"Argh..." Jimin squinted in the darkness when he found his phone beeping on the nightstand. His eyes went beside him to see Aera sleeping with her arms around his waist. His hands slowly made their way to the phone, detaching themselves from her body as he picked up the call.

"Hello?" His groggy voice made him clear his throat before he spoke again.

"Park Jimin."

Jimin stopped breathing for a second. This voice was familiar. His hand pulled away his phone from his ear as he looked at the caller ID to see that it was unknown.

"Who is this?"

"I know that you know who I am. But that is irrelevant for the time being. Your dear Grandmother is with me right now. And I guess she is not happy about it. Your parents were actually the first target but this lady caught my attention. Lucky one."

The man at the other end of the phone call chuckled darkly making Jimin shiver as he thought of how vulnerable his Grandma Lui would be at the moment. Probably his parents had no idea. His eyes went to the clock in the corner to see it was merely two am in the morning. They definitely didn't know that grandma wasn't with them. But what if this guy was bluffing?

"How do I believe you?"

"Ohh....maybe this would convince you."

The sound of wood scratching the floor. And the shuffling of things made Jimin sit a bit upright as his fearful gaze fell on Aera's calm face.

"Jim-min...s-son...d-don't come here."

His eyes teared up when he listened to the disdain and broken voice of his Grandmother who was probably suffering. His hands clenched as he slipped out of bed.

"What do you want?" His voice came out in a venomous hiss.

"Your presence. Mr. Park."

The line went dead and soon after a notification popped in giving him the address of the place where his grandma was being held captive. His eyes blurred a bit but he gulped down his tears as he turned to look at Aera. He couldn't decide if he should tell her. He wanted him and he would willingly walk out to him. His mind already was being tortured with the thought of Aera being hurt in any way. He hated with his all might was his family getting hurt. He slipped into his jacket and jeans as he took a last glance at Aera.

"I love you." His soft whisper against her temple made Aera smile a bit in her sleep. The soft touch of his lips on her forehead made Jimin hesitate before he eventually decided to go face the villain.

"Jimin?"

Taehyung's voice made him stop as he closed his eyes in distress. This was supposed to be only him.

"It's two am in the morning. Where are you going?" He asked as he walked to him.

"What are you doing here anyway?" Jimin asked back making Taehyung cross his arms.

"What are you hiding? Spill Jimin."

"I got a call. I am going somewhere." He kept the details to himself.

"Then I am going with you."

"No."

"I am going with you Jimin." Taehyung said making Jimin groan.

"Where are you guys going?" The two of them turned to see Jungkook standing there with a glass of water.

"Umm...somewhere." Jimin answered as he scratched his nape.

"Where?" Jungkook pressed as he neared them.

"You two better tell me what the fuck are you up to." 

"Choi has Grandma." He said with his eyes scrunched close.

"What?" Jungkook gasped and Taehyung gaped at him.

"I am going there. She didn't sound good."

"That bastard called you?" Taehyung was beyond angry.

"Yes. He is keeping her as leverage over me. I need to go. You two stay here." He said as he started going.

"We are coming with you." Taehyung stepped forward.

"I will just keep this beside Rose and come." Jungkook said as he hurried to his room.

"I can't put you guys through danger." Jimin shook his head.

"We aren't friends for life if you don't allow me to go with you." Taehyung said as he looked behind to see Jungkook coming as he kept gazing back.

"Let's go."

"What the—" Minhyuk groaned as the beeping on his phone woke him up. He scrambled around to get a hold on that damn device that had ruined his sleep.

"What?"  He peered at the screen notifying him of a vehicle going out of the gates.

"Who is that?" He says up straight as he reached for his glasses.

His eyes widened as he saw the two faces of the people sitting in front of the car. The camera showed them clearly and the face of the third person on the rear seat. He immediately called Yoongi.

"This better be good." The groan form the other side wasn't threatening enough for him to just tell him not to worry and go back to sleep like he usually would.

"Yoongi...they are in trouble. I need to.....I need to ping Aera. She is going to go crazy." He huffed as he ran around dressing himself.

"What the fuck are you talking about?"

"Jimin." He gulped air as he tripped while sprinting out.

"Jimin, Tae and Kook. They are going somewhere." He said as he reached Aera's door. He didn't waste time in knocking as he barged in and stride forward.

"Aera." He called as he stripped the duvet from her body.

"What..?" She sniffed as she looked around with squinted eyes.

"What is it ?"

"Jimin left."

Aera whipped her head up when she heard those two words. Her ears blazed as blood rushed up her brain. She looked beside her to see Jimin's place vacant. His pajamas stripped out and thrown on the couch. Her hands shook as she reached for her phone.

"He isn't picking his phone." Minhyuk said as he tried the numbers of the other two. Aera just blankly stared at the screen.

Why did he leave?

"This is not the time to think why he left. We need to know where they left for. Roseanne can't know. We have to move." He said making Aera alert as they walked out.

"What the fuck is wrong with them?" Jieun groaned as she looked at the CCTV surveillance of their car going out of the building.

"Track them. Tab their phones. I need to know everything." Aera ordered as she kept her fists clenched.

"Aera..." Yoongi kept a hand on her shoulder.

"If anything happens to the three of them, I am going to kill myself after I kill that bastard." She deadpanned.

"You won't kill him so easily." Yoongi said as a matter of fact.

"We have waited for this to happen. For months. We have to do it. This was sudden but this will be effective. You have to cut their roots. And over throw them forever." He patted her head before going to call out enforcements.

Aera sat down on the bench as she watched everyone pacing around.

"I got their location. They are at that warehouse where you guys had planted chips." Minhyuk said making Jieun and Aera sprint to him on full speed.

"Let's go."

I actually wanted to wait for the day after tomorrow to post this but the fact that I love you guys more than being all secretive and sticking diligently to my posting schedule, made me to post this too. And also because I am extremely guilty for posting late. Sorry for that!
