LURE TASK-FORCE: Operation SPIRITED description: Operation SPIRITED was created within the NSA's LURE division in attempts to recapture escaped P-A-H Abnormality LE-001 (PURPLE threat level).

Extraction/Termination Mission information:

LURE enforcers have gathered evidence that indicates the workplace of the GCMOP (Lelita's Cafe and Resturant, Lonhurst) may have been visited by LE-001 in attempts to find her.

This has come after LE-001's tracking beacon was found discarded on the back of a farmer's truck, presumably forcibly removed by LE-001 himself.

The evidence is a medical book from the workplace's library, where the owner is known by "Miss Lelita" makes careful consideration as to who can lend the books outside the premises. The Medical book was found with a distinct note that indicates LE-001 was given this book by "Miss Lelita" and shows the relationship between them and her knowledge of "Koda" (a name given to LE-001) as an A-H Hybrid.

"Miss Lelita" is a 43-year-old immigrant originally from Kenya, a single mother to a twelve-year-old boy who attends school on a scholarship. GCMOP (Y/N)(L/N) is assumed to have worked at Lelita's cafe and restaurant for two years and nine months.

Mission outline: According to rule 5 of NSA's A-H Act, the knowledge of A-H Hybrids must be restricted from the public at all costs. When there is a breach of information; Enforcers, Officers, and the Circle of Board Directors must decide on immediate action to combat the leak and are given the power to direct a fatal protocol if necessary.

LURE enforcers on the SPIRITED operation have gone by the orders of NSA co-founder George Inkwell to terminate the subject "Miss Lelita" and her son after trying to get as much information from them as possible.

Outcome/Results:

(2 casualties) LURE enforcers were found dead at the scene.

Through NSA investigation, DNA results revealed that LE-001 was at the scene of the extraction point and mauled LURE enforcers.

WARNING NOTE: Due to LE-001's frequent killings, it is suspected that the subject's level of 'bloodlust' has dangerously exceeded the amount considered stable enough for the Hybrid to rationalise in a humane way.

In the next 24 hours, the subject will face the extreme symptoms of 'Bloodrush', including mania and heightened unstable instinctual drive.
