"This is the armoury."

Jieun turned around to the four who were gaping at the long length of the room that was equipped with weapons of all types to camouflage it under plain sight. Taehyung walked to a nearby stall, lifting his hand to touch the glass barrier between them and the guns.

"You like them?" She asked making him turn towards him.

"I don't even know how to hold them."

"I could easily teach you."

"Of course you could." All of them turned to look at Minhyuk who was leaning against the doorway.

"You would of course not miss a chance to show off how badass you are." He said as he stood next to her.

"But we would have to teach them some basics." She said looking at them.

"I am not handling one of those." Rose said as she stepped back.

"And I would not let anyone give you one either."

Aera said as she entered into the room from a door from the other side. She could see how the guys where all seeping into the weaponry. She could swear Taehyung looked like a kid in a candy store. It was scary how he resembled Jieun right then.

"What are you trying to do?" She raised an eyebrow at Jieun.

"Trying to make them ready for the future if something happens in our absence." She said as she pressed her finger on a vault extracting a couple of pistols as she checked the magazine of bullets.

"This is not right for Rose right now. She is not ready. She is in a very—"

"That wouldn't make the villains abstain her from their wrath." Jieun sang as if it was the most normal thing to say.

She could hear the audible hitch of breath coming from Rose as her eyes met Aera. She looked at Jungkook who whispered soothing words into her ears before whisking her away from there under her silent request to take the woman out of there.

"That wasn't proper."

"Nothing is." She retaliated.

"Jieun.." Taehyung walked up to her making her look up.

"I would like to have a word with you." Aera said before she walked out of the room.

"Why are you behaving like this?" Aera asked as they sat down in front of each other on the dining table.

"It's ....nothing." She sighed.

"Just speak alright. You are being cranky."

"I saw him crying last night holding her photo." She said slowly.

Aera arched her eyebrow as she realised what she was talking about.

"Yoongi?"

Jieun silently nodded as she ran her fingers along the rim of the empty glass kept in front of her.

"This case is important for us. For Yoona. For Yoongi. For their unborn child. When I see Park Roseanne—"

"You think how she has us to protect her but Yoona had no one?"

Jieun stared at her before shaking her head and getting up from her seat with a resigned look as she made her way upstairs.

"Jieun, we are not done talking." Aera firmed making the guys in the lounge look up from the briefing Yoongi was giving them. Even Yoongi had a confused look on his face.

"Oh no. We are. It's not your fault that your priorities have changed with time." She said as she crossed her arms.

Aera blankly stared at her and she had a faint realisation telling her where this conversation was leading to.

"My priorities have not changed." She said lowly averting her eyes a bit.

"You can't even look me in the eye when you say it." She said as she climbed down the two steps she had gone up.

"You disappeared for months after that only to meet us back for you to go back again. I had nothing to say about it because I knew how affected you were for her death. But then you come up in Seoul and have this new family? What about us? What about that Yoongi who had drowned himself in grief because his wife died saving you!" She shrieked making Aera still as she registered what Jieun had said.

Jieun blinked when she realised what she had said when she saw a tear drop trickle down Aera's eye, who stared at her with an expression of pain and guilt. Aera was scared. She was scared to loose Rose the same way she had lost Yoona. Although then she had never imagined then that Yoona had been pregnant.

Jieun's eyes went up to the right side of her vision to see Yoongi shaking his head in disapproval making Taehyung, Jimin and Jungkook look at him in confusion. Her eyes went back to Aera who had seemed to have coped up with her emotions a bit as the hardened face donned upon her.

"Right." She said before turning around and going but Yoongi strode towards her to stop her.

"You know Aera that is not true." He said clenching his teeth at Jieun who felt bad for going off on Aera.

"Everything single thing she said is true. All of us know. Yoona would have been here with you if I had not left when she asked me to. She would have been here with all of us with your kid, if I wasn't fucking stupid and would have overruled command to stay back and help her. Jieun is right." She said as she pried his hands off her as she walked out of the house.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" Yoongi groaned as he looked at Jieun.

"I am sorry." She mumbled before turning around and walking upstairs without giving him another glance.
