tell this kid to bring you here every day." Cade said as he pressed an item against the guys chest who stumbled against another old movie projector.

"Seven bucks or I keep talking." Cade challenged as the guy nodded. "Sold."

You snorted out a laugh as Cade smirked at you. "Now that's how you make a deal (y/n)." He stated as you hummed, clearly amused at his sudden confidence.

"By deal you mean threat?" You challenge as he faked a laugh and blew dust in your face.

"Come on let's keep looking around." Cade said as you followed him to the large doors that opened to the big movie room.

"Remember this place when we were kids? How many girls did you think you brought here?" Lucas asked as Cade sighed, walking down the lane with his large flashlight. He paused for a moment as he paused his walking as he looked down at one of the seats.

"I only remember one." He replied as he reached over to grab something. You looked over from walking past the lanes of dust covered red seats to see him picked up a football.

"Hey heads!" He called out to Lucas as he tossed the football in his direction.

In moments later Lucas got the hit in the head with the football and went flying backwards into a pile of scrap.

You burst into fits of laugher as he groaned. "Ugh..ow.." He grunted as he slowly got back up on his feet.

"That's why you didn't make the varsity team." Cade said as Lucas fixed himself up and picked up the football.

He side stepped away from the scrap, getting a good grip of the ball. "Oh yeah? Ok go long." He challenged as he got into a strong stance.

He lets out a grunt and throws the football, which hits the chair, and goes flying straight up into the air and straight through a window and crashed back down two rows in front of Cade.

"Leave it." Lucas grumbled, sighing in defeat as Cade smirked over at you before he continued to make his way around the theatre before he laid his eyes on the truck.

"Hey (y/n) look at this." He called out to you as you stopping looking around and laid your eyes on the truck.

It was covered in tarps, old towels and other boxes. Just as Cade walked over the semi truck hunched over just as Cade stepped on it's running boards.

You raised a brow as you watched him open the semi's door to see large mortar shells fall out of the vehicle. Your eyes widened as you ran over to Cade as you stared at the shells in shock.

Cade reached over and picked one of the shells up. "Mortar shells? What the hell happened to you?" Cade asked as he examined one of the shells.

Bullet holes littered the semi, large holes through the metal. Ranges of many different sizes of bullet holes. The windows were scratched, and cracked, hit alt mode covered in dust and dents.

Cade jumped off of the semi's running boards and walked over to the stupid cowboy who had his feet kicked up and was relaxing on one of the old seats.

"Hey Snakeballs, how much for the truck?" Cade asked as he looked over at Cade.

"Truck?"
