Amberlys POV.

I climbed out of the window. Thankfully it was only 4 feet off the ground. I'm glad I was good at gym when I was in school. I jumped onto the ground and almost fell. At least I think I was good at gym. I snuck out the back way, I'm glad there was woods in the back. I started walking and I looked through the window in the dining room and saw Adam pacing back and forth. He had his hands in his hair. He looked like he could kill. He ran his hand down the side of his face. Looking out the side window then sitting back down at the table picking up his pen then going to write.

I'm so glad I ran when I did, god knows what he would do to me. I decided I better get going. I took my eyes away from him and continued walking. I reached the road and looked around to see if I could remember anything. I walked and took a left. Ah I know this street now. My house was only a few minutes away. When you drive, but on foot it like thirty minutes away.

I don't know why he got that mad. I mean I should be able to dye my hair if I wanted to. He did not even give me an answer as to why I could not dye my hair he only said no. I scrolled through my phone and found Mary's number. She is my best friend, and my only friend that I can trust.

I hit call and I waited for her to pick up. It rang three times before she answered.

"Hey bitch!" She screamed into my ear. Gosh I forgot she was a very excited person.

"Hey chicka. I need your help." I stated.

"Yeah okay with what?" She asked

"I will explain everything when I come over. I will be there in a hour."

"Is everything okay? You sound a little worried."

"Everything is fine. I will explain when I get to your house I got to go."

"Okay see you soon."

"Okay bye." I said while hanging up. I walked down the road. I saw my street up a head and started walking faster. Then I broke out into a run. I ran so fast that my legs started to hurt. But I did not stop until I reached my house.

I got into my car. I started it and I had a full tank of gas. Yeah baby! Now off to the store. The store is about fifteen minutes away. So I had a while. I turned on the radio and All about that base was on. I turned it up and started singing at the top of my lungs.

Cause I'm all about that bass

Bout that bass

No treble..

After about 4 minutes the song went off. You gotta love Megan Trainer. I could have sworn the store was longer. Eh oh well. I turned off my car and walked into the store. I went to straight to the hair dye section. I found the last red hair dye box and grabbed it before anyone else could. I turned around and walked to the checkout line.

A old women was working there. She had white hair and granny glasses. She was so cute. She gave a heartwarming smile. Hello dearie how are you today?" She asked while scanning the hair dye box.

"I'm fine mam how are you?" I asked taking my credit card out.

"I'm fine. That will be $15.50 dear." She said while putting the dye in the bag.

I smiled and scanned my hard. After I was done paying for it I took the bag. "Have a nice day mam." I said while walking out

"You too dear." She said with a wave.

I got into my car and drove off. Mary's house was a couple of minutes away from mine. I turned on the radio and Nicki Minaj Anaconda was playing. Oh my god I love this song! I don't care how dirty this song is or how dirty she is. I love this song and I love her. I turned the radio up and started to sing.

My Anaconda don't...

Gosh I love that song. I was only a couple minutes away from Mary's house now. I wonder if Adam has realizes that I have left yet. When he realizes I have left, god all hell is going to break lose. He is going to be pissed, but he needs to learn that he can't always control me. Yeah so maybe I did sigh a stupid piece of paper. But that was to become his sex slave. What is so wrong with dying my hair?!?! Nothing is wrong with that. Maybe it was a bad idea to sign that dumb paper.

I finally pulled up to Mary's house and got out. I grabbed the bag and my phone and keys. I walked up to her door and rang the doorbell. She took a couple of seconds to open the door. When she did she pulled me into a bone crushing hug.

"Oh my gosh! I have missed you so much!" She said squeezing me.

"Yeah. I have missed you to Mary. Put me down I can't breathe." I said laughing and trying to catch my breath at the same time.

"Oh sorry. Come on." She said holding the door for me.

"Such a gentle men." I complemented her laughing.

She rolled her eyes and gave me a fake smile." Of course anything for the lady."

I laughed and sat down on the couch.

"Okay now tell me what is bothering you." She said in a demanding voice.

"Okay well you may want go sit down." I told her gesturing. To the open space beside me and across from me. She sat down and motioned her hand for me to continue. I rolled my eyes and sighed." Well it started." I told her the while story about how we met and the contract, then fight, and why I'm here. Her eyes kept on getting bigger and bigger with each word. After I finished the story I needed to catch my breath.

"Oh my fucking god. You are one lucky ass bitch!" She screamed pointing a finger at me.

"Yeah well I don't feel that lucky." I said while taking the hair dye out of the bag and reading the instructions.

"Wait are you going to dye your hair. Even after he already told you no." I just nodded my head. "Well okay."

"Are you going to help me do it. Or are you just going to keep warning me the whole time?" I asked while taking the bleach out and mixing it.

"Well you can't say I did not warn you." She said while shrugging and walking over to help me. We turned on some music and started to talk about old times and all the drama and tea out in the world today. We laughed and cried and ate pizza. This is defiantly what I needed to take my mind off his ass for a while.
