The school day quickly ended, and I felt the back of my collar being pulled. I was dragged up from resting my head on my desk, being met face to face with Iida.

"I was sleeping, Tenya." I frowned, scolding him. He sighed, shaking his head.

"Which is exactly what you shouldn't be doing." He let go of my shirt, and I stood up, grabbing my bag. The weight of my backpack was suddenly lifted, and I looked up at Iida in confusion.

"I can carry that just fine. Give it back." I scowled at him as he carried my bag along with his.

"Well, so can I. If you're so tired that you want to sleep through class, then you shouldn't be carrying such a heavy bag." Iida used my logic against me, and I let out a frustrated huff.

We left the school, walking down the sidewalk, towards Iida's house. I sighed, shoving my hands in my blazer's pockets. Even if we're studying, it's a million times better than facing Kari again. I know she's just itching to snap me in half.

My mind drifted off into how Kari continuously yells at me not to dissappear for multiple days, and how I always do it despite her warnings. I clenched my jaw slightly, aware that I was breaking another one of her rules. A gentle hand on my shoulder caused me to flinch slightly, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Are you all right?" Iida asked, peering down at me. I glanced away, clicking my tongue.

"Yeah." I shortly replied, noticing us pass by the park. I couldn't help but stare at it, realizing how much time I actually spent there.

"You sure do love that park, huh?" Iida asked while I continued to stare at it.

"Mm, it's okay." I shrugged, knowing that it was obvious I loved it a lot more then I let on.

Something moved out of the corner of my eye, and I quickly glanced in its direction. My eyes widened as I spotted familiar dark purple hair with gray streaks. I looked back at Iida, relieved to see that he didn't notice her.

I didn't want to tell him that Kari was there, fearing either what she might do to him, or what she'd do to me. Her threats of both her and my parents connections flashed through my mind. It was more trouble than it's worth.

"Oh shit." I spoke up, and the boy looked down at me in concern.

"What is it? Also, don't use that language, Fuyo." He scolded me a bit at the end, but I ignored it.

"I left my homework in my locker at school." I lied, and he perked up.

"We could back and go get it together." He suggested, and I shook my head.

"No. You'll get in trouble for going back after hours. I don't want to ruin your class rep nerd streak. We're not that far from the campus." I argued, crossing my arms. Iida hesitated a bit before sighing.

"I suppose you're right..." He gave in, and I nodded, headed in the opposite direction.

"Try to be as quick as possible! I don't want any study time to go to waste!" Iida called out, and I rolled my eyes, running away from both him and the park.

I turned the corner, going behind a building and into a dark hidden alleyway. It was far enough away that nobody could hear or see you unless they entered the alley. A sharp pain in my upper arm caused me to hiss quietly under my breath. My eyes widened as I began to feel my body growing limp.

"Shit..." I cursed as Kari stepped into my line of sight. She caught me by the collar, pulling me up to her face.

"You were planning on disappearing again, weren't you?" Kari spat, sneering as she further activated her Quirk, preventing me from moving any of my limbs.

"Why are you just lurking in a creepy ass alleyway? I thought you were above this." I choked out, struggling to move. Both my snarky remark, and refusal to answer her question set her off even more.

"Don't talk back, and answer me, you little slut!" She yelled, throwing me to the ground. She yanked my blazer off, and I slid across the concrete, feeling the surface scrape against my exposed forearms. She sent a kick to my fallen body, and I kept my mouth shut, swallowing my pain. She sent another kick, and another, and another, and another.

I panted as she lifted me off the ground by my hair. She glared into my eyes as she dragged me towards her.

"You will learn to listen to me." She hissed before throwing me to the ground again, stomping on my right shoulder. I couldn't hold back my screams anymore as I let out a cry in pain. She definitely fucked something up in there. Her heeled shoe dug into my aching shoulder as she scoffed.

"You used to know your place. That is until you joined that stupid little U.A. school. It's like I have to start all over again." She grumbled, lifting her shoe off me.

"And to make things worse, you think that someone really cares about you? What kind of delusions is that school putting in your head?" She huffed before forcing her foot down on my left forearm.

"Fuck!" I yelled, and she scowled, yanking me up off the ground by my injured shoulder. I hissed in pain as she stared at me.

"Shut the fuck up." She spat before harshly pulling my bangs out of my face.

"It's a shame I can't further fuck up that face of yours." She whispered, harshly running her finger along the scar stretching across my cheek. My eyes darted away from hers, frowning as she insulted my face.

"Then people would get suspicious." She sighed, before throwing me aside. I skidded into the brick wall of the alleyway. She snapped her fingers, and I got my movement back. I shakily lifted myself off the ground, wiping the blood from my mouth.

"You better be home tonight. Or else." She threatened before throwing my blazer back at me. I caught it, wincing as my injured arms moved quickly. Kari stomped away, leaving by myself in the alleyway.

I let out a sharp exhale, letting out the breath I hadn't even realized I was holding. I pressed my back to the wall, slowly sliding down its surface. My head fell into my hands as I threaded my fingers through my hair. I sat there for a moment before dragging my hands down my face, trying to compose myself.

I slung my blazer back on, jogging back to Iida. He was still standing outside the park, looking down at his phone. He quickly noticed me approaching him, and he looked up and smiled.

"Where's your homework?" He asked, tilting his head as he noticed me empty handed.

"Uh.." I trailed off, quickly trying to think of an excuse. "You're never going to believe this. I actually realized I had it the whole time." I replied, and he frowned.

"You should be more organized, Fuyo." He scolded, and I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah sure, whatever." I shrugged before continuing on our walk. Iida stood there for a moment, a thoughtful look on his face. I turned back to look at him, and he quickly snapped out of it, jogging up to me.

We made it to the train station, and both of us boarded the train. I sighed, sitting next to Iida as I looked at the evening sky out the window. I felt exhausted as I slid down in my seat.

"Woah, you two are from the Sports Festival, right?" A woman suddenly sounded from across the train, causing both Tenya and I to look up.

"No." I replied, crossing my arms. Iida sighed, and the woman furrowed her brows in confusion.

"Yes you are." She replied, quickly growing irritated. I didn't want to deal with the stranger right now, especially after the whole alley scene.

"No, you're just wrong." I shrugged, shooting her a careless look. My body seemed to ache the more she spoke.

"Why you- I know for sure it's you! You have the same bitchy attitude, you bratty-" The woman was quickly cut off by Iida.

"That's quite enough out of you." He strictly demanded, and she blinked in surprise. He quickly melted back into a small smile.

"I apologize for Doku, ma'am. We are from the Sports Festival, you were correct." Iida bowed slightly, and I scoffed, looking away.

"Tch. You should learn to control your little girlfriend." The woman frowned, peering at me. I glanced over at her, shooting her a deadly glare. She tensed, her face contorting into one of fear. She quickly turned around, shoving her way through the other side of the train.

"Took her long enough." I grumbled, sinking down further in my seat. Iida shook his head, looking over at me.

"You need to be more polite. Especially to the media, or your fans." He scolded, and I huffed.

"She was clearly not a fan." I muttered, glaring at the floor.

"Nevertheless, you shouldn't be rude to random civilians." Iida argued, and I sighed. I looked back over at him to see the boy frowning at me. My eyebrow twitched as I looked away, not liking the expression.

"Fine. But only for you." I grumbled, and he immediately brightened.

"Good." He adjusted his glasses, and the train slowly came to a stop.

"This is our stop." He announced, standing up. I stood up, biting back a groan, and exited the train with him.

"There she is! It was her!" I heard the woman from before yell across the crowd of people at the train station. I glanced over my shoulder to her talking to a news station's crew.

Before I knew it, a camera was being shoved in my face as multiple people surrounded us.

"Miss, is it true that you just assaulted this woman on the train?!" A reporter asked, throwing a microphone in my face. I narrowed my eyes, my face contorting into one of both confusion and irritation. I shoved the microphone away from me.

"What?! Hell no! She isn't worth my time." I harshly yelled, and Iida placed a hand on my shoulder, silently urging me to calm down.

"She did! She's lying! She's that cruel bitch from the Sports Festival!" The woman whined, and I glared at the people in front of me, quickly growing pissed.

"Why don't you do everyone a favor, and shut the hell up?" I spat before looking back over at the camera. "And get that big ass thing out of my face!" I shoved the camera, beyond triggered right now. I was both in mental and physical pain, hating being called a bitch so many times.

"Okay! And that will be all for today! We have somewhere to be, and we will be late if we don't leave soon! Thank you very much!" Iida intervened the situation, wrapping an arm around my shoulders as he guided me away from the press. He bowed slightly to them in apology before walking away.

"Hey! Wait!" The reporter called after us, and I clenched my jaw tightly.

I quickly grabbed Iida's hand, running off with him, not wanting to be in that situation any longer. He let out a shout in surprise as I dragged him through the crowd.

"S-Slow down, Fuyo!" Iida exclaimed as I dragged him across the station.

"No! The press sucks ass!" I replied, and Iida glanced behind us to see them pushing through the crowd. He looked back at me, quickly pulling me towards him. I fell backwards into his chest, cursing at him for tripping me. He quickly put his arm under my thighs and around my back. He hoisted me into the air, running towards his house.

We easily lost the press with Iida's speed. Even when he's not using his Quirk, he's fast as hell. Iida put me down as we approached his porch, but he kept a hand on the small of my back. I took a shaky inhale, realizing that I'm probably about to meet Tenya's parents.

Damn, what if they see that on the news?! Oh god, they're gonna hate me! Why am I such a bitch, dammit?!

Tenya guided me inside the house, and I immediately smelled something amazing.

"I'm home, mother!" Iida called out as I awkwardly stood next to him. Soon enough, and woman appeared in the hallway, her eyes widening as she saw me.

"Oh, and who is this, Tenya?"
