He must be protected, he is an innocent child. I just finished the Elves series and there is way too many cuties in that show. Farran is literally like a mixture of Hunk and Lance from Voltron, which is adorable.

"Y/n, I swear you two would be adorable together!" Azari tugged on your arm. You groan and tug your arm out of her grasp turning the other way. "Look now's not the time Azari." She jogs to keep at your side. "He's been talking about you non stop! You both are weirdly awkward, and way to clumsy, you were meant to be." She pursues. Sighing you stop and face her. "I-I...I just can't talk to him. It would be," "Awkward." She finishes your sentence. You nod.

"Besides," You sigh. "He doesn't like me anyways." She starts to laugh. "It is clear as day that he likes you! You need to stop lying to yourself." You blush.

You both kind of wandered away from the group to get to a bit more private part of the tree house to talk. "Will you please try for me?" Azari pouts. You shake your head. "I just can't. Besides all he talks about is Rosalyn. I wouldn't have a chance." "He just likes what she does, he thinks she's cool. Trust me Farran doesn't like her like that." You think for a minute. "Are you sure?" She nods. "When we first met her, all he wanted to do was just admire her. But with you he's jumping all over the place when your around him, he stutters like crazy and he's super fidgety!" "Really?" You ask with a bit of hope, she nods her red hair bouncing all over the place.

You giggle. The door to the room you were in opened up and the familiar brown hair popped in. "Hey Farran what's up?" Azari asks. He smiles. "Everybody's looking for you two. Why are you over here?" He walks in and closes the door. "Well y/n needed to talk to me in private to I just pulled her into a different room." He nods. "Oh, okay. Once you guys are done you can come back with the group. Sophie's teaching me how to make a s'more!" He beams. You giggle. "What's a s'more?" You ask, his face got a bit redder then it was.

"Why don't you come with me and find out?" You look over at Azari. "You go on ahead, we'll be down in a second."

She looks over at you while a gigantic smile on her face. "DUDE," She whisper yells. "HE WAS BLUSHING!!!!" You laugh. "Oh shut up." You roll your eyes. "Let's go, I wanna learn how to make a s'more." You smile and open the door dragging Azari with you.

"But you see what I mean right?" You nod. "Yes, yes now let's stop talking about this before someone hears." You both walk into the girls living quarters where everyone was sitting in a circle at the table with marsh mellows and a small candle lit. "Y/n!" Sophie spots you running over and giving you a hug. You laugh and hug her back. "Hey Sophie," You pick her up. "What are you guys doing?" She looks at you as you walk over and place her back down with the group. "We're making s'mores! You want one?" Without your reply she hands you a marsh mellow with a smile.

Azari looks over at the two of you and smiles but not without noticing that someone was also looking your way. She smirks and slowly creeps over to the beds where Farran was sitting. "What 'cha looking at?" "Azari-" He jumps a bit in surprise. "Don't do that. And I'm not looking at anything." He blushes. "I beg to differ."

He looks at her. "Please don't say anything." She smiles. "About what?" "I think you already know." She smiles mischievously. "Why don't you go say something then?" He looks away in embarrassment.

"I-I can't it would be," "Awkward?" She finishes his sentence. "Dear lord that's the second time that's happened." "What happened?" She stays quiet for a minute before sighing. "She's going to kill me for saying this." "Just spit it out Azari!"

"She and I were talking about the same thing we're talking about now." Farran makes a face. "About what?" "Dude she likes you too." He looks at her surprised. "Wait you're joking right??" She shakes her head. "Nope." His face soon brightened up and a smile started to plaster on his face. "I-I never knew that." "No duh." She mutters sarcastically. "Now that you know, go make a move Farran." He doesn't budge. "I don't think I can." "Look if both of you are too awkward to talk to each other then it turns out you never talk to each other then next thing you know some random elf is going to sweep her off her feet, and you'd never get another chance. Do you want that?!"

She says getting up in his face. Farran's head retracts from touching her's. "Y-your right. But what should I do?" "Just go sit next to her. Even that'd make her day." He thinks about it for a second. "Fine. Thanks Azari." She smirks. "I'm such a match maker."

You had been sitting on the ground with Sophie taking small bites out of your marsh mellows when Farran plops himself next to you.  "H-hey Farran." You smile. "Hey." He waves to Sophie to acknowledge her. "What are your guys doing?" "I'm teaching her how to make a s'more!" Sophie says excitedly. "Didn't you say you needed fire to make one?" Farran asks. "Yeah..." You smile. "I'm on it!" You jump up and grab a couple of branches from the inside of the tree house. You snap your fingers once to spark a small flame and place it on the branches. You let your finger linger for a minute before the branches finally set aflame.

You slowly and carefully take the fire over to the two of them and sit down holding it out for them to roast the sweets. Farran smiles as Sophie and him fan their marsh mellows over the branches.

You chuckle. Once they pull their sweets away you walk back over to a bucket of water set on the floor and dump the burning wood in the water. You walk back over to the two and set yourself back down next to Farran. "You two enjoying yourselves?" You see Sophie look up at you with mellow goo smothered all over her face. "Never mind don't answer, I think I already know." You giggle. You could see Farran hold his s'more out in front of him, he seemed odd.

"Farran you okay?" You ask placing your hand on his shoulder making him jump slightly. "It's n-nothing." You frown. "No it's not. What's up?" He sighs. "Maybe not in front of Sophie." "O-okay? Where then?" He stands up and you do the same. He takes your hand with a slight blush and pulls you out the room. The group was pretty confused to where you were going, but Akari had a smug look on her face.

He had pulled you outside by the lake and sat down. You sat down beside him admiring the moonlight and the waves from the water. "So what was it?" "Well, I know that if I don't do this someone else will..." You raise an eyebrow. "What?" "I...I really like you. Like, like you, like you. I think your clumsiness is adorable and I love everything about you. You really make me happy and I was wondering if I could take you out sometime...?" You look at him in disbelief. "I would love to. I just thought I had one sided feelings." He smiles and pulls you into a giant hug.

He didn't really say anything, he just sat there with you in his arms. After a while of cuddling, he looks down at you and chuckles. You had fallen asleep in his arms. He smiles and just continues to hug you. "I love you."
